There was a power shortes in the area, but I did not get the message until I was almost as there office. I went inside and the lights came on. Great timing. They were very friendly and helpful. Tracy Jewett, HIS answered all my questons and guided me through all the tests and information. He wears Aids too. Reasonably priced with different types and choices. Also, payment arrangements. We had been working with another Hearing facility on my fathers L&I claim. After much difficulty with the other Hearing facility for lack of communication and coordinating with the insurance company and L&I provisions, we were recommended to My Hearing Center. We tried My Hearing Center for the first time and couldnt believe the difference in communication and responsiveness. They went the extra mile for us just because it was the right thing to do. The knew how to manage the L&I claim and work with the insurance company, appointments were readily available, and customer service exceeded expectations. We had a great experience and would recommend.

I received excellent service, and the hearing aids are the best Ive had so far. As a musician, it is important to have the pitch just right, and for the first time with my new phones, I have very close to perfect pitch fidelity. The hearing aids are comfortable and easy to care for. I can highly recommend them to others.

I visited My Hearing Centers in order to solve a hearing issue which had bothered me for years. I received excellent service and care from the moment I walked through the door. Everything was handled in a very professional manner, test results were explained and I was made most comfortable. Yes, Im now wearing hearing devices and am very satisfied.

Absolutely love this place. It warm and inviting the staff is amazing and tracy is very nice and does a great job. Yes it is expensive but they have many options to choose from and some great payment plans. Best of all i can hear again not sure i ever could but now i hear everything!

My visit to the hearing center was very good and I will get my friends to talk to them if they have a need for an appointment. The people at the center are great. I’m not impressed with the actual devices. Half of the time they run out of battery, one or the other won’t connect to my phone, sometimes both won’t connect to my phone. I would NOT spend the 6,000 or whatever it was again. When they did send one in I was offered a bottom of the line as a replacement until mine came back. Not a very happy customer.

I was surprised at how much hearing that I had lost. The staff was very helpful In showing me a way to correct my hearing loss. These cruel and heartless people at My Hearing Centers have been harassing my family for several years by sending letters every month to my deceased father. He never had hearing aids nor knew anything about this business. Weve contacted them in writing and by phone monthly for several years but they keep sending letters to harass our family. They just laugh and hang up on us when we call and politely ask them to stop. Cease & desist. It is a federal crime to harass by US Mail. I returned their letters to them again today and Ive kept a copy of all my calls and correspondence. If this happens again I will file a police report, file a complaint with the US Postal Inspection Service and contact an attorney. PLEASE STOP!

Hearing aids have helped me be a more effective teacher. I am able to hear high pitched soft tones when before I was losing some of the students words. And I dont feel as tired as I used to because Im not straining to hear. The style and size of my hearing aids takes away any stigma about wearing them and the adjustment was easy. Hearing aids have helped me in my job and in all areas of my life. I wish I had gotten them sooner! And the followup care is fantastic!
