I received the most personalized assistance at the Wyandotte T Mobil store imaginable. I am so technologically challenged that I assumed that there was no hope. Manager David Navarre and top notch employee Ihsaan Khalid proved me wrong. I purchased the Note 20 5G phone and the 7Gen IPad. They showed me how mixing technology could be done. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with them. Ihsaan was so very patient with me and even anticipated my questions before I could ask! He is so unbelievably knowledgeable. Besides getting such great care, the store itself looked amazing. The merger streamlined everything and the new look is crisp and uncluttered. It’s clean and well stocked. The store location is perfect on the corner and can be seen easily. Tons of parking and handicap assessable. What a superior buying experience!

Excellent customer service by Nathan. He solved my problem with my new phone in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store because at another T-MOBILE I was told my playlist could not be transferred to my new phone but Nathan did it quickly and he was very professional. Thank you! Went in to upgrade and was told one price with accessories. After my card was charged I got nothing I was told. They know their rules and conditions and should tell you that before they charge your card.Not professional at this location. I will always use flat rock.She was about to activate phones without even asking a color preference... 😒 never again.

I went into this store after dropping my phone on the concrete and shattered my screen. After that, my phone went haywire and I thought I was going to lose all of my data off my phone. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Khalid. He was so calming and did the best job of putting me at ease, considering I was in quite a panic. He took the time to find a great replacement for me, took the time to talk me through the whole process and just completely made a horrible situation into something better. Because of him, my shattered phone worked and was able to transfer all of my data onto my new phone. I consider him my hero! I would recommend anyone in need of anything to see him. His personality and knowledge was spot on!

Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable in correcting my issue. I could not make or receive calls other than iPhones. I spent 1 hour on the phone last night with advanced tech support and they had no clue. 10 minutes in the store and I am a happy customer and on my way to enjoying the rest of my vacation! Thanks!!

Friendly and good service

Sold me a liquid glass cellhelmet for $60. It failed and it cost me $200 to get it reapplied at another sprint store. Its supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Baloney. Dont shop there they do not know what they are doing.

I was just in last week to upgrade to the new iPhone7. Matt was awesome to work with, and has been so helpful to our family. My family members have also worked with Marco and have nothing but great things to say about these guys!

Purchased my phone last year good service. Under new management there are three lads standing around offering zero service. Totally useless. Sending me to Sprint in Woodhaven to receive service.

Had a great time with looking and setting up 2 new phones with a half off discount. Fast, easy and now im protected with the otter box and special screen protector that had a 250$ cash back warrenty. I will go back here on a weekday afternoon since i was the only customer there. Cant imagine how busy it is after 4pm

I have been a Sprint customer since january and I called customer service yesterday at my witts end. I just wanted to cancel my contract. My service has had issues, my billing has had issues, i have had nothing but issues. I went to the Wyandotte store becasue the Southgate one has issues. When I walked into Wyandotte Jeremey, the manager, greeted me with a smile. He was so friendly and helpful. He stood there until 45 minutes AFTER the store closed to make sure I was taken care of. I will never go to any other store ever again (unless Jeremey is transfered and then i will follow him). I am staying a sprint customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told I would get the replacement note 7 ive been in there 5 times and they put me on the list for it and the tooked my recall note 7 from me they never told me not to keep the recall phone Im very upset cause I got the 256 gb memory card that I cant used and I even ordered a case for my note 7 that I had to contact amazon to cancel my order and a refund
