Stopped here today for gas. Wanted to wash vehicle windows. All containers were empty of window cleaning fluid. Told them inside and guy came and put fluid in only at the pump we were parked at. This being said the people here are generally friendly unless they are really busy. And this store usually is busy.

My husband went into the mens restroom cause he had to use the restroom, meaning he didnt have time to tell the attendant that the place was horrible and wait for the attendant to clean the horrific mess that should be checked but by the looks of it was never checked. He literally had to wipe up the floor from the toilet leaking, and clean as much of the poop off of the toilet that he could in order to sit down himself to finally get to do his business. So think about it, you gotta poop (guys) now, think how you would like it if you had to do someones job that they get paid to do in a public restroom that should be kept clean just so you could use the facility. Think its easy to have to hold back a poop to clean just to be able to use when you should be able to not worry and just use it like supposed to? I dont care who made the mess or how many people it took to make that mess, its either the attendants fault for not keeping a better eye on the restroom or its the managers fault for not hiring the right amount of people it takes to keep the store and facilities clean plus run the register. But your store is gross!!!

I came to speedway to get a fresh coffee, went to check out, I had tasted the coffee at the register and noticed it wasnt fresh. After realizing I informed her of the coffee not being fresh and she said exactly this “that’s your problem, not mine” I said excuse me and she blatantly asked me if I wanted the coffee or not. I said I thank you and walked out. Horrible customer service. Never returning to the location. The ladies name was Michelle. She was very rude.

This has got to be the filthiest Speedway I have ever been to. It doesnt matter what time of day I go in, IT IS DISGUSTING!!!! Old coffee, over-flowing trash cans, filthy counters and the staff just does not care. The only thing your associate cared about this morning was the guy asking for her phone number.

I went in this morning as I do every morning to get my daily energy drinks and my cartridges for my electronic cigarette. Not only was the cashier disrespectful towards me but he would not sell them to me because I was in my work uniform, that being said, the cashier mr Nate told me he wasn’t gonna sell them to me because I guess my co worker (wearing the same uniform) went in on his break 30 minutes before me to get cartridges for his jul didn’t have his id. So I had to drive 20 minutes to get my cartridges I was totally being disrespected. I would understand if I went in there right after or maybe if I was gonna get the same ones but I don’t. I go in this location every morning and I’ve never had this problem, but I’ve never had to deal with this gentleman either. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else just because they’re wearing their work uniform, very disappointed.

Cashier Angie said she had to help check out other people first even though I was waiting because they are regulars implying that if you come here you have to be a regular to get any help. This lady needs to be employed where she can interact with her friends who like her poor attitude only, apparently. Wont be back since she acted like I was really ruining her day by needing to purchase something. The store is disgusting anyway. Ill go to Circle K when I come to Xenia now so Angie doesnt have to do anything.

Not very clean lately but they stay busy. Staff always friendly .

Almost every time I buy a pop its expired or tastes extremely flat because its almost expired. Ive had to go back multiple times to get pop that wasnt expired

They have a wide selection of food and snacks, the nachos are awesome!!
