Eye mart express employees were absolutely a breath of fresh air! I do not like picking out frames at all! The associate that helped me took the time to listen to me & what I wanted in a frame. Next she picked 3 frames out and 2 frames for my sunglasses. She was spot on!! I chose the ones I liked and was in and out in 20 minutes! The best experience ever! Thank you eyemart express!

We had the worst experience here. We needed a screw for my daughters boyfriends glasses and the female working there said to leave the glasses and she will call us when it was done. I didn’t receive a call and looked up the time when they closed online. I had my husband and daughters boyfriend go back a half hour before they closed. After he waited 20 minutes, she said that she didn’t have time and gave him back the glasses. She had them for hours and then made him wait 20 minutes just to tell him that!!! I spoke with other people today and they told me they will never go there because of the poor work done on their glasses. We will never go back there do to the rudeness and waste of time.

OUTSTANDING- I am in northern Wa on business. Broke the lenses in my Oakleys. Was told by Costco of Wenatchee that it would take 10 days WHAT??? Was referred to Eyemart Express(Yakima) by a friend. Called wed morning. Spoke with Tony. I drove 2 hrs to get there. Tony and his staff replaced my Oakleys and a pair of Ralph Lauren plus I bought a pair of Nike frames and Ray Ban from him....had ALL 4 done in under 45 minutes!!!! Hands down the most incredibly enjoyable experience I have ever had with a eye ware store. Use this store PERIOD. Thanks Tony and crew. Keep it up!

9:25 am Monday morning and when you walk in to a store you hope to leave that place as you walked in or happier, but that was not the case today the salesperson lady looked like she was bothered by our presence. As for me and my family we will not be returning to this Eyemart Express thank and have a good day.

When I was trying to get my glasses done, the equipment to make glasses was broken and they had no idea when the part would be in for sure. So I ended up waiting from Friday until Tuesday for my glasses, and mine had broken and were unwearable,unfixable and I had been without glasses for over a week prior to that waiting to get into an eye doctor so by the time I was picking out frames I was already a little bit irritated and not in the best mood. Glasses could have been taken to tri cities to be made, but they did not do that with mine. I had the same gal help me with picking out my frames and fitting my glasses to my face once they did come in or once I got married and she was very good very knowledgeable very friendly I am but just the fact that I had to wait over a week to get in to get an eye appointment and then wait another four days for glasses and I was a little irritated him they should’ve just paid the money how the part overnighted or taking the prescriptions down to Tri-Cities had them made and had a happier customer than what they ended up with in me

I had made an appointment for my mom they told me to go on a certain day so we went and it turns out that they never made the appointment. The girl was confused she said my mom had an appointment a year ago so she got my mom confused with another person. We asked if they could see my mom since we were already there and she said no. She was clueless to what she was doing. Worst costumer service!

I NEVER post reviews but I am just so furious with my service. I ordered contacts over three weeks ago, called today to see what was taking so long to find out THE ORDER WAS NEVER PLACED. Paid for lifetime lenses and they wouldnt honor them without new prescription. Bad experience every time I was there. Expensive as hell. frames are cheap and dont last. Avoid these scammers. Wont shop there ever again.

The staff was very attentive, helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy the job they were doing. They answered all my questions and the questions of anyone else that came in as well, proving that they were all knowledgeable about what theyre doing there. I got an incredible on two pairs of glasses, paying only $80 TOTAL for them and that includes lenses AND frames. It was incredible. This was only possible because the employee assisting me went the extra mile, and helped me find a discount that had been sent to my email that I totally didnt realize had a coupon in it. And the time from when my first pair was ordered to when I received the text stating they were finishing the second pair was only 70 minutes! ! ! I guess EXPRESS is right.... 😉

I went in pretty late and finally decided on a pair close to closing time. Jordan was very patient and didn’t rush me. He even offered to fix my old glasses that had become loose. All staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. It was a very easy purchase and I plan to use my insurance here again. They were ready in 12 minutes!

I got helped by a gentleman named Tony when I was purchasing my glasses. He was very helpful in helping me with exactly what I needed and not trying to add extra stuff to my safety for work and also talked me through what I was concerned with my safety glasses lenses. Since It would be to my benefit to have the Scratch resistant since I work with material that will scratch my lenses really bad. Then when I went back to pick them up when they were ready a young lady names Alex helped me get my stuff and go as fast as possible since I just got off work and wanted to go home she also made sure I got a nice carrying case that I would be able to store my safety glasses in.

