I’d give them 0 stars if I could. The worst service I’ve ever had. I ordered drinks and food for me and a friend at work, I paid gave simple instructions and a phone # like they requested. Over an hour passed and we didn’t receive anything or hear from them only to find out they left our food outside on the floor. One of the things we ordered wasn’t even there and to top it off my burrito was on the floor soggy and dirty. I called to find out what happened and was basically told it was all my fault and that there was nothing that can be done. I’ve ordered from here numerous times with no hassle but this was definitely the worst customer service ever and will not ever support this business ever again.

Loved the Mocha I ordered, very hot and tasty!

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte 24oz (paid and tipped $6) and it tasted so bad I had to say something. I called and let them know and they made me another one I asked if they can just do something else, the girl on the phone said no that she will remake it for me again. By the end of the day I ended up with two coffees that I highly dislike. Over all I don’t recommend.

One of my favorites in town. Use to go with my mom when I was younger and go on occasion as a treat as an adult. Zero regrets and hope to carry on the tradition with my kiddos

Cassie and her staff are excellent!! They are extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. They have many locations so no matter where you are in Yakima you can have great service. They have an extensive menu and also vegan options. Their terrace heights location is beautiful and also has a meeting space. I would highly recommend using them for everything from a quick coffee to a catered lunch!! Keep up the great work!

Took part in group ordering for over a year & received a punch card with enough punches for a free 24 oz drink. Today we ordered and I planned on using the punch card for a free 24 oz drink. When delivery showed up, I was told I can not use the punch card on deliveries. The punch card does not indicate It can not be use on delivery, so I asked if they could take it this time and I will know going forward. Was told “No, it’s policy” by both the delivery lady and her supervisor over the phone. I requested they update their cards with verbiage about when and where you can use it, so this does not happen to anyone in the future. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and today’s experience & will be working to remove them from our regular ordering locations.

Love it! If they ever get anything wrong they are quick to correct it. Love them and will continue to give them my business.

Best Iced Caramel Vanilla latte with an extra shot! Cant wait next week to try a different one! Anyone who knows me knows Im picky with coffee. I just moved here from Vancouver and tried like 4 other coffee shops and i was kinda bummed out thinking i wasnt going to get myself any good iced coffees around here. The ladies here do a great job and great customer service. Thanks girls!

Friendly, fast, inexpensive, subpar food and drink.Ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant and a dark roast drip, $4 total. Quality reflected the price. Definitely a step up from the fast food chains, but was hoping for more from a local place.

Their Coffee is great, nice people, local business owner. People who come on here to say who their favorite other coffee stand is are lame, go compliment your own place on their own page but dont diss on good people because your a dick! Love Cassie and her hard work to bring us tasty coffee.

Absolutely love this place.. Great service and Victoria and Cassie are the absolute best! I can simply tell them to surprise me with something awesome, and everytime they make me the perfect coffee or red bull.

I went here today expecting to get my free drink because I had all my punches and the girl behind the counter told me they werent punches for free things they were size punches and gave me a card back with seven punches and no punches for what I bought today. Ive asked if they could break a small bill because I go there often and they told me I had to purchase something first. Ive even been the first in line and had them physically stop making my order so a person who was a big tipper could be helped first. If your looking for a friendly place with honest employees this isnt your place.

Used to love coming here! Moved away but come back often to visit....seemed like they jacked up prices and you arent getting anything more for your money. Doesnt even taste any better, maybe a little worse. :(

While visiting the Washington and 10th Avenue location today, the employee tipped over 2 of my drinks while handing them to me. Resulting in one spilling all over the inside of my car and myself. She did not apologize or offer towels to clean up the mess. Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received.

Great red bull drinks, I love that you can add fruit to them. But, their big train coffee drink doesn’t really have a lot of flavor compared to other coffee places.

Waited 40mins at a sports tournament in a short line with a very slow Barista just to be told sorry, we are out of coffee and almost out of water at 7:45am. Not sure if the actual location is any better but we will never try again for coffee with them at a sports tournament.

Have been going here for years and have always had consistent quality on my coffee drinks and Im always met with a friendly face.

Their baristas are nice, friendly, and helpful. Coffee is pretty good. Better than Starbucks. They definitely prioritize the drive-thru, so we were left waiting inside for quite awhile until they got thru all the cars.

Rude customer service, Should’ve gone to Starbucks instead. They would’ve treated me better and made me the right drink without excuses and hesitation.

Really good redbulls and fruity lemonade with real fruit, downside is that they charge you 25 cents to use your debit card.

Three items. Took a few minutes to receive the order. Not a great experience but...here we go!Chai Tea Latte: 24 oz. (Looked like a 16 oz...) Not very hot when we received it... It also didnt TASTE like a chai...so, theres that. Not tasty at all.Black and White Mocha: 16 oz. (Looked like a 12 oz...arent we seeing a trend here...) VERY light coffee flavor. VERY light syrup flavor. Very dissatisfied so far.Peaches and Cream Redbull: 24 oz. (Looked like a 16 oz., Size of the coffee we received). We asked for light ice and they filled the cup, even after being very specific. Didnt FILL the cup with the beverage and tried to upsell us to add more premium beverage... This was the only drink we actually enjoyed, though...it was the least amount of beverage out of all of them, though they sold us the largest beverage we purchase.Out of three drinks. $20 dollars later, we will never be returning back to Tom-Tom espresso. Youve done a great job of making sure you dont have a return customer.

I regular this place as they manage better than most in making my Americano. Even the brewed coffee isnt bad. Bagel is good plus they put cream cheese on it for you. Only 3 girls here make my drink good. Some seem to be still learning. While others seem to not try. Im grateful at a specific time those 3 girls are reliably there. Plus pretty frirnfly.I hate to do this, but you do not add a $1 tip to the fee just because. The person whom did this was not even the one who made my drink nor one of the 3 people I praise for their good drinks. I get it if you deliver a bunch of drinks. However, not at the shop. It happens again Im perfectly happy paying same price to slightly more at Starbucks when I dont have time in the morning. Id rather save up for my own higher quality machine and make my own. My unit takes to long when in a rush.

I’m at school so I have a friend go pick up some drinks for us. He drives across town and picks up drinks and I got a breakfast sandwich. He arrives and says they didn’t give me the sand which he drives back and gives me the sandwich and it is in a plastic bag with a napkin. So I called for a refund and the supposed manager yells at me on the phone. The previous time I went there again an order of 4 drinks and one sandwich I said no nuts or sprouts they sent it with one almond n a spout n no meat so, I called again yelled at me like if it’s my fault n then instead of remaking it they sent me turkey in a bag. I’m not sure what to say. But I hope ya’ll read this before you go there. So disappointed I could figure out how to post the pic
