Bad customer serviceMisdiagnosed my moms heater and replace a part thinking that would make the heater work but I didn’t my mom had to pay twice the visit and a part that she didn’t need because the part didn’t make the difference still heater not working after 2 hours of the part being replaced! Never buying from there again and not recommending no one there BAD PLACE!!!

Parents bought a Regency stove less than a year ago. The blower stopped working and when they called Inland they were told a poor me story of how their service people were hurt on the job and that no one was available to service the stove. They told my parents they would need to install the blower themselves! Its still under warranty! Will never do business with them again. Shortening store hours, shady sales practices, not fulfilling their warranty obligations, and not answering their phone during business hours...sounds like theyre going out of business.

Inland Awning, was to come out and replace a missing control knob, and a service call, Earth Stove was working great. when the service man arrived, when the service man left our Gas Control Valve was fried and we were left with a Earth Gas Stove that does not work at all, was told they could replace the gas control valve at a cost of $360. plus a $250. service call.So leaving a disable veteran that is 70 years old an his wife that is 66 without a reliable source of heat, and has refused to pay for their mistake, and in fact the owner told me personally at this point I dont give dam.So call them at your own risk, should you need service.Thank You

Have only been there a couple times. I had them replace the glass on the door to my wood stove. Owner was nice and charged me less than he quoted me.

Not part of BBBOwner was Rude, Inappropriate, told us we didnt have funds for anything, but what he wanted to sell us how does he know what funds we have or dontYelled at, go to different store, dont need or want our money.