They were great very helpful and it was easy to choose the things I want to know it was done in less than 45 minutes now thats service

I think the Yakima Eyemart store is great. Although they were busy and estimated 2 hours on my 2 pairs of glasses; the were actually done in less than 30 minutes. Should have waited for them or gone to Miners. Great pair of glasses for $38.71*****

The glasses are better than I expected for the price. You get two pairs instead of one. The quality is great. I really loved that you get them on the same day that you order them, within one to two hours. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Go here for the price and selection, not the customer service. Pretty good selection, up front parking, and good prices. I worked with Tammy. She seemed to be rushing me and other customers through the frame selection process claiming that we had to choose two frames. A special for two frames was available, however, some people may not need or want two frames at the time. During the checkout process she was very friendly, furthering my suspicion that Tammy was just trying to get her commission.

This is my second time coming in for some new glasses and they always have really good customer service. I went in yesterday to get a new pair and the guy helping me was super helpful in telling me how I can upgrade my glasses and how much the prices were and was generous enough to add a discounted price to help lower the cost. On top of this, they told me my glasses would be ready in about an hour and took less than 15 minutes to be ready. I will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend.

Very professional,kind and patient. My glasses are a digital prescription for bifocal and was told it would take 2 weeks to come in. Well I only had to wait 1 week. Excellent place to get your glasses. I brought my eye prescription from my overly priced eye doctors office, whom wanted almost twice the amount for my lenses not including the frame. I got both lenses and frames for half the price and I love them.

Customer service is exceptional. Great finds, great prices, quick turnaround. Does not get better than this place. Even when they’re slammed they make sure they take the time to answer all of your questions and make sure you’re happy. Worth the 45min drive for me, and 3 hour drive for my parents.

We had a great experience here. They were super helpful with choosing frames based on what I wanted and how they looked rather than trying to push the more expensive frames. They helped me to choose frames that fit me and that I was happy with. When I checked the prices it worked out that both of the frames chosen were some of their least expensive. So, even work progressive lenses the total cost was for two pairs was way less than another store tried to charge for just one pair about a year ago. Id definitely refer people to Eyemart Express for the great prices and friendly, helpful service.

Great customer service!! The receptionist at the optometrist office next door pretty much tried to force me into buying the 104.0” dollar eye exam, but I kindly told her I do not need pictures from the inside of my eyes, and she kept stating that it comes with the service.The eyeglass place was amazing great deals!! And the best thing is that I literally recieved 2 pair of glasses in 9 minutes! Talk about fast same day glasses!

She told me two hours til my two pairs of glasses were to be ready and in 23 mini got a text that the first pair was done then two min late the next pair was ready. Amazing!!

I waited less than an hour and they took care of all my insurance. I was given a quote for a second pair that was more than reasonable so I got a second pair. The gentleman also helped me make the best of what my insurance would cover. I will always go through Eyemart.

Bought glasses online not knowing my pupillary distance and having high myopia (very nearsighted) it is extremely important to get it right. Tried measuring my pupillary distance as Zenni advised with a ruler and a mirror and thought it was 64. After waiting over a week for new glasses from Zenni Optical (and had paid $20 for express shipping) I could barely walk straight everything seemed so distorted. Went into Eyemart Express, turns out my pupillary distance was wrong it’s actually 68. Bought two new pairs of glasses and got them in less than a half hour. Forever my new favorite place to get glasses. Half the cost of an eye doctor but well worth the extra $10 vs buying them online and the glasses being wrong like what happened to me.

Really helpful. Affordable glasses, I had new everyday glasses and polorized sunglasses made in 2-hours with same day pickup for under $200! Definitely recommended!! Only downside was they didnt process premera blue cross, so we had to get an itemized receipt and submit our own claim.

Wow! Someone wrote a really scathing review, which I cannot understand. (Maybe a troll from one of the traditional optometrists?) Ive been in here twice and was treated well and quite politely each time. The cost and service are awesome - from the front-desk ladies to the exams and glasses selection/service. Exam is thorough, no long waiting for either that or new glasses. I always carry a book with me, but dont even finish one chapter during the short waits for either exam or prescription being filled. I have recommended this place of business to friends - who were also pleased - and my students, neither of whom can afford to wait the usual 2-4 weeks for new glasses. This begs the question: WHY must one typically wait forever to get new glasses? Most of us simply dont have that option, and this service fills a void in a most wonderful way. As long as Dr. Beck is there, Ill not even consider going elsewhere. Then if he ever does leave, Ill give a new Dr. a chance before looking elsewhere. I hope they stay in Yakima/Union Gap for a long, long time!No, this is NOT a solicited & paid-for endorsement! :-)
