The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. My husband and I were able to get our covid vaccines and the care shown to us by the pharmacy staff was much appreciated. The pharmacist, Jessica, went above and beyond to help us resolve a scheduling conflict when not even asked of her. I will highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone I can.

The pharmacy staff is amazing! Always going above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. More than we can see! A script was called in incorrectly by the doctor and they immediately got it corrected before we came to pick it up! Being an important medication that we needed right away, it was greatly appreciate and we didn’t have to wait! Thank you to the amazing pharmacy staff!

I used to get my prescriptions elsewhere, but I recently switched here and I’m glad I did! Jessi the pharmacy manager is awesome and does a great job explaining medications and going over the details with you. It’s at a convenient location and the other employees in the pharmacy are the best! I don’t even have to say my name anymore when I pull up because they remember me and they are already grabbing my prescriptions! Wonderful customer service!

Ive had the wonderful experience of using this Rite Aid pharmacy for the duration of my time in school in Ohio (about 6 years now). Every time I come in to fill a prescription or to get a flu shot, the pharmacy staff makes me feel like family. I wouldnt trust my medications to anyone else! Highly recommend using this pharmacy!

I have been a customer here for many years and at one time I was actually forced to have to change for a little while because my companys insurance only dealt with another pharmacy. I was so excited when I was able to come back because I never got the service from the other place that I get at this Rite Aid. Waited all night to get my childs medicine sent from the er so I got to the drive thru at 9:22, they didnt have either 2 medicines and didnt try to call and let me know. So they said at the window that I myself needed to call other pharmacies to get it transferred it wasnt their job. The lady was very rude to me considering the circumstances was at the hospital for hours last night with a sick kid. Some common courtesy goes a long way. Long story short wont be using this place again!!!!!!! Horrible service

This store is absolutely horrible. Was on hold for 20 minutes. Finally spoke to someone. They said an hour, went in after an hour and a half and they still werent ready. I have never had an experience like this. This rite aid is the worst.

This has always been my favorite pharmacy until lately. All of the pharmacy staff keeps changing and the pharmacist named Jessie is awful. She is very rude and client service is something she definitely doesn’t care about. I will now switch pharmacies and never go back because of the treatment from her and a tech named Meagan. They should be ashamed of themselves for working with the public!

Horrible experience at this store. Let me provide a little background first as to help anyone better understand this completely awful situation.Firstly I am not from Xenia. I am a centerville resident and lived in Downtown Dayton for 5 years before that. In fact aside from the municipal airport I fly out of (which is basically still Beavercreek), the only familiar thing to me is the ice cream shop off of the bike path. I’ve heard terrible things about this area and I believe them after last night. Unfortunately me and my fellow cyclists last night did not manage our time very well on the trip back and it was dark and the temperature was dropping. It was around 9:30 pm and we needed sweatshirts and flash lights so we stopped over to this store to see what they had.They had sweatshirts for $25 so I purchased 3. One for myself, my friend, and our other friend who was waiting outside with our bikes and my dog who was attached on the back of my bike in a dog roller. With that and 2 candy items it was $81. We went outside to hit the path back home and realized none of us had a working flashlight so therefore we were going to have to go back in to get one. Myself and my female friend went back inside the store. I asked the cashier (who actually very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible, although it seemed like he wasn’t very familiar with any product placement in the store) and he came to help me look in various aisles. At this time my friend and I split up and she looked in the school supplies section for one. We found 2 diff flash lights in 2 diff aisles and I ended up purchasing one that came with batteries to save time. $15. It was getting late and I couldn’t keep going on scavenger hunts through aisles to locate items that employees don’t know where to find.As I was checking out, suddenly my female friend who was also looking for a flashlight that was perhaps cheaper, came up to the front where I was checking out and told me that she was being thrown out of the store? I was very shocked and confused. She was obviously very upset over this as well. I see a man with a very angry almost threatening look on his face following behind here. He had glasses and his shirt was untucked. I was in complete shock at this scene unfolding. According to her he kept calling himself the manager although his sloppy demeanor wouldn’t exactly suggest management. Initially I just kind of laughed and figured he was having a bad day and the store was closing at 10pm and he was trying to get out of there early as it was only 9:30. We were the only customers. But then, much to our groups surprise, more customers were coming in after us and he didn’t say anything to them! I do believe she was discriminated against because she was in bike shorts. As silly as that sounds there is literally no other reason for this man to have treated a female customer this way. Need I mention we had JUST SPENT ALMOST $100!I will be calling his overhead over this matter because I do not appreciate it. When I’m left in charge at my work I don’t parade around like a tyrant and kick people out of the establishment because I’d like to close up early. This is wildly unacceptable and can’t believe anyone would have hired this man “RICK” to manage anything. If it wasn’t so chilly, dark and we had to get back on the bike path, I would have returned my $95 worth of merchandise!

I had to write a review since I have so much time while standing in line to make a return, with my receipt. I’ve been standing in line for 30 min because the ignorant manager JUDY couldn’t figure out how to make a return. She was so unprofessional and not caring of the situation. And for all parents, I had my two year old with me the whole time so that was fun. Find a new manager, rite aid. Won’t be shopping at xenia anymore.
