Update: having the hearing aids for a year now I have had some issues. A few minor things but have had to take them in a couple times because one (the right one) quit working. The first time they sent it in and took about 2 weeks to get it replaced. This last time I took them back in again same issue and it has been 3 weeks and counting. For the price they should lost longer then they have. Changed my rating and will not recommend them to anyone. Look around and shop for the best deal.Great place, the staff is great and knowledgeable. I only gave it 4 stars because of the price but if it helps me hear than I guess it will be worth it.

Lacey is great. She always greets you and offers coffee or 2 water. Matt is very reliable and pays close attention to your hearing needs.

I took my grandma in for her appointment last week and the lady I believe her name was Lacey was just a amazing lady she greeted us with a smile, the little time we waited in the waiting room she checked in with us to see if we need anything. It was my first time in this place. Amazing service.

Miracle ear has really made all the difference in my life. You absolutely get what you pay for and after 2.5 years I havent had to spend another dime on their service, they always do everything afterwards for free. Best company for hearing loss.
