The young man that waited on me help me with my phone took care of all of the problems and then we transacted some business on my tablet and got that taken care of he was very knowledgeable and very pleasant and I have dealt with US Cellular for over 20 years and its a good store Lucille Myers

Jennifer is by far one of the best employees we have come across at this location. We added a new line to our plan a month ago, and was told that our bill was only going to go up $10 from what we were paying so we were ok with it. When our bill came out it was $100 more than what we were told. We called 611 and figured out what the issue was and went to this location and talked to jennifer who made everything better for us! Thank you so much Jennifer!!
They have treated me very well over the years, very helpful with setting up new phones, customer service etc. They have also helped me save money by letting me know about new lower-cost plans. This is the only phone store I go to.

Worst U.S Cellular store to go to. Gave a cash payment of $196.00 and they only posted $96.00 and pocketed the $100.00! This is the second time I have issues with giving cash payments at this location. First time my payment didnt post at all, luckily I had kept the receipt. This second time I misplaced my receipt and the person working at the store kept the $100.00. Worst store ever. Dont recommend giving any CASH PAYMENTS
