I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back two more times after the first time being oddly high priced. All three times the minor work I went in for was at least double what Ive paid before and each time Im told theres something else wrong with my car that could cause the car to break down, EVERY SINGLE TIME! This is the only garage Ive ever paid more than a thousand dollars per visit and after every visit been more worried my car would break down on my way to work. I recently took my car to the dealership here in Yakima and was told none of those problems would stop my car from running, and none of the problems I was told to get fixed were even present. Ive never left a review anywhere, but I cant let other people fall in this trap. I truly feel this business pretty much stole as much as they could from me until I ran out of options and drove home scared anyway. I will never return as a customer and I will share my story and receipts/quotes with anyone in need of work done, go somewhere your car will actually be fixed.

We were charged $381.68, and some part was changed, BUT nothing was improved! The car still jumps and jerks, just like the key is turned off and back on.It is a 1998 Honda CRV, with a 5-speed stick. We have replaced the distributor twice, new plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, throttle positioning sensor, and the list goes on and on.I called White Pass Garage and they didnt offer any advice or any part of our money back for NOT making any improvements in the performance!
