Ordered delivery service set up for Monday. Monday came and went, called and was told having staffing problems. Said I wanted to cancel and give me my money back. I was told they were sorry and promised if I would give them another chance they would promise to deliver Thursday. Surprise no one showed up was told again they would be here Friday. I told them no way that not living up to their promise is a lie and do not deserve my business.BEWARE OF LIRERS THAT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T SHOW UP. If I could give minis stars it would be -100!

I have had Crystal Springs deliver my water for a few years now. I did like it better when they came every other week so I didnt have to store so many bottles however, I do love having hot and cold fresh water at the drop of a hand.

The absolute worst customer service. Ive had three different appointments to have my water cooler picked up. Each time they dont show, so I call and they tell me that Im scheduled for the next day. This has been going on for a week. Honestly Id rather drink tap water then have my lifespan shorted by the stress.

Delivery driver does not come when our business is open, we get charged for cups we do not order or get, when we call to try and advise billing we wait online for hours at a time and get no help.

Online payment system is broken app is broken and no one will answer the phone for customer service at all

Worst company to deal with! I had issues with delivery from day one. Unwanted deliveries even after calling to confirm no delivery was scheduled. Equipment left on my front porch when out town, faulty equipment, etc. Do not set up service with Crystal Springs!

My wife signed up for service 9/26. We have been scheduled for our first delivery a couple times. They never show up. When my wife calls they tell her we were rescheduled to a different date. They can’t tell her why. When she asks for the route manager to call back to confirm next scheduled delivery start date no one calls. We are giving them one more chance to start our service before we cancel and take our business elsewhere

Professional and friendly service representatives. The water is good and the cost is reasonable. I like that the water is delivered to my house. I can also order bottled water, tea, coffee, etc... We have been with Crystal Springs for about four years now. Great company.

I have had Crystal springs delivering water to my company for years. The manager is great and our deliveries always arrive on time. Their products and service are the best in town.

I called the company you let them know that we won the Mexico tell him I wasnt coming back until February what are the representatives told me that I cant was fine I shouldnt worry about it that I wouldnt be going to collections turn up when I got back in February what happened my account went to collections hope they can resolve this very good company though order water or anything from them pretty good

I have tried to call on 3 consecutive days and nobody ever answers. Im awfully thirsty.

Our service representative is AWESOME, he is consistent, fun and friendly! The smaller, thinner cups are not well received by us or our patients. Please go back to your old cups.

We subscribed for delivery on July 8/9th for first delivery and cooler service for 17th; which was first available. Called to confirm as received no call back or follow up. Confirmed for 17, 18, 19, 20, no call no show thru 23rd. Was told each time, each day that we were on schedule and be available from 8-5pm for delivery - each and every day; wasted time. Reconfirmed delivery for 24, 25 and finally 26 - still no call no show, effectively stood up 7 times and despite daily calls from us and promises to deliver each day, the best they could offer was more apologies from across the country, since no local rep or manager could be reached. We cancelled today since delivery of water, coolers, plus several cases of expensive extras we put on our order is obviously not a priority nor is wasting our time even a concern. A total joke.
