Our water was nasty in Selah, and now it’s not. We are actually saving money by not going and buying bottles of water every other day. And no more late night water runs. We love it!
We have never regretted our decision to have cullugan water in our home. We drink so much water and love having it cold or ready to make hot tea in the evening.
Terrible customer service! Their products dont work and they dont come to take care of non-working equipment. The customer service department and the drivers dont communicate and they do not care to take care of their customers at all. I even canceled my doctors appointment to get a working machine and they didnt show up. 3 weeks with a non-working machine and they dont care.
Your representatives, the men who have come to our house, are so nice that we wish we could invite them over more often. (They were Saul and Jessie) Every contact we have had with Culligan over the years–from our purchase of the system to the installation and maintenance of it, and our questions with office staff over the phone–has been stellar, amazing, great, and positive. What more can we say? You are doing everything right because you have a competent and genuinely friendly staff. PS: our softened water is amazing, hard water no longer wrecks our tubs and sinks, and our drinking water is pristine. We dont just love the workers, the product is perfect for our needs.
Customer service has gone down a lot recently, and I had to cancel my service. Today I went by at 12:15 PM to change out my water bottles. The sign says they are open at 12PM Mon/Wed/Fri. The door was locked, and they had a sign saying they were at lunch, will be back soon. Ok, fine. I check back after 12:30, and again at 1 PM. Still locked, no one there. I call, and Im on hold for 20 minutes, before being told they will be back at 1:30PM. Fine. By 1:40PM, there it is still locked. I was finally able to get in when I came back at 2:45PM. I took my water cooler with me and cancelled the service.Look, the water is fine. I never had a single issue with the taste or quality of the water. But with this level of customer service, why would I bother keeping the service?
Best place to get bottled water from! They are super friendly, easy to deal with, very convenient. I would totally recommend them.
Fantastic customer service! Each time I have gone in the representatives have gone above and beyond to be helpful. Being new to Yakima I am still trying to figure out where everything is and both times I have gone in they have quickly helped me but then also chatted about the area and why they love Yakima.

Business hours are not the same as online so I made the 1hour trip for nothing. Be aware that they’re only open from 12-4 on Monday Wednesday and Friday. If anyone sees this maybe it saves them a trip.

Couldnt ask for any better. I have a standing order and automatic payment. The water is always there as scheduled and I get a reminder call the day before. Absolutely no problems.

On June 22nd we had a service person come out to check our HiFlow3 softener since we were experiencing more water spotting than normal and had not had the unit serviced since 1/2016. The system was installed in 1/2007. The tech came out and checked the settings on the head and stated that the resin was depleted and that was why we had more spotting. He also stated that the unit was too old and could not be rebuilt. The tech spent about 5 minutes on site, and did no water testing. When I scheduled the service call I was assured the unit was new enough that parts would be available. If I had known that the unit was not serviceable I would not have scheduled a tech. I contacted Culligan and my issue with billing for an unnecessary service call. This was resolved satisfactorilyI was totally disappointed with Culligan on 2 levels. The first is the lack of overall support of their product line, since this was an expensive unit when installed. I felt like I was being driven to buy a new unit from the tech and that fixing it was a low priority. Secondly I thought the handling of the situation was shoddy at best. I had requested a call back which still has not happened.Being disgusted with Culligan, I then called a local plumbing contractor to come out to bid installing a new water softener. After discussing the situation, he ran a water test and it showed the system was working as it should and that I did not need a new unit. He suggested some tweaks to improve performance and did not charge an exorbitant fee as does Culligan.

Delivery to the door and the reminder call to put the bottles out the day before. The water quality is consistently good and saves our coffee maker.
I find it hard to find the quality of water that Culligan provides elsewhere. They are knowledgeable at what they do and that ensures good quality water.
We have tried to get someone to call us back after leaving messages several times about our water filter generator going out. Horrible customer service. We even left a message with the manager
