I bought and engagement ring here and the customer service was great. Being a guy it really was the first time stepping foot in a jewelry store but felt pretty comfortable in the store. The girl that helped me out was great. Told her a price range and she got put together a nice case of rings I may be interested in. Picked out a ring in less than 15 min and such a great deal too. The store manager was just amazing ! She helped my boyfriend ( soon to be fiancé ) find the best engagement and explain everything to us. I mean the whole staff is great, but from beginning to end the store manager was just amazing to talk with and have as a sales person for us without making it feel like she was selling to us . Highly recommend this Kay outlet !

Everytime I get dragged in there it costs me a minimum of $500.00. Wife loves it. I hate it so giving 3

The employee told me that she couldn’t install a battery in my watch because she “can’t get the band off” after looking at it for less than 10 seconds. I went out and removed the band while sitting in my truck in the parking lot with a Swiss Army Knife and then went somewhere else for the battery. Very disappointed. My wife and I bought our wedding bands and I bought her engagement ring at Kay Jewelers 29 years ago.
