Very disappointed. Placed an order, was told it would ship out that day, it did not. Waited a week and called back. Was told they were backed up and it would ship that day, it did not. Called back 4 days later, was told at that point they had had trouble locating the part, but they found it and it was packaged and waiting for FedEx to go out (so I clearly had been lied to previously). Now, 4 days after that, still has not shipped. Now I have to search for my part elsewhere when i should have already had it in hand. I do not understand the good reviews of this vendor (which is what attracted me to them in the first place).

Always perfect service

Well Ive been using sawmill for the better part of 15 years today is the last time I call them. Ive been put on hold 4 times and hung up on 4 times, because its almost time to go home. If your business says open till 5, u should honor your word. Dont bother calling them after 4 30. They will keep answering saying hold on and hang up. Now its 4 53 and they will not bother answering at all.

If you’re looking to purchase a car... come here! Since they sell repaired cars you can end up getting a fairly new car that had minor damages for SUCH A GOOD PRICE. I got a 2019 nissan sentra SV, only 100 miles on it, for about 13k!!!... compared to a nissan dealership who had the SAME car, with MORE miles, for 20k! I saved SO MUCH money!!!Do yourself a favor and shop here. Customer service is great! Jorge is the salesman who helped me and he was AWESOME!! I went to Saw Mill to look for a car for my son who is going away for college. I was able to negotiate the price and get a good deal on a Hyundai Sonata. The salesman there were excellent and made me feel comfortable purchasing the car. From now on, this is my number one choice to buy cars from.

I went down to Saw Mill to pick up a tail light for my car. Not only did I get a tail light, I got a 2012 Focus. I negotiated the price. The people there were easy going and willing to drop the price. I got such a good deal on my Focus that I used the car for 3 months than sold it and still made a profit.

Im rating them 1 because 0 is not an option.I bought a part from them for my car, that they told me had a 6 months warranty. After one month it conked out and I returned it to them.They refused to return the money I paid, saying that the returned item didnt have their markings. I am 100% sure that its the part they sold me.What reputable company would treat customers like that? Sad really.

This is best place to go for parts. I got an alternator and had it more then a month and still took it back and was nice and professional.

I when there at 5:30pm to get some parts to my car, customer service the worst and else the schedule online is wrong they closed at 5:00 pm not 6:00pm.

Went there to buy some parts for a 2001 Mercedes-Benz even though I didnt find any the staff was very nice and wanting to help, it seems like a good place to get great deals.

Stopped by there to check out a few of their salvage Cars. The prices I was quoted were Asinine for cars which were salvage, rebuildable or 907. Dont forget that if you decide to trade a car with a salvage in most dealers wont accept it.The Owner who may be wealthy but dressed like a homeless vagrant, also came in stinking like he just smoked an ounce of weed. Now what you do on your own time I couldnt care less, but not really the way to run a business.

I have bought Transmission for Nissan Juke, Came and replaced, bad, when its open and drained there was water inside, I called and they send me another one, We replaced again, Again bad. Same story from flooded car. This whole process cost, Two time Labor to replace $ 1100.00 CVT oil 8 Qtz 143.60+143.60= 287.20. Total Cost $= 1387.20. This can happen in normal situation it happens. But They know about their transmissions and knowingly they send flooded parts. Cost of trany was $800.00Now I am buying from different place, and this Job cost is just in loss 1387.20 because this business is not an honest business.

Deal was sealed with this people. All was good until i paid off all the money then tony the receptionist lady gave me the worse attitude because i was checking the truck over and found a few discrepancies....because of her attitude I requested my money back.
