On Friday December 4th. Between the hours of 1030 & 1130 I walked into boost mobile at 129 S 1st St Ste A, Yakima, WA 98901. There I was assisted by #AV . Also had the opportunity to witness a female owner collecting packages from UPS. I went in to purchase a bundle I saved money for because cant afford luxurious things. I got a screen protector and case. I noticed the worker looking for the screen protector and I noticed it wasnt there. She then played it off and grabbed a general screen protector. I clarified with her if this isnt the screen protector for the phone I dont want it.i had an incident where I used the wrong screen protector and the space it didnt cover cracked my whole phone. She offered to put the case and phone off. I realized too late after it was a technique so I couldnt get a refund. I dint realize at that time but I stardust the screen and had to admit theres no way this is the proper screen protector. I didnt want to put her in the wrong due to the owner being there, BUT my money doesnt come easy. As I went back the owner and her dismissed me and said no refunds. I looked like a poverty case but what they dont know is I have an unstable but solid background in sales. Since they preferred to give me bad service over valuing my money I will be posting a picture of my phone and screen protector to get everyones opinion. For now I will leave this warning for the people to not shop at this boost mobile. When I find out all the boost mobile related to the owner, because she was present! Not a manager the OWNER. I will post it as well since she doesnt give honest business. Also when I originally switched over they told me my number didnt qualify. As I went again and dealt with a different person I was told different and was able to. So just some advice dont judge a book by its cover. I look like poverty but I was an Excellent sales person. Telling a customer a general statement, and dismissing them is part of the game . If I had money I would sue you for selling me the wrong screen protector. I will be giving myself a reminder to post this up often. Since I received bad business and my money was valued I will devalue the business. This could have been avoided if she could of recommended another boost with the real screen protector for this Samsung a21. My screen again is not fully protected and they didnt want to help assist, they just falsified their product and dismissed me and Insulted my intelligence for a petty sale.

UNPROFESSIONAL. UNFRIENDLY SERVICE. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars... I was here yesterday and decided at that moment to leave Boost mobile and open up an account at Metro PCS. We walked in, were NOT greeted, and when we had questions the customer service rep was absolutely NOT helpful, kept backing up as we approached her for questions. We already had two lines and were looking to open 2 MORE LINES. You would think that they would have been more HELPFUL. I walked across the street to Metro PCS and the experience there was BEYOND amazing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. Staff need to be trained the BASICS of customer service.

Saw an ad on black friday saying a phone was on sale so I tried calling the store but it just rings and goes to a message box thats full so I contacted boost mobile customer support and was told to just go in the store so I did and when I got here they said the price is only if I switch(it says nothing about switching on the ad)and Im already a Boost Mobile customer. I showed the false advertisement to customer support and the lady in the store but neither cared.

It took longer than expected because the gentleman was taking care of 4 customers. Very kind.

They are not helpful never answer phones, they suck

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO GO IN TO THE STORE FOR THE BLACK FRIDAY DEAL ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS A LIE. DO NOT GO TO BOOST MOBILE ON BLACK FRIDAY!!!

Old phones, price are triple what you would pay at best buy.

All custom wireless stores are trash when it comes to customer support, dont waste your time with them, the corporate number helps more than they do.
