If you want a HONEST mechanic that is not in the business to take your money please go to superior!! Its been times superior could have say yep this this and that is broke but they ALWAYS try to find alternatives to save you money while making sure your vehicle is repaired the right way! My family has dealt with superior for over 8 yrs NO COMPLAINTS!! Please take your vehicle to the good guys over at superior.

These guys diagnosed and fixed a huge electrical problem with a dump truck. Everyone at our company was impressed with the level of knowledge and customer service was top notch. We highly recommend these guys.

Very poor service. They lied to me twice about contacting my warranty company and they made no attempts at all. My car sat at their shop for no reason. When they realized they dropped the ball twice with me, they wanted my business. No Way Jose! Im not one to call a situation a black and white one, but the way they treated me and lied to me, it clearly was. I do not recommend this place.

I don’t understand how anyone can rate this shop poorly. Dave the owner is an honest man. They do an excellent job, they don’t nickel and dime you, and they do everything more reasonably priced than literally any shop in town. It’s nothing fancy, but they get the job done well!

Best repair shop in Grand Rapids hands down! They keep their word and will fix any any mistakes made (which are very few) without question and repair your flat tires slow leak for free! 23 years and counting, Ive been going to them.

These people are the most unprofessional and incompetent mechanics I’ve ever experienced. Poor communication, you have to call them about your car. They gave me several deadlines for my vehicle, but couldn’t even order the right part. Had my car over 3 weeks. Very disappointed with my experience with them. I do not recommend them at all. They are terrible.

Had car towed here from memory, my parents have gotten work done by superior. Granted my car sat in their lot for 2 n a half weeks but I called every other day and John told me it was fine while i decided what i was going to do. I ended up paying in full for an engine replacement which took 2 weeks longer than was said. I was told a week, then tomorrow every other day after that. I say every other day because they kept saying theyd call me and never did, ever even when it was done. I also told John that i wanted to see the alleged hole in the old engine when I paid before they started the job and everytime i talked to him i reminded him, then all of a sudden the old engine was gone and they couldnt show me. I also of course asked them to check the surrounding parts while in there like battery, alternator, etc. 2 days after completion I had to have my vehicle towed back there, guess what i needed, a battery, now im sitting here again possibly in need of an alternator or electrical work. But the day i picked up my vehicle i pulled it out of the space, walk around and immediately noticed my passenger front wheel well cover is missing as im now looking at the inside of my bumper and engine theres also wiring hanging about 2 inches from ground. I go in and mention it to john who tells me it must not have been on there the mechanic didnt have to remove it to put the engine in. Im like wait... what? Also somehow tore up my seatbelt guide on my drivers seat and my air force lanyard i gave my gf. Anybody wanna guess what that wiring went to? The alternator! When i opened my glove box all the screws from the wheel well fell out! I really wish id read the reviews pay attention to who has complaints and who says their services are so amazing. I dont think theyre incompetent i think its a little deeper than that i also bought tires btw so dont think that the amount is going to make a difference. Oh and 04 cavalier i could have put this engine in myself just no time or tools.

Good service changed my window switch fast... good price what else can i say

I took my business here once but never will again. Very disappointed.We had our truck towed here because it wasnt running right. Superior Tire assessed the trucks problems, did a whole bunch of work that cost $800, and then they gave it back to us saying Just keep oil in it and it should keep running for a long time! We drove it literally 1 mile before it broke down again. Then they told us it needs a ton more work and probably a new engine and maybe we should just sell it while we can. Had they said this to begin with we never would have poured that kind of money into it! We felt totally ripped off.

Place looks like a chop shop. Employees show no sense of urgency and took way longer to fix my car than promised by. Definitely would not recommend.

I received reccomendatIon from my church to go here years ago, i have taken many of my cars here. The owner is great!!!They have done a great job for me & my family. Always got it right & was a better value than dealerships. Very suprised to hear a complaint, exception in my opinion. I highly reccomend them!!!

Had problem with my car, transmission was slipping, took it too superior tire for repair they put in 3 different transmissions 8 months ago before I was able to get my car bk I was without a car for about 2 1/2 wks. Now the problem started bk again I went somewhere else and got a diagnostic they told my my transmission wasnt any good.Now I got to go bk to Superior Tire because they put in a bad trans and I have a 1 year warranty I really dont like there business because theyre SOME REAL S SHYSTERS! CROOKED BUSINESS MECHANIC MENS. I wouldnt recommend anyone taking there vehicle to them. Its a SET-UP for you to come back and spend more money if you dont have a warranty...#FKN SHYSTERS
