Thanks so much to our salesperson, John J. We talked first at length on the phone, then I went to view samples. I couldnt find exactly what was needed to match our existing back splash, but John called some different suppliers for us to visit. Our template person was fantastic and worked with me to get just the right curve on our island. The installers - 3 young men were were very knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything that they were doing. Its really wonderful to have a company who cares about their work and their customers. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. They made the process of having our outdated granite counters replaced with a beautiful quartzite very easy. Perfect responsiveness from John in wrentham and helpful staff at the slab showroom in Norton. John the measurer and victor( and his crew) the installer were both great. The time frame from picking stone to install was impressively quick. Ran into a little hiccup at the end and the owner Bert came out the next day(impressive) and made it perfect! Couldn’t be happier with end result and bedrocks customer service is top notch. Highly recommend

Bedrock was a dream to work with! It looked like it was not going to be easy to find a counter top company due to the pandemic, but they were very responsive over email and had proper safety protocols in place when I visited their warehouse. The turn around from templating to installation was amazingly quick. The final product was gorgeous. Great company, great customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Walked into their showroom on a Saturday afternoon, and had my countertops installed by Thursday. So impressed. They didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want or need, and I thought the price was very fair for what we got. A number of other distributors were closed after 2pm on a Saturday and were not as accommodating or honest. They even gave us an extra cutting board and a hot beverage while we discussed the details. Will remember this company when we move and renovate another kitchen in the future. Great service.

We had beautiful Tropicali granite selected for our new kitchen and they actually incorrectly measured the dimensions of the layout. So as a result we have gaps around our oven, absolutely horrible. Laser measured and all that, at the end of the day, a basic tape measure would have worked better. Find someone else to waste $10k on. They didnt even offer a reduction on the price and that was with the entire management team at my house looking at how the screwed up. Just walked away and said sorry.

Top notch service from the moment we walked through the doors of the Wrentham store and met Carlene to the logistics and install. Our contractor had sent us somewhere a bit further north on 495 and it was a terrible experience. As we were heading home we stopped in at Bedrock Granite and were warmly greeted by Carlene. She listened to us and expertly explained options. She made the design suggestion of having part of our granite in the standard polish and then use the leather texture finish on the other part. We **love** this suggestion and used the leather finish on our island and ITS AMAZING! It gives a new energy and texture to the kitchen which we love. Im so grateful for her creativity. The piece we saw that day was sold within the short time it took to get my allowance for granite from my contractor since I wasnt using his vendor and going to make the actual purchase. Carlene worked with me to get another piece that I love and set up temptating and install within a short time. There are many examples of Carlene and team going above and beyond but this review is already getting pretty long. I do want to add that communication was spot on. Carlene explained everything we were singing and it was reiterated during the temptating. My contractor (who has been in business 30 years) was so impressed with the quality, price and service that he will be recommending them in the future. Experiences like this is a strong reminder to shop local and be open to new ideas. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

While I did not purchase from Bedrock Granite Co, I definitely appreciate their customer service and selection.We were trying to find samples of the granite that our builder was offering us, but their supplier was out of state. We ended up coming here, and they at least had one of the granite options we were comparing. The selection of surfaces they had was pretty amazing, and many of the display samples were very large in size (over a foot in each dimension) so you could get a good feel for the pattern and color -- as opposed to the big chain stores that have tiny samples that are like 3x3.Burt, the gentleman who assisted us when we walked in, was very friendly and sociable. Even when we explained our situation, which he understood meant that we might not be able to purchase through BGC, he was still very helpful and provided us with lots of insight and information. For the other granite option that they didnt have, we showed him a picture that our builder sent us and he showed us several similar samples, and even took us outside to look at a full size slab. We unfortunately fell in love with *that* style, and tried to hassle our builder into buying from BGC (we offered to pay the difference even!) to no avail.We will likely be doing more remodeling work over the next few years, and when we do, we will make sure our contractor is willing to do business with Bedrock Granite Co. (or just go straight to them for the countertops) because these guys are awesome.
