First time going to the outlet in Boston and had to get a gift for my wife’s birthday....We went to Zales to check the sales out and ended getting a few pieces. Mary was a great help very knowledgeable and oh so patient . She made us feel so at home as if we were returning customers ...Everyone in the store helped the manager even help clean my jewelry .....
