The part to replace on my car took a while to get in which was not the fault of caliber collision. Once they were able to get the part they were able to get us in and our car repaired within four days. They were really good about keeping me posted on the progress and what to expect. We were really impressed with all of them.

I first dropped off my car to this shop on august 23rd. I was very hesitant to use them because i had not heard of them. But this was the only shop that my insurance allowed me to take it to. Everything seemed well at first until they ran into problems sourcing a part. At the beginning they replied to my emails but then quickly switched to phone calls only. I expect this is common practice for them so they don’t have any false promises in writing. While this is understandable. They have been very dismissive of all of my concerns. And brushed me off everything they could. They finally got all my parts they needed to fix my car on September 23rd. Since then they have been telling me that it should get into the paint shop any day now. I have literally been told now for two weeks in a row that my car should get into paint tomorrow. I called today October 20th for an update and they told me that HOPEFULLY by the end of the week it should get into the paint shop. I told them I was frustrated and that they should prioritize my car since its been there for so long. And matts response to me was that “ there are cars that have been here longer” in a very rude condensing tone. I just hope somebody reading this who is on the fence about using this place DOESN’T you will not have a good experience here. As of today. Two months later I still do not have my car, and no hope of when I will get it back.

They were professional, updated frequently on the status of my car and was quick at getting my car back to me. Did everything they said when they wrote up the estimate paint matched perfectly and the paint job was done very good. This was my first time doing business with them and I will definitely be coming back for any future needs. Definitely reccomend!

These guys were AWESOME. They provided weekly text updates on progress and estimated dates on completion. Our car had significant damage, but on getting it back it looked brand new. They had it shampooed and detailed, and the body work looked like the day we drove it off the lot. Very pleased and this business was very professional the entire process. Highly recommend if you need some work.

Do not recommend! Went in with insurance claim (recommended by AllState) to replace front bumper, fender and a few other components on a pickup (animal was ran over, hood didnt get touch in accident) when we received the truck the fender and bumper were on there unaligned, very noticable. Upon attempting to get things settled, we got told the hood had to be adjusted/bent in order for the other stuff to looked better. We personally didnt like that idea do to the the fact that the hood wasnt even touched in the accident, and messing with a heavier metal component over readjusting their work (aluminum/ fiberglass) did not make sense to us. We asked if he could readjust the fender and bumper since it was noticable that the number was pushed in about 1/4 in more that it was supposed to and the fender was about 1/2 out over the rest of the body. He was somewhat rude and said that it is his shop and he will be doing whatever it takes to make his company look good and that if we left the truck he wouldnt be readjusting his work because it was satisfactory to himself. Well after a back and forward with the insurance we decided to have it looked at by another more trusted professional. As we suspected it was just a matter of readjusting Yakima Collisions work.

This is David and Linda Von EssenDisappointed!!!!!We had a dent on the drivers side of the sunroof fixed.Great job.But they said to make it look right they needed to do the whole top. Great. Like perfection.Glad they took their time to do a great job.But when we got the car home we saw the top had bubbles, a piece of dirt inbedded in paint and that the paint ran.We called and they had us bring it back in. They said they would take care of it.They buffet the top. Took out the dirt and now there is a hole. And they did nothing to fix runs/bubbles. They fixed the dent beautifully but managed to damaged the perfect top.We bought this car new and doing everything we can to keep it as nice as we can.We are very disappointed.Think twice (or more) before going there.

No service

Called these guys up after they did repairs on my truck to ask if they could paint a wheelchair frame for my almost 4 year old. They said bring it down. Told them we didnt care what color just not pink he cant go to school with a pink ride. Not only did they paint it for him but they painted it Orange just like my little asked. He was so excited when we went to pick it up. Your crew is great and you made a little boy and his moms very happy. Thank you!

Update; (1 Year) I recently traded the car in, and the dealership conceded that they would have not noticed any repair, had I not disclosed the damage (and Carfax). They agreed it would only be recognizable to a trained professional. I stand behind my original review.I am still in the initial stage of having my vehicle repaired, but thus far I am amazed at the customer service. I honestly feel the shop has been on my side from the beginning, ensuring the best possible repair is completed. The 3rd party assessment literally low-ball the actual damage and the shop went to bat for me, ensuring a supplement was quickly approved to avoid later delays for damage that was already identified. All my question and concerns are quickly answered by phone or email.Additionally, the shop is very professional in appearance and everyone I have encountered is super friendly and willing to answer any question you might have, in detail, until you are satisfied with the answer. While not on the recommended list of my insurance company, this will not stop me from recommending this shop in a heartbeat.Ill wait to give them an additional star once the work is completed.
