Totally happy with the shoes I bought! Amazing quality. I wasnt impressed by the variety of coats and tops though.

Horrible customer service.!!! Ive made an order on 3rd of February and it still hasnt arrived. The tracking status on Hermes hasnt been updated since 5th of February. I called the Ted Baker customer service and asked for a refund, they said they cant do it until they have an update from Hermes. I love Ted Baker but I will never purchase from them anymore.

Very helpful staff, was able to return an item I braught online no hassle.

Bad and nonchalant personell (why you would ever try and act superior while working the floor in a clothing store is beyond me), poor quality (especially jackets) but great design and fit.

The shop was good but the staff was rude and indifferent.

They have a very nice range of dinner jackets that are not to expensive.
