Shop is brutal some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed they are probably good mechanics but hard to tell with the unfriendly owner. STAY clear of this place many other shops in the area that out shine this place.where you Don’t have to deal with brutal service

Ive been using Lees shop for a long time and he has always given me excellent service and value.

If I could give less than a one I would. I had repair work done and when I took it back in because it was not done properly so they could actually fix it, they wanted to charge me more money. The vehicle was still in the parking lot and my keys where were I left them four hours prior. I was told that the sounds and the fact that no refrigerant was left in the AC would cost more but yet I still have a vacuum in the AC tells me that they do not know what they are doing.

Horrible money hungry scammers! Put 1,000 into my car to break down two miles later after I gpt out the shop!!! Scammers! And Im not one to complain I just dont want it to happen to anyone else!

Just recently took my truck in and found out something was bad. Told me he was going to need to keep my truck a week and charge 2000 dollars.... Called around and got the same thing fixed for a quarter of the price with a warranty. Just kinda feels like he didnt want to do it and if thats the case shouldve told me. But getting prices through this other mechanic its way cheaper than here. Kinda feel cheated and was told this guy was an honest man. Mind you this new guy had it for 2 days and fixes it completely parts and labor and all.

Horrible service n had to take it back twice for for a lousy exhaust.

Whom ever answers the phone at this shop is very rude and not helpful. I asked to speak with the owner to get some questions answered for a college research paper and according to who ever answered the phone, the owners never there and is never around and is never going to be around. I was amazing how rude they were. Ill never take my car to a place where you cant even get a straight forward answer.

Good place to go for work

I recently had a very bad experience at wheelers complete auto care. It started back in the Bamber with the heater core problem I had after we exchanged the heater core that was on November 12 we put $203 worth of parts . After the work he did I took it home and found an antifreeze leak underneath the car several times I called him I took it all back again now he tells me which I have never had a leak before now he tells me I have to replace my intake manifold cooling system and coolant weather extremes the intake manifold and put in the extra work just to get the thing fixed it cost another $790. I took it home and I had ever freeze leak again on the driveway I call him up he did not like it I took it back again for the third or fourth time now he tells me that the first heater cord we put in needs to be exchanged again I also let them Change the heater core again after I change it the very first time myself another $286 Im up to like 1200 or so almost 3 months later still not fixed every time I take The truck back to get re-fixed he puts it in the parking lot and I wait usually 5 to 7 days for him to look at it or check it again I was just tired of it I called up every day to see how my truck was he would never return my phone calls I would actually drive up there and still no satisfaction. I went with my wife to pick up the truck and I complain about him not returning calls or help me at all. I gave him A lot of good money in good faith when I complain he ran me out the door and went behind the dust to get something to scare me I dont know what it was. He is very unprofessional he should not be in business he should be made to do the work or not to be the owner very poor showmanship. I have never complained on the site ever but I thought this was necessary im recently retired and I just dont appreciate being treated that way I still have the same problem here replaced everything I can we can think of but he just wont help the problem I would never take my car or truck there again ever I run a business for years and I understand how business works but I would never treat customers the way he would it was a very bad experience very long very drawn out upsetting I just had to let everyone know this.
