I can have a call in prescription, three hours later they say its in process to come back in an hour, two hours later theyll say twenty minutes, I get very upset because I dont have time or gas to keep trapsting back and forth and waiting in that long line, just to tell me twenty minutes more. One day I kept getting notifications telling me my medication was ready for pick up, I waited in line for ever just to be told that they didnt have it. So I had to wait an whole hour and a half for them to fill it!!! Only one nice customer service member.

The The pharmacy is the worst most infuriating pharmacy Ive ever worked with. They never update you if theres an issue with your medication. They also say that they will call your doctor and said they have but every time any doctor Ive talked to they have never ever ever called. Getting medication with them is a complete nightmare. If my insurance wasnt through CVS pharmacy I would never step foot in there.

The staff in the store have no personality and mumble their way through a transaction. The pharmacy, though, is quite possibly the worst Ive ever been to. Only one pharmacy employee is polite and knowledgeable. They are extremely slow. If you call in a refill, theyll tell you an hour and after three hours, it will still not be done. When I submit refill requests online and choose them to be ready a certain day and time, they usually arent ready until a full day after theyre supposed to be. Last time I was in there, four hours had passed since I called for a refill and was told one hour. When I was waiting in line to pick up, a woman in front of me was placing a refill order of several medications. When the employee got to me, she said that one of them was still being finished. One. Yet I waited (one week after major surgery, mind you) for 45 minutes! Why? Because they completely filled that womans large order first, when mine was supposed to have been ready 3 hours before. Go to literally any other pharmacy. Youll be glad you did!

For some reason this is the ONLY CVS in all the United States that doesnt accept out of state medicaid.... huh?

Horrible! Called first to ensure prescription was ready. Arrived at store and gave info to cashier and she was unable to find me in computer. Without saying anything she walks away to computer just out of site and says nothing. After a while another employee come to my aid and finds my name right away but prescription was never filled and the wait was an hour. I give up on this CVS

I was able to walk in and get a flu shot right away without having to wait. The staff is courteous and my prescriptions are always ready on time.

The most worse Pharmacy to go too they tell you a hour you give them longer go to pick up your prescription and they tell you another 20 minutes.. Who has gas and time to keep wasting coming across town.. Will not be coming back to this place ever again will take my prescriptions else where.

Horrible pharmacy. Bad service. Pharmacy employees are rude and dont even pretend to care. My local independent pharmacy sold out to CVS 2 weeks ago. First day I went in for my insulin refill and was told it wouldnt be in stock for 48- 72 hours....asked if this was ok? Neck no its not ok! Then went to transfer all scripts to another pharmacy. Went in twice and was told it would be done. 3 days later still not done. New pharmacy called 2 days in a row still not done. Ran out of medicine so I went to this pharmacy to speak to a pharmacy supervisor...finally got scripts transferred. I am a nurse over 20 years and this pharmacy is about the worst I have ever had to deal with. A disgrace after the superior, caring service of the independent pharmacy they bought out!

Extremely frustrating experience with the pharmacy. I called to check on a prescription and was told it was ready. When I arrived, they said there was no order. I called back to check and they said it would actually be ready in an hour. I returned the same day to pick it up and they said they ran out and it would be ready tomorrow. I never got a call or any updates and the workers were extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic.

Always friendly and courteous to me. I always feel welcome when I go to this CVS.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Cannot seem to fill all prescriptions at once although, they have offered to many times. Some prescriptions will not auto refill and some do Its never the same each month on what will be ready and what will not. One time, I received the wrong pills in my bottle. Staff is rude and inept.

This is the SLOWEST CVS I have EVER been to! And Ive been to a lot of CVSS. this CVS makes the company look bad! Then today the lady tells me theyve been short staffed today and yesterday. But they are ALWAYS this slow! Worse CVS EVER!

I was inside the CVS in xenia today. Two aisles over, I heard a man talking very aggressively to a young woman. He was cussing and saying very inappropriate and unprofessional things to this young lady. Since he was being so loud, I was able to gather that he was a supervisor and she was an employee. As she struggled to get her point across, the supervisor became more irate and was in every way totally unprofessional and rude. He should have been in a office, not the cleaning aisle berating this young lady. It upset me to see this and see how he was treating her. I asked the cashier what his name was. I think its Gary. It was December 2nd 2016 around 10:30am is when this occurred.

Pricey RX and Gen Mdse., but good service.but the help is OK OVER ALL. They have some people who have been there for several yeas and they are very good at what they do.I do AGREE with Local Green Eater, that in any stor situation the stor supervisor / manager should ALWAYS have performance discussions in private where bot employees and cuterom cant not hear the conversation. - AND the Supervisor / Manager should do it in a professional manor.I have worked in several retail management stores over my long career and this was taught to me a long time ago. Maybe this is not taught in retail management training anymore...... sigh/

Place was okay but they ticked off some insurance companies and cant go there any more except randomly for my foster kids because they do take the state stuff they have.
