Ok. They gave me the product I wanted. However the only problem was when I ask him for another part for a different car, I more or less explained the part to him and he thought about. He indicated me the system does not look up in diagrams. I am absolutely sure it does. Anyway I told him forget it I will buy it in another auto parts store.Sorry, he just lost extra sell parts which I was willing to buy. :(

They did a PTC thats a power team check, the alternator, starter motor and load check. It was determined by the technician that the battery was bad, the new battery was installed and he further check a computer read out of the system...thats what I call SERVICE!!

No problem yet with the service, xould be faster though.

I dont know what has happened to that store lately, but their service has suffered. Too few staff to serve everyone and you call on the phone and no one answers. I noticed an abysmal change compared to the previous time I went.

Terrible service today, April 10, 2021, I took a 2017 tacoma for oil and filter change after two hours they called me to tell me that the cover where the filter goes was broken and I had to pay for the replacement when they were the ones who broke it, not them I recommend for no reason very bad customer service and for your safety do not take your vehicles to be repaired in that workshop, the one who attended me at the box was a Jose. Yauco Advance Auto Part I do not recommend it Employee who attended me Jose

I went to the Yauco store on Sunday February 14th and I didnt like the deal, because they left me waiting for about 10 minutes to get in and I decided to leave without buying anything. There were 4 to 5 customers throughout the store, they attended to them, they called others and they didnt even ask me what I was looking for. There were times when they could catch my temperature since there was a hand sanitizer at hand and let me pass and nothing. They must improve the service to enter the store. I have a business and I know what is happening in P.R. but you can improve customer service.
