Called this morning and spoke with associate MADDY, she was extremely helpful while she was teaching a new employee the ropes. Her helpful attitude lead us into buying the products that we called about. When we arrived to pick up the items MADDY again was just as helpful and made the while process easy to manage. All staff members that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. My only dislike was the lack of pricing on the jeans that I purchased. I was a little shocked upon check out because the price on line for ARIAT jeans was $20.99. I double checked on line when I got home and found there are like 6 + different styles of this particular brand so I checked by product number and found they were priced the same in store and on line but I wish they would have just been marked on the tag attached to the clothing.

Usually nobody greets when you walk in the door and hardly anyone ever asks if I need help. I always have to walk and find someone to help me. Overall though I like the cleanliness of the store and the shelves having products I look for.

I shop here all the time for my animals. I have chickens, sheep, goats, and cows and they have feed for all of them. Not to mention their clothing which is a great selection of cowboy/girl wear. My husband buys workboots here all the time.

If youre a true country person coastals is the best variety store of all times cowboys and cowgirls cant help but love it. Something for all members of the family keep up the good work coastal.

For work or messing around killing time, coastal is always awesome.

Assistance here is excellent. I went in looking for a sleigh a while back and someone was quick to help. The lines move at a good pace. The other time I went I for yard maintenance supplies and they even offered to assist to load my car.

Ive looked at work cloths there and I couldnt bring myself to pay more for work cloths then I do on my casual attire

Went to buy some clean bails of straw. Great service I could have loaded em myself but coastal staff helped me load it right up. Was busy because of the holiday season and of course covid, but seems like I was still in and out quick.

It is where we buy our animal food. Good quality and solid prices to buy bulk.

Found what i could elsewhere here today. Customer service is fast, and great. Any questions asked were answered easily, and the prices were great. I will be coming back to this store, because its a great place to shop.

Great prices on wrangler jeans. The people here are always friendly. Store is organized and clean.

If you need anything related to farming these guys have it on hand or can get it. Their selection of animal feed, fence parts or farming supplies is wide and varied. Prices are fair to great.

I would have given a 5 star but online they said the carried no slip grip tape but when I got there they did not 😓 on the other hand the employees were very helpful 😁

I came to buy an item I had not bought before that I had called about on the phone prior to coming. When I got there I was asked if I needed to help finding something from the cashier and I told her what I was looking for. She pointed and said down that aisle on the right. I never could find it and so I asked another employee who told me its in the next aisle from where he was standing. So I looked on the next aisle it wasnt there either, so I went up to the cash register again and asked a 3rd person. While I was asking her, a 4th employee walked up behind me and finally walked me over and showed me where it actually was, which was in neither one of the places that the first 2 people told me So the customer service was pretty bad today.

Had help finding great boots for my husband. I am a senior lady. Unfortunately the 300lbs of grain I bought I had to load and then load in my vehicle by myself. Find that a little bit crazy nobody helped me.

We enjoy shopping at Coastal. It is the perfect place to buy dry dog food and dry cat food. The price is competitive and our cats and dog like the dry food we get there. We try to feed them healthy food and are happy with the nutrition that the food we purchase has. We go through a lot of dry cat food because we feed many neighborhood cats. We also have a large German Shepherd and he can go through a lot of dry dog food by himself.We also go to Coastal for boots and work clothes. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Service was incredible. The place was PACKED on a Sunday afternoon, so the parking lot was a jungle. Seemed it was kinda cutthroat out there, but plenty of parking if you dont mind walking a few hundred feet. We waited for a sales rep that we had worked with before, and he was sincerely apologetic about the wait. The staff really knows their stuff, and always seems positive, despite some less than understanding customers. We are regular customers at Coastal!

Around 3:30-4pm today I went to Coastal farm & ranch in Union gap for a camping propane stove that I seen on their website. After a few minutes of searching for the stove I asked a younger lady if she knew where I could find it, she couldnt find it and asked another employee, the man and young lady both searched, made calls for about half an hour and another man joined the hunt. Didnt locate the stove, but I was so grateful for their help and taking the time to try and locate it. At other stores, staff not so helpful to their customers as these three were!

Staff in store seem to not want to be bothered to help a customer. Have had poor service on phone calls looking for information as well.

I have tried to deal with there pellet stove department for several months. They take down your name and number and promise to call you back..but never do. I have gone into the store, requested new parts and service... finally took no one being scheduled but an employee from another department who covered the area to actually order my parts. 4 months into my issue and 4 trips into the store and department personnel telling me they would order it and call me. Never did. One was the newly appoint department manager who assured me, would get back with me in two days. Didnt happen.Finally got the parts I ordered thru the non Department employee. Now, need service done... getting the so and so is busy so, we will call you back to set up an appointment. Nothing. The one star rating is because of that one employee who did actually help and came thru, if not..should be zero stars
