Awesome selection of cabinets and countertop very professional

I was recently told by my installer to go to Yonkers Cabiinets rather than Home Depot for my new kitchen. Im glad I did.These guys are great. Super helpful at the store working with me to make sure my cabinets were perfect for my needs. Really friendly guy came to my place to take measurements. Super fast turnaround time on the cabinets and quick curbside delivery. Prices seemed reasonable too although I have no basis of comparison. But my installer said they were very high quality and the price was right too.I would recommend Yonkers Cabinets to anyone looking to buy off-the-shelf or custom made cabinets.I am now going to use them for my granite. I will write a separate review for that.

This is going to be a lengthy review - but it is extremely necessary for me to let any prospective customers know about my experience with Yonkers Cabinets Inc. so that you can avoid the frustration that I went through the last 3 months.I initially stopped by Yonkers Cabinets in hopes that they would be able to create a simple layout for my co-op unit in Port Chester - this was around the time the virus started, and I was quoted $2900 for white Fabuwood shaker cabinets - a great price. I asked the guys in the shop to send somebody out to measure, but due to the virus, they refused - understandable. All I asked was that they keep in touch and let me know any updates as things progressed.For the next 2 months or so, I checked in occasionally without ever receiving so much as an email back. I literally pleaded with them to respond to me so that I knew they would still be able to provide the cabinets for my build-out, but never even received a Sorry, were closed, but we are aware you are still interested and we anticipate opening up again once this is all over.I FINALLY received an email back from an owner over 2 months from our initial conversation stating that they were opening up soon and that someone would be able to come out to measure.One of the guys, Winter, came out and measured the space - the measurements turned out to be exactly the same as what I had provided during our initial conversation. He stated that he would get back in touch with a quote - the thing is, I had already received a quote and I reminded him of that.I spent the next 2 weeks emailing them to see when they would be able to order the cabinets and was given the runaround - that they were working on building out my design. They had already built me a design (in 10 minutes mind you) when I first stopped by 2.5 months prior!Low and behold - I finally received an email back almost 3 month after our initial contact with a quote for $4300 - almost 50% higher than the original estimate!I understand that the virus impacted businesses negatively, but gouging a customer who waited patiently for almost 3 months is just bad business.I emailed one last time to let them know that I had already received my initial quote and asked how the new quote could be so much higher since nothing had changed - measurements, materials, etc. They simply ignored me and never replied.I am a 27 year old, first time homeowner, and the lack of professionalism Ive experienced with this company is unparalleled. I have multiple family members who have closed on homes over the last few months and I would not recommend this company to them or anybody else, for that matter.Advice: Stay true to your word and be honest and transparent in your conversations - I might be young, but Im not stupid.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

So far they have been nothing but accommodating to me they answer all my calls or my emails the original price always changes cost is always a little bit of tweaking I have faith in these two gentlemen in for the guy that leaves a bad review of one star yes you are not so intelligent it was Covid at It’s height what did you expect and for the woman what else did you expect

Excellent service. Employees are very easy to talk to. Nice selection of cabinets.

Lets start by saying that the cabinets came with no scratches. That was the only good. They measured my kitchen wrong and the guy Nick did not want to admitted. We ended up returning a cabinet and glass doors rhat we did not ordered. If you are a woman, good luck. They treat you really condescending. Never again
