They have really great coffee here. My only issue occurred one evening about fifteen minutes prior to their posted time of closing. There was quite a late night rush with a line that stretched to the street. I approached slowly as there was no need to rush. I noticed a young lady, obviously an employee, carrying a road cone and placed it behind the car in front of me. I was annoyed because I am certain she could clearly see my blinker and it was obvious I had planned to enter the long line to her establishment. However, I had not quite rolled the remaining twenty or so feet to secure my place in line. I would have been content quenching for my late night caffeine thirst elsewhere but roommate was not in as much of an appeasing mood. Insisting I ignore the cone and maneuver around, reclaiming our rightful place in line. After all we did travel to this exact location based on the hours they had posted on google. Soon after we pulled in, a young lady emerges to tell us that we would not be waited on tonight because we went around the cone. Already anticipating this my roommate informs her that we would not be leaving because she clearly saw us pulling in when she dropped the cone in front of us. Realizing, she had just entered a battle she was not prepared to argue the young lady just said okay. That is when what I can only assume was the “manager” emerged. A 5 ft teenage girl, all too eager to exercise her newly appointed authority, armed with the sheer determination of reaching whatever social engagement she has preceded by work. At thus point I have witnessed enough and realizing this incident is only going to end with me drinking spit in coffee or my roommate choking this child out. Neither of which I wanted any part of, I leave, amazed at how much effort these employees put into running customers off. As I pulled away I noticed the time and according to their hours on Google they were supposed to be open for another ten minutes. Therefore, I will not ever return to Cruising Coffee. Totally their loss. I make about 3 trips daily to Starbucks for my 5 shot latte $10.45 per visit.

The only complain I would have here, is that google says they are open 24/7! That is Not true, they open at 430am. Also the afternoon shift gals just dont seem to put as much care into making the drinks with the right amounts of each ingredient in the drink, then they either forgot your wip cream (almost Everytime) or they ask me 3-5times if I wanted it or not 😤😕 gets frustrating, But the early morning ladies that open are fantastic!

Went here at 7:30pm on Monday October 18th and they didn’t have any cars in the drive thru except the one person in front of me and yet I sat behind them for a good 10 minutes just to find out they were having a full on conversation and only ordered one drink of which they got less than 2 minutes of them pulling up to the window. All the girls inside were too busy taking videos and selfies on their phones to come and get our order. They just didn’t seem like they really cared about their job or getting customers fast service.

They say they close at a certain time. But when you try to order a coffee apparently they are out of coffee. How does a coffee shop run out of coffee? I waited inline for 10 mins just for them to tell me they didn’t have no more coffee. Come on its clear you guys didn’t wanna make it. You guys were tryna go home on the dot. That’s bad business. I work in costumer service and it looks bad when your not tryna help one of your last customers of the day. Acting lazy so you can go home on time.

Always open so I can buy fruit flavored caffeine that fuels me to make bad decisions somewhere else. Always very friendly people inside. It is a comfort hut.

Ugh I hate doing this because this place is usually 1 of my 2 go-to coffee shops, but today’s experience was awful! One of the baristas there needs a crash course in customer service. After waiting in line because the barista was chatting it up with the car in front of me for a good 5+min. I let her know how inconvenient it is when some of us come on our lunch, her reason didn’t seem legit and if it was there were better ways to go about it. She was rude, unapologetic, or even friendly to say the least. The people here are always wonderful no matter the day or time, but this barista was not.

Isnt this place 24 hours thats what Google said well last night I was so upset about what happened! I was in line at 11:50pm getting a drink before going to work and there was 2 cars ahead of me 3 girls in there all scattered running around and the car had 2 drinks? Then the car leaves and we all pull up noticed it was almost midnight so the people in front order and midnight hits a girl comes to my car sorry we were closed after this car in front of you. I said really!? I waited 10 Minutes for you guys just to tell me that!? She said sorry and walked away. Im sorry but this plain rude I was in line the entire time and not one of the 3 girls came out to tell me anything until I was almost next.

