As a contractor specializing in interior renovations I am only as good as the teams that work for me. Tristate Marble has been my “go-to” team for tile work and stone for ten years. In all that time the quality, the turn- around time, the attention to detail, the flexibility and the professionalism has been second to none.

Unprofessionally at its finest. Had this company come to my home to give me an estimate. Raul came twice did a detailed review of work needed and informed me the office would contact me for pricing. Then I spoke with manager Joe who emailed and texted me the cost of the complete project at $2500 (pic attached to review). I then went to home depot and purchased all the items I was told was needed by Raul and was told to call the office to schedule the day they are free to start. I spoke w Luis the owner 3 days later who told me Raul is free and can come today he will call me back with a time. Ten minutes go by and Luis calls back to say the work is now $800 additional. Making it $3300 Wth????? He said I was only quoted that price because they had no work last week so they needed a quick sale. WOW! He then proceeded to say they now have a big contract so they have work to keep them busy. Absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse he suggested if I wanted him to keep the price it would take several month to start although he said earlier in convo the guy was free today. Also the previous reviews are not accurate as you can read them and see they are the owners and/or employees relatives. Truly disappointing and despicable workmanship. Fyi their prices are higher than all the other tile companies in a 3 block radius. Stay away!!!

They were professional from day one to the installation day. Both Mr Louis and Joe were very patience to attend to my concerns with expertise advise.

Helpful, fair and trustworthy. Luis made multiple trips to the house to ensure all of our questions were answered and our ideas/needs met. Helped us stay within budget and made a potentially difficult project bearable. Cabinets and countertops were installed within a timely manner and look great. Would recommend.

5 stars from beginning to end! I highly recommend TriState Marble for all your countertop needs. I got the best recommendation from Luis when finding my perfect marble slab and having him patiently explain the process of how this all works. Joe, Louis, Raul, Marcos are a great team and true masters at their craft! I am so picky in this department and I couldnt be happier.
