1st time coming here. This was a great experience. Everything was done on time. Got an Oil change, Multi point inspection and recall update took an hour in a half. I love that I didn’t have to wait 4 hours like the Honda service in queens. I’m looking forward to coming to this location going forward. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have to say, Tom is phenomenal! Talk about popping personality and professionalism! Hes empathetic, informative, understanding, great sense of humor and just an overall joy. Ive had to bring 2 separate cars of mine to this service center and each time, Tom made a really bad experience the best with just his professionalism and popping personality. I had come to Yonkers Service Center after my brand new car had its tires stolen, I was very frantic and nervous as this was my first car and was unaware of the process. Robert Schiavone welcomed me off the bat and was very amicable and accommodating. All my questions were answered with thorough & knowledgeable responses. He put me at ease and made himself available to contact anytime. Not only was the open communication great, he was also quick to respond. I have been at Yonkers Honda Service Center twice already. They have a great customers service. They repaired my car before time even when I had an emergency and I didnt have any appointment.I bought a used car Honda 2018 CRV and my battery got damaged a couple of months after. The battery didnt have insurance however, they didnt charge me and the best thing was that I didnt ask; it came from them. When Michelle told me I was super happy. :-)By the way! Michelle has an excellent Customers Service. Love to deal with her.

I had a fluid transmission done on my Honda Odyssey. Mr. Robert helped me with my issue. He politely answered all my questions to my multiple calls. He recommended me to clean out the fuel injection, and I did just that. The problem with the van was immediately solved. He is very knowledgeable in his work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs some sort of service done on their vehicle.

Was trying to call in on Saturday to order a part for my vehicle and had bad communication with the phone lines. When I spoke to An operator she stated to me that there’s no managers on the weekend parts or service. I think there should be some type of supervision to hold staff accountable whenever the dealership is up and running. Staff from the parts department are very unprofessional as I noticed a gentleman by the name of Jonathan having conversations like they’re all at home instead of taking care of customers. That was very unprofessional of him as people were waiting getting frustrated as they were waiting for parts. I hope that this problem can be rectified in the future.

I went to get a regular oil change but my dash was also showing another error message. When I met with Robert Schiavone (Service Advisor) I mentioned to him about the error service light. He stated “oh you got that? No worries I will take care of you there is a warranty you have active for it. I’ll get it fixed”. By the time I left my dashboard was clean as a whistle no erro message or oil change reminder. I have been here frequently but Robert takes the cake. I thought I was going to have to waste money on it but Robert was honest with me and took care of it. Employees like Robert make people want to come back and keep getting their car serviced here. Thanks Robert! Customer service was top tier!!

My service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything and gave real time expectations in regards to pricing and also answered additional questions, Robert did a GREAT job! Now as per Honda I spent over $50 between dropping my vehicle off and pick up, some type of reimbursement should be in order or some type of discount on service, considering rentals and or shuttle service isn’t available

Confusing to a newcomer. Waiting room clearly not set up for those waiting. One coffee machine not plugged in. The other says out of service. Vending machine has lower prices displayed than actual. Soda machine doesnt even bother to list the price. Cans are not rotated to show the product. Neither vending machine takes credit cards although there is a spot to put the card in on both machines. Seems like customer service is not a priority.

This was by far one of the most expedient services I have encountered in a while. In by 10:00 AM work completed by noontime. If I had known it would that efficient and timely, I would have saved the $90 for the Uber and just waited. Next time I will inquire about time to finish the job. Nice customer service reps as well.

The service is great. Had lots of repairs done on my Honda Element. Everything was great except that I paid to have my headlight repaired and it still is not working. All other repairs were good. However they are poor at returning phone calls and I have left my number numerous times in regards to the headlight and wanting to schedule for additional work and no one ever calls back even though repeatedly I was told that someone would call

The service is great. Make sure you know your budget before spending tho. The business has to make money but you also have to take care of your vehicle as well. So keep that in mind. The service employees are great! Ask a lot of questions. Been going here for 7 years and little to no complaints!

I came in a little after noon today due to a battery emergency (had to be jumped), but they refused to return my car till the following day. When I asked for directions to another center that could accommodate my needs sooner, they refused to help me find assistance, despite there being a center 1 min down the road (I wasn’t from around the area so I only found it using google maps). I might understand if you’re too busy to help me immediately, but to not help me find assistance as a Honda owner was extremely disappointing.

Made your wait hours. Even if you have Honda cars, will refuse. Go somewhere else. Made you wait for days if you left the car ( which they will insist you do). Multiple hang ups on phone, no definite answer. Technicians too dumb to figure out car problem... ask their advisors. Good luck on cost!

Update* After posting my issue, Jackie did reach out to me and we spoke and I agreed to return to have my CRV bottom panel repaired and Im glad I did. The bottom panel was replaced free of charge and recall service was done on the spot. Much appreciated!

When waiting in the waiting area the volume got loud, not uncomfortably loud, but loud enough to the point where I couldn’t hear that my car was ready when being called on the speaker. I was sitting closer to the tv. I would suggest to make a point to let customers know the text option is the best option to choose even if you’re waiting in the waiting area, because depending on how many people are in the waiting room and the sound of the tv it’s not easy to hear when your car is ready. However, overall great experience, I’ve been coming here for years to get my car serviced, and I trust them with my car!!