This is hands down the best service I have ever gotten at a coffee stand. They take the time to get to know you. They usually have my order ready before I get to the window which makes me not only feel like I matter, but it is a time saver! The over the top customer appreciation day they held today was just icing on the cake! The owner took my advice when I asked for a certain flavor to be stocked. He took the time to even text me to let me know that he had both locations stocked. They all go above and beyond for the customers. Well done!*and they love my dog and give him treats, so really, a total win! ❤️

Today was unpleasant service they got my order wrong and made me feel it was my mistake. I also over heard the employees say I was trying to get my drink for free. I have been here several times, and I was not looking for free service.

Had a buy one get one card from a school booster club but was told I could not buy Red Bull’s with it. Only states it excludes blended drinks.The girl at the window had to come back and ask my order three times. Then a guy comes up and tells me the price, $9.75 for a 16 oz white choc and Carmel americano with extra shot and one 16oz peppermint hot choc. I had a buy one get one. Gave him my card and was still charged 5.45 for my drink?

I always love me some Cruisin Coffee, especially the green tea with honey.Just omggg sooo refreshing😊. Sometimes it can be a little slow, but well worth the wait!

The drinks were okay if they were cold. Sterling okay to drink I would recommend put the red bull in a fridge. Bagel sandwiches okay.

I love that this place is 24 hours. Its the only coffee stand in Yakima that is. Their coffee is pretty good it sometimes varies on who is making it. They are more on the expensive side but its worth it when you want a coffee at 2 am. I love their tea options!

One of my favorite coffee stands out there. Good coffee and the one on Nob Hill is open 24hrs. Its perfect for the late night outing or early morning drive to Seattle. The only minus is that it is a bit pricier than other places. But still worth it!

The prices are a little high to me, but maybe that is how they manage the 24 hour store expense. Otherwise the coffee seems good every time compared to the Starbucks down the street lucky to even brew a good hot coffee. My dog loves coming with me as they hand her a goody as well.

There is no consistency among locations as so whether there is a limit on BOGO with the fundraiser cards. Some employees punch the card and others don’t. I have asked many times for clarification and no one seems to know the actual expectation.There are no exclusions or limits expressed on the card, however, each time we go there is some new limitation.

Terrible experiences here more than once. Says 24 hour but wouldnt trust it if I were you. Usually theyre closed by 11. And girls will yell at you if you try to ask when they open while theyre closing.

Love the coffee but didn’t care for the attitude from the worker tonight. I’ll not stop again if she’s there.

I think their prices are too high, you have to buy 12 coffees to get a free one instead of only 10 like most of their coffee shops in town. Their food is mediocre, depends on if the person making it gave a care. The girls can seems stuck up, & a lot of time they are ill-mannored.

I waited for 25 minutes and there was 2 girls working as slow as possible while the 3rd lady stood there with her arms folded. Not very professional and not pleased with your service. Service with a smile and some speed wouldnt hurt.

Updating my review for Cruisin Coffee on Nob Hill. They still have the best Mocha Frappé, made with ice cream! 😍✓Dont forget to ask for your Cruisin Coffee card. I cant remember how many drinks until your free cup. The nice thing about the Cruisin card is that its like a gift card, so its durable. You dont have to worry about wear and tear. ❤✓Hours havent changed, theyre still 24/7. Thank goodness! Definitely looking out for the night workers.✓Definitely dog friendly! I recently stopped by the other day with my pup riding in the back seat. The barista noticed and had offered a treat for my puppy. Had no idea they did that, and the treat wasnt tiny either. 😵The lines may be long some times. But the baristas notice, and will come out and take your order. Theyre awesome. Still my favorite coffee place. Specially when you need a little pick me up. 😁

So last night before work I went tocruisin coffee & was in line for 20 minutes for two drinks the girl in front of me only had three drinks and took 20 minutes. And when she took my order it took an extra 10 minutes. So for some reason my drink was really watered down and it it was really warm, which I go there once to twice a week. I have never been dissatisfied since I have been going there, so I called to ask to get a refund, or remake and they said that I can only get it if I have the cup with the product in it and they refused to give me anything else unless I had the cup. I find this ridiculous cause i have my receipt, but i threw away my $8 drink because of how bad it tasted. 😒
