The pharmacy employees and pharmacist are very knowledgeable and kind. The store employees are very friendly and helpful too.

Antonios is the best. He knows our names and birthdates. Im in and out within minutes. The store is always clean and easy to check out. Just one complaint. A few of the evening pharmacists are kind of pushy when I call about my medicine. Also Becky is always rude, when I call or go in to grab my medicine, I dont think she likes her job, some staff need to be talked to about customer service. Im always nice. I think sometimes she dont want to fill my medicine.

Tall hot babe just recently helped me out, short babe before that. All the other employees are great too, this store deserves accolades

I like to buy my makeup there. But I get all my tylenol and allergy pills there and vitamins.

Always a great experience with friendly staff that knows you by name. I have only had a negative experience with one employee and I think that’s just their personality because it’s consistent.

This Rite Aid is easy to get in and out of. They have the simple shopping needs a small store would have and a pharmacy on hand in case you need to use it. There are good deals as well if you sign up to be a member.

There are those in the *evening pharmacy* (only!) who would rather not do their jobs. One example, but not the only one: Telling you on the phone that your insurance wont fill a 1-week prescription they received that day a week after the last one, like every single other week, until the next day (i.e., until they dont have to deal with filling it.)But if you arent in a rush for your medications and can get the morning shift/day shift at the pharmacy, this is definitely *the best pharmacy in town.* The day-shift pharmacy staff are professional, speedy, and friendly. Theyll take time to help with questions, going out of their way to help you resolve what ails you.The retail staff are generally friendly and pretty darn good people, too. If only every store I go to had staff as helpful and friendly as this Rite-Aids retail staff. If it werent for the various issues with evening pharmacy, Id give this store a solid 5-star rating. As it is, they get 4 stars, because every other shift and department are rockstars -- if you can shop here, its worth driving a couple extra minutes to use that one.

Their pharmacy has unusually neurotic practices compared to other Rite Aids. They will not cooperate with other Rite Aids, even within the same town, which makes getting some medications quite frustrating.Edit: I spoke with corporate, who stated they will be addressing my issues. Will update the stars after I evaluate their performance.

The best pharmacy, great friendly people that know what they are doing and take the time to talk with you and help when needed. You are acknowledged by the time you enter until the time you leave with a smile.

Pharmacy service lacks, doesnt matter if I called in my prescription refill the day before or that morning. Either the phone message or the pharmacy staff states meds will be ready for pick up at a certain time, but when I go to pick up, usually 1 to 3 hours after stated time meds are supposed to be ready, Im told meds not ready and will be about 15 to 20 minutes, if I want to wait. Extremely frustrating when the reason I called ahead of time is so I dont have to wait.Might be time to change pharmacy... Since this is a continuing issue for several months.

We showed up 10 minutes after they closed, and the pharmacist was just walking out the door. He could tell my wife was sick and went back in and filled the prescription. Kind of restored my faith in humanity for a minute. Should be a extra star rating for times like this.

Antonio is awesome. He knows everyone by first name when you walk up.