Of the three (3) Honda Dealership Service Centers serving the Bronx area, I found Yonkers Honda Service Center to be the best for service of your Honda and the most accommodating. Theyre the most customers oriented and focused service dealership as well. Their customer waiting area layout is well thought-out and spacious. Ive always gotten this welcome feeling at their service center. The service centers showroom is quite a car enthusiast treat. While waiting on your vehicle to be serviced. You are welcome to preview the cars in the showroom. The cars in the service area showroom are open for viewing, and purchase of course. I have no negative comments about my service experience, my needs were met as well as my expectations. I have no complaints about my experience there. Ive been visiting this dealership service center for a combined 10 years now and never had a bad experience worthy of commentary. Keep in mind, no one or any dealership service is perfect, but Yonkers Honda Service Team sure give it their best.

Typically I have an excellent experience at Yonkers Honda. I brought my car in for my 7:15 am appointment. I was not completely sure what was going on with my car so I asked for them to do the full 16 point inspection. By 10:30 I heard nothing so I called and left a message. I called again about every 30 minutes and I was so desperate to get some kind of answer I texted the service line number. Finally around 12:45 I was told that it was my shocks that needed to be replaced. I must say I was happy to get an answer finally on the status of my vehicle but no apology, no acknowledgement that I called about four times and left messages. I get it everyone has a bad day but to basically be treated like I don’t matter is very disappointing. My bill was over $1000 and I’m being treated like I put free air in my tires. Not that the amount of money matters but I did patronize your establishment and was not provided the type of customer service I was used to from my past experiences. I have given a three star rating because the work to my car is great. That was the saving grace of my experience at Yonkers Honda.

Brought my car for a front end noise twice already, but keep being told there is no problem with the car. Strangely enough, as soon as I get on the car, I hear the noice. I spoke with Tom personally, emailed him and R. Leon a video showing the noise, and spoke with a rep days later to be told that they will get back to me. It has been more than 3 weeks now, havent heard from anyone, just being blatantly ignored. I got the message, I will simply go elsewhere for my services. Poor problem-solving and customer service.

Great first Time experience here at Yonkers honda. Just recently purchased a used Honda and brought it to have it checked out after hearing some noise coming from my brakes. Had both my front rotors and pads swapped out also and oil change and coolent flushed. All done within the same day. Definitely a happy customer and will be returning for my next service.

Services was ok, but I was very disappointed at the time to schedule my service. I made there at 7am and I was there until 10am for my first oil change. So if they give an appointment at 7am why should I wait 3 hours for just oil change and tire rotation in a brand new car, first maintenance. So I hope next time would be better!

Hello. I live in the Bronx. I bought my 2020 HondaCR-V from Paragon Honda in queens. About 6/7 months ago I took the car to there shop because I felt the Wheel Alignment was off. It shifted left when the steering wheel was straight. They confirmed the alignment was off. They did the alignment. I took the car and drove home and saw no difference. It was still shifting left. Not only that, but now I noticed a clicking noise when I would turn the steering wheel all the way to the left. I bought the car back the next day. They confirmed that the alignment was off and they checked where the clicking noise was coming from and it turned out it was the steering rack and pinion. They ordered the rack and I went back in a week to get it installed and they did the wheel alignment again. I took the car back. No more noise but the alignment was still off. Long story short, I had to take the car back 6 times before they finally got the alignment correct. What they did the final time was loosen everything up ( or something like that). The caster was off. The car was good alignment was until 2 days ago. It’s off again. It’s driving me nuts. I just got the alignment and it’s off already? I know all it takes is one big pot whole and it’s toast but to be honest I didn’t hit any vigorous potholes/bumps. Anyway, I would like to bring the vehicle to another dealership to see if they can get it right. Do you guys have a good machine? I know it sounds like a stupid ? Disappointing first visit to say the least. Arrived at 730 am on Friday after a 45 minute drive from Brooklyn just to be told everything is by appointment only. Checked online and the earliest appt wasnt until two weeks later at 2PM in the middle of the day. I let the attendant know it was my first time at the location & I didnt mind waiting since I was already there, to no avail. He didnt even bother asking what service I was trying to have done because his conversation with his coworker was clearly more important. In a time where all the surrounding service centers manage to provide lackluster service, this one proved to be no different in the Professionalism department. Never got to experience what the service may actually be like so for that theyll keep the extra rating, but if its anything like the level of communication their front attendant has, I wouldnt have high hopes.

I dropped off my car on Saturday at 12:15pm for an oil change at the Yonkers Service center and when I dropped off the car the service advisor verified my information and updated my new phone number and told me he would call me when the car is ready for pick-up. I never received a call and I called around 3:50pm to find out whats going on and when I did call they couldnt even pull up my phone number and I was told to reach in 10 minutes because they are closing. I reach at 4:05pm they locked up and now I dont have my car for the entire weekend and Im missing time from work because now I dont have a car to use. That is so unprofessional. The service advisor had from 12:15-4:00 to call me and tell me my car is ready to pick up and that didnt happen. Im really disappointed in the service that I recieved with Honda and I will be filing a complaint on Monday in person.

I had an amazing experience during this pandemic. The sales advisor Joel was very informative and helpful with my vehicle. This dealership takes all the precautions necessary to ensure there is social distancing and cleanliness. They place plastic on the steering wheel and the driver the seat. They thoroughly clean the handles both inside the car and outside.The waiting room is clean.It is very apparent that they protect their employees and their customers.Thank you!

My first time here, so far so good. I checked in pretty quick, but waited about 2 hours to have photos taken for paint repair. Its sad that Honda Corp. is not doing much for people who are having paint issues. Its not an isolates issue it seems to be just about everyone with pearl white paint. Im praying im approved and paint doesnt start to peel in other places. Over all im completely satisfied with Honda of Yonkers.Update: Paint repair was approved and job was done. What a great job they did with my car. Any issues with my car in the future, I will definitely be come back to Yonkers Honda.
