On Thursday, April 9, 2020, I followed the procedure indicated on Auto Zones website; I made my purchase, and paid online as usual. I went to the store located in Yauco, P.R., which is only opened Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. They did not offer curbside assistance. I waited two hours before I was allowed to enter the store.Once inside the store, the cashier, although he was courteous at first; declined my request for the 10% Military Discount. I have used this procedure in numerous occasions before; since there is no option to do so when buying online. The cashier was new, so he asked the store manager for assistant. He responded that is was too much trouble and time consuming because he would have to void the online order, and do itover.I asked the cashier why was I being penalized after following their own procedure. He walked away from me. I find that very rude and disrespectful. Needless to say that I would never recommend this store to anyone else or make any purchases there. I believe the cashier name was Christopher D. (New Guy) or something to that effect. I should have returned the $200+ worth of merchandise, and made him do his job.

Great service, they do a lot of service test to your car for free. Good prices. Their discount card works with your phone number, so you dont need to have it in you all the time. A good selection of tools and equipment for you car or truck, from time to time they offer good discount on a variety of tools, equipment and services for your car. Some of the test they do for free, in other autostore cost almost a hundred dollars.

I found what I was looking for, but they take too long, unnecessarily, to attend to pay. I was alone on the line, and the employees walking up and down, seeing that I was there, still ignored me.

Customer service is not only face-to-face, many of us work and sometimes take a few minutes to make arrangements by phone and thus obtain the information we need, unfortunately my experience was negative, no matter how much I called, the phone rang and rang but No one ever took a second to let me know that they were taking my call into account or to even say as a courtesy Allow me a moment and Ill answer you shortly, Ive been in the store and the phone has rung and even if they are not busy they leave it ring until the person hangs up. I think this should be improved, thank you.

Sept 22, 2019 3:04 pm, Yauco, PR, to pay for a gondola product, you have to line up with people who are going to buy parts, according to a local employee, to pay was only me. I left the product I took and left the place. This does not happen in the other auto zone stores that I have gone to. I do not return to that place. I will not expect everyone to make their purchases for me to pay.

Call to ask about the price of a piece and they left me waiting almost half an hour without any answer while they were looking like joking, I had never waited so long for a call in a place where they sell parts for car or auto parts store, Esvery annoying to wait for you not to attend to a moment

You get all the parts you need and they send it to you if you do not have it there. They keep good attentive employees and good service.

I have a camry and I turned on the check E light and went to check it for me if it was a sensor or something to buy it since I am a customer of autozone and bought many pieces .... And very unprofessional tells the companion who is going Relieve the machine to BUEGER KING waoooo I left ta angry thats why we are like we are not bought another piece 😡😡😡😡😡😡

They have employees and they are super slow kilometer lines and only a cash register. Meanwhile the mind waiting in line leaves. The store struggles and its employees too but they have to find another way to operate. .
