I am super impressed by Harworth! The customer service was some of the best Ive ever seen. Its cool to see a business these days still doing things like having the owner, Jim, personally taking each car for a quick spin to make sure everything looks and feels the way it should. Incredible! I also found it to be refreshing how they did not try to upsell me anything. Im here for tires... not a radiator flush and new wipers. Lastly - they just straight up got me 4 great tires for what I found to be a very reasonable price. Not too often do you walk out of any sort of auto repair business with more in your pocket than you were expecting. 5 stars all around!

My name is Matt Webster and I have been using Jims garage over 25 years I have never once had a problem his shop is more dependable than any place I have been I would actually drive from California to have him service my vehicles just a little story my daughter lives in Columbus I recommended her to go to him and have her Jeep fixed he fixed her Jeep and on her way home she got the death wobble in the front end of her Jeep which is common Jim drove all the way from Xenia to Columbus and try to fix it in her parking lot after that he couldnt fix it so my daughter drove it to Xenia and Jim turns around and loans my daughter a $35,000 car to drive for a whole week while he fixes her Jeep and still charge me less money than what he made thats how much integrity that this man has I by far recommend anybody thats any car problems call Jim hartworths garage thank you Jim

Tim the mam that works the front. Counter is very friendly. The service there was excellent. I would definitely recommend the place and I will definitely go back if I have any more car problems. I feel as a woman going into a tire place that needs repaired some place take advantage of women but this place was up front very friendly and I knew that it was a good place and that I wouldnt be over charged.

Took my diesel-pusher motor home here to resolve a vibration problem after purchasing 6 tires from another provider. Two other shops had not corrected the problem and frankly, didnt give the impression they knew what they were doing. Harworths was recommended by a truck service center so I called and talked with Tim who confidently explained in detail the steps to resolve my problem. Jim, the owner, corrected the work done by earlier shops. He took the time to not just explain, but also show me what was being done...even loaned me his truck to return home during the work! The motor home now rides as smooth as glass. No vibrations at all. This wasnt just great work by very experienced and knowledgeable experts, it was superior customer service and treatment. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely return.

Jim and Jeremiah are experts at what they do I would recommend harworth Tire to anybody in Xenia or the surrounding area very professional very happy with the work I will be bringing both my wifes car and my truck for any of my mechanical needs

Communication was a little ify. A job that should have taken 2 days ended up taking 5 days. Website stated they are open on Saturday when in fact, they were not. Not sure if that was a permanent thing or a one time issue.

Tire light went on, and they were able to check my tires and refill my tires with air. Only took about ten minutes, and was on my way.

Always get good service here, and everyone is very friendly.

I was passing through Ohio on my way from Virginia to Indiana and got a flat near Xenia. I called around to some tire places and nobody had my size and Harworth was the earliest they could order mine. Im glad I called them back; they were incredibly kind and generous and showed that they truely cared. I wish I lived in the area because I would go back to them for my auto care all the time!

Get ur tires done here.. anything else id go somewhere else.. i had to tell them what to in order to fix my car. More than one occasion. The guys are super nice and will accept most jobs you throw at them but, seem to just wing it in my opinion. Shop is nice and clean but the work they do is ghetto make sence?
