Great customer service. I was looking for a set of tires that are pretty much out of stock nationally but Dave (store manager) went out of his way to piece together tires from different locations to make my set happen. He did not have to go above and beyond but he did anyway and made it happen. Thank you Dave! Have used this company for years and several different locations and all of them always deliver but this experience this last round was the best.

Last time I’m going here. Here I am, out of state, on a Sunday and rotating my tires. Luckily I have a ride to the auto parts store. Whoever cross threaded my stud really needs to look for a different job. Want my money back for all the fees. Fine with tire price but something needs to be made right here.

Knowledgeable people. They didn’t have my tire size in the tire I wanted, they suggested I size up a little, and I love it! They actually kept appointment time. They estimated taking 1hour, my car was done within half an hour.

I went there to have my tire fixed do to a nail and they were nice and removed the nail and fixed my tire for free. This is the second time we have gone to discount tire and have always had great service. They even will put air in your tires for free and rotate your tires as well. So if your ever by discount tire or need a tire fixed check out discount tire. I know I will be going back to them in the future.

Took a flat tire said they couldnt fixed it and took it to another tire shop fix it a no cost. Also they told me I need 2 new tires when I just recently bought them.

Had a tire sensor change at a different tire center but couldnt reprogram it. I went into Discount for them to reprogram my car so it reads all sensors took about 6 minutes to complete the task great job by the guys.

Id been trying to get a slow leak in one of my tires changed since winter, as I rotated them on regular basis. They said its just the cold weather making it lose the air, well now its not cold but they said I need new tires, Ive got 30,000 on em and their guaranteed 55,000 What gives. Unless someone steps up there, Im going to be a NEGATIVE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THEM

Nothing but good things to say about this company - they are VERY honest and trustworthy, timely, and do high quality work. I came in to have new tires put on my car because theyve been sliding in the snow and hydroplaning in the rain. The rep I was working with, Taylor, showed me that the tires were still in great shape and he recommended some alternatives to try before spending several hundred dollars for new tires. They then proceeded to check my air pressure, balance, and rotate my tires free of charge. Taylor was fantastic to work with! It was amazing to see that kind of honesty in a situation where he could have easily just put new tires on my car and more money in the companys pocket. For that, I will be a returning customer and recommend them to everyone! Best tire shop in town.

I had a little shaking in my front end when driving on the freeway. The steering was a little off and sometimes I would hear a rattle when exiting my driveway. I took my car to discount tire and they immediately found the issue, corrected it and added the proper air pressure to all 4 tires. Free of charge! I will be taking all my vehicles for any type of service they offer. Now and in the future

I called and was helped my Tony. Asked if I can bring my own wheel and get it installed he said yes at no cost as long as all the mugs are the same. Upon getting here he remember who I was as a customer on the phone and got to me in seconds. Tony helped me figure out if I needed new lugs and gave me the best deal. After all the once I had did fit the new wheel. I appreciate Tony and his ability to get to my solutions efficiently. 10/10 do recommend!!!

My first time there and it was spectacular! I went in to see if they could fix a flat tire for me, unfortunately it was unable to be, but they fixed me up with a new tire! Only took maybe 30 minutes; 10 for the change and 20 for discussing my options. Wonderful and well knowledgeable staff and a clean well disinfected store!

To say I am satisfied is an understatement. Today, I went into the store for a bolt in my tire.. my tires are bad mind you but I didn’t realize how bad. I didn’t want to buy tires because 1.) my husband wasn’t there with me and 2.) I needed to check out my warranty on my tires. But the gentleman named Reggie helped me.. he wouldn’t let me leave the store without a tire. He actually cared about my safety but most importantly my sons safety. In my 30 years of life I have never experienced costumer service like this, never met someone so kind and caring and he didn’t even know me!? I can’t put into words with how thankful I am for Reggie and this store for truly caring for there costumers. I’m still in ahh and amazed by this gentleman, Reggie. If you can read this at all Reggie, THANK YOU! Thank you for your kindness, for caring, hospitality and for truly thinking about my families safety. I’ll never forget this. We definitely will be back.

Purchased 2 new tires from Tire Centers inc. Thursday In preparation for my big weekend. On Friday I started on the interstat only to find out they didnt balance my tires. I called them over and over about 10min before they closed. Guess they didnt want to answer so close to closing.I called discount tires 7min before closing. They answered and told me they would stay open and wait for me. They balanced my tires and didnt charge me even though they stayed 45 min past closing.Thanks Tonie, Arnold, and Taylor for saving my weekend.

Needed to get the studs off our car. They are still operating even with the shut down from COVID-19. Guy met us outside was super personable. Went inside to pay. They wipe things down as soon as you are finished. We had to pull our car in the shop and wait inside the car while the tires were being swapped. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable. We will continue coming here for our tires.

Way over priced, better look for a locally owned tire place.

The tires were put on in a quick and professional manner however the fit and finish on the tires was not done correctly for example I ordered white Walls and the blue paint was not wiped off but other than that decent place to buy tires just be sure you ask them to wipe off that blue paint.

Was told to come at 5 to get my tire put as was busy. Left my rim so would save time for workers as was rolling on my spare dropped car off at 4:45 and bay had couple open spots. Went and did some window shopping came back at 20 after car still sitting in same spot. Couple minutes later the guy from counter seen I was still waiting by my car told me go ahead and pull it in over there and walked off I had to chase him down and inform him they had my keys. After getting them and walking back to my car I had to pull it in tne bay myself. Geuss if there is a silver lining while standing there waiting noticed my brakes in the rear are almost worn to nothing. So geuss im gonna have to order some and put them on myself.

This morning I went to the Yakima store and got a quote on a pair of tires.I went back this afternoon to have them installed. I asked for Taylor who gave me the quote and this guy said he would help me. I wanted to put the new tires on the front, He says I should put them on the rear. he was very argumentative and talked to me like I didnt know anything about tires and cars.Finally I told him I wasnt interested in buying tires from him and went to another store and bought my tires and had them installed the way I wanted them. I wont be going back to this store anytime soon.

Thank you so much to Omar! I arrived as Omar was heading to his car to go home. I said hello and he remembered me calling regarding resetting the TPMS sensors in my Subaru. Just put the snow tires on at another Discount Tire shop near our home in Auburn, WA. He turned back to the shop, grabbed the code reader and got right to getting rid of that annoying sensor light. Great service! Cant thank them all enough.

If I could rate them higher I would. This week we were preparing to sell my parents car, a Nissan Sentra. For two years they have been dealing with a TPMS sensor light that wouldnt go away despite multiple trips to Valley Nissan. We didnt want to sell it with this still an issue so after calling around and getting quotes as high as $120 per tire to fix, my dad called down to Discount Tire and they encouraged him to come down and they would help get it diagnosed. Not only did they go through the steps to verify all the sensors were working, they went and simply reset the system and five minutes later PROBLEM SOLVED! They solved a problem that the dealer and other tire stores in town couldnt be bothered to fix. They will be getting our families business from now on and we will recommend them every chance we get! These are guys you can trust, depend on and have confidence in the work they perform! They are Rockstars!

Spent an hour and a half at les Schwab waiting for a road force balance, got tired of waiting, called discount tire, they said they do it for free!!! I got my keys and left les Schwab (they charge $25 a tire!) went to discount tire, helped by Reggie, I was in n out in 45min. From now on discount tire will be my first and only stop!
