The staff is amazing. Always friendly and pleasant. Even with a long line they do a great job to move everyone through at reasonable pace. Coffee is good, no compromise of quality you would expect at any Dutch Bros. Brand has been fairly innovative on menu items and new offerings, while staying true to their customer base.

My cousin and I stopped here over the weekend while on a roadtrip back to MO! Everyone was super nice and helpful. They made a special drink for my cousin who was super particular about what she wanted and it turned out perfect! The two ladies who I spoke to both complimented my bracelet and I couldn’t remember the name of the shop who made it BUT the insta page is @studioplay31 !!! Thank you guys!

The girls working here are so friendly. We even asked one of them for help with directions and she was helpful. We ordered two cotton candy blended drinks- so delicious. We kept saying ‘yum’ as we drove away sipping our drinks. Thanks for the excellent service.

This is my go to coffee place. The line is usually fairly long but the workers are good at getting your order and making it fast, so the line moves quickly. I don’t recommend this place to people who like dark coffee since the drinks they serve here are fairly light with lots of creamer.

Shots were a little burnt tasting but the muffin top was delicious as always. Baristas were a little more in tune with there own conversations than usual.

As a neighbor of this Dutch Brothers, I do not appreciate the loud music that is blaring early in the morning (4:30 a.m.) and late into the night (as late as 11 p.m.). I understand thats part of the corporate culture, but its not very considerate of those who live nearby.

This is by far one of the best stands in the Northwest. The staff are friendly and helpful, even when Im not sure what I want to drink. They remember what your favorites are and make suggestions to change it up when you want.

They are always good about getting my order correct. The line doesnt take long at all. Drive through and walk up. Very good prices.

This store is off the beaten path, in an area called THE HEIGHTS. A whole other town above Hood River off the freeway. They carry the white coffee my boyfriend drinks so we made the trek. Our baristas were very friendly, our orders were quickly expedited and our frothy delicious coffee beverages kept us awake for our drive back to Spokane. Thank you for a great experience!

It was great service, amazing employees, and wonderfully made drinks. Why I don’t give it 5 stars is because I specifically tell them every time to not put a straw in, and every time, they do anyway. I love Dutch Bros but if they could please improve on that, that would be amazing!

Gotta love their mixed energy drinks. Great customer service. Perfect location. Tends to be a line up but theyre getting quicker. Sometimes the music in the building is a bit loud to even hear what they are asking you. But lately the music has been turned down quite a bit. Newly renovated - looks great!

Staff is, of course, polite (as it is Dutch Bros and that’s what they’re known for), but definitely not the best coffee, and also not the most convenient to go through, in terms of time. They messed up my drink and gave me an iced one, even though my partner and I had both specifically requested hot drinks. Unfortunately, even though we only go two drinks, there was quite a line already forming behind us, and we didn’t want to hold it up any longer. Obviously, mistakes happen, but it was a cold and rainy day, and I was really looking forward to having a nice, cup of coffee, but instead we left just kind of all around disappointed.

Great staff! Yummy energy drinks. Always ready to conversate, and get your day rolling. The lack of star is due to the loud music that you hear when youre at the window and cant hear what the staff are saying or asking ya. Crazy lines after 730a for the morning rush, so beat the rush and get there early :)

The daytime crew here is excellent. The past couple times I have came in the late afternoon/evening though the employees have been rude or seemed uninterested in everything. Other than that love my local dutch!

The music at this location is ridiculously loud at most times. Customers asked for it to get turned down and so do fellow employees and it does not. When they get busy the drinks come out with the shots either burnt or not properly made. When the store is slow however the drinks come out amazing most times.

The girl that helped me was amazing. Gave me info on restrooms and a great local breakfast place!

Hoping that leaderships sees this and can follow up with their crew here. Bought an iced americano and the bottom was full of grinds.

The people inside werent wearing masks, the guy at the window made us feel super uncomfortable, and the drinks tasted so off.

Always a good experience with great drinks, very friendly and always willing to give opinions or ideas.

I had a bad experience with an employee. She got mad because she put straws into our drinks after we told her twice not to. She took out the straws so rudely and then gave them to use in a rude way. We got 6 drinks and she only gave us two stamps. I’ve never had a problem here but I won’t come back On her shift. I would say her name but I ain’t trynna be rude.

Good coffee

The coffee was good. But the menu signage does not meet my satisfaction and neither does the service. I was told that multi shot coffee drinks cost a dollar more than the posted price, very disappointing. I know the customer isnt always right, but the signs are in black and white. Also someone screwed up a gift card that i received and nobody offered to rectify the situation. Im being generous with the third star because the coffee did help me get through a rough patch of my day with no bad consequences.
