Nice place. Small with a few tables inside and a couple outside. The yogurt was delicious. They also have a plethora of toppings.

Ice cream was horrible, chalky. The chocolate syrup, and coconut drops camouflage the taste until I tasted someone else’s ice cream without any toppings. Even the ice cream cone was disgusting, I couldn’t believe it. So I thought maybe it’s sugar free, but I don’t see anything on their website stating so. I had Fro yo yogurt and their flavors are a lot better than cups.

Disgusting yogurt waist you money

This place is very clean, the yogurt machines are easily accessible and the yogurt is firm and very flavorful. I had a combo banana, coconut, alpine vanilla with walnuts in syrup topping. The whipped cream was very tasty and fluffy and the store server very pleasant. There are a wealth of choices for toppings and waffle bowls are available on request. There are clean tables and chairs outside and sitting areas inside. My only complaint is that unfortunately the store is a little out of the way.

Went to try this place out and at least half the machines were not working. The yogurt texture was icy and not smooth/creamy. My boyfriend went ahead and got a cup of yogurt, but I opted out as the texture and flavors were not right. Im not sure if this is the norm or we just caught an off day.

The atmosphere is a little crowded, the toppings are all nice and clean, yogurt machines are clean, they let you try free samples of all their yogurt you can also buy icecream they have it in a corner. everything if self serve so you put as much delights in your cups as you want . YES ! THERES FRUITS yum my favorite and they are fresh. Overall good experience my God daughter loved it

Had the CUPS Frozen Yogurt, 2080 Mall Walk, Yonkers and it was heavenly! Both ice creams had a very distinct taste and they were not overly sweet. They also had a lot of other flavors, so it was hard to choose! Its a spacious spot with seating too, so you can enjoy ice cream comfortably inside during the rainy fall or freezing winter.Would definitely recommend this place for ice cream lovers!

I go to a lot of ice cream spots and there are a lot of good ones in the city. However, for just plain old regular flavors in a cup or cone, I most definitely recommend sundaes and cones. The have so many flavors to choose from and its so sad you have to pick between 2; you can obviously get more scoops but you prob wont be that hungry. My favorite flavors from this shop are orange cream, hazelnut, CUPS Frozen Yogurt. The ice cream is really creamy and smooth. Theres a lot of restaurants in the area, and this spot is a great place to come after for deserts.

They did not let us touch ANYTHING and I was sooooo HAPPY WITH THAT because I am insanely scared with this COVID business, but my children realllllyyyyy wanted some froyo. they even opened the door for us and the lady was very pleasant serving us.

Blue Velvet Cake is too marvelous for words. Like glorious, and glamorous, and that old stand by amorous. Its all so wonderful, youll never finds the words, that say enough, that mean enough, I mean there just not swell enough. Its just to MARVELOUS for words.

I came here with my sis and the staff is very respectful they dont discriminate Against anyone and they offer a very large variety of flavors and toppings. They have plenty of seating space and play many different types of music instead of just one genre. The cups are a comfortable size so holding is easy and you can have more than would be considered enough by any standards.

This place used to be teriffic but has fallen on hard times. Once one could choose between 18 flavors, today there were only 5 flavors to choose from which were the least popular choices. The store is no longer a clean establishment, it now needs a good cleaning. CUPS still has a Hugh assortment of toppings but there is not much to desire as patrons grab at the toppings to sample the product. I will not be going there for awhile till the place gets there act together.

The place is so pretty green and purple colors. The yogurt flavors are Awesome, and the Young ladies were very pleasant, and professional! Will go visit again. 😊

Half the flavors were empty (nothing being offered) and a third were empty (needed to be refilled) or they contained eggs which my daughter is allergic to. Most frozen yogurt doesnt have eggs, not sure what that was about. The 3 stars it did get were because the very busy staff took the time to listen to me, refilled the flavors that were empty, were nice when I dropped a cup of yogurt and toppings and overall didnt suck (except for one, but whatever.) And...the yogurt and toppings were delicious! And the air conditioning was set to arctic, which was nice cuz it was 96° outside.

Staff was friendly and the place was really clean and well kept, but many of the machines werent working, which was a bummer.

Id definitely come back here! What a unique idea to have an ice cream sandwich made out of french macarons! The ice cream was tasty as was the macaron. I thought the sandwich was just the right size as well. They have many interesting flavors of ice cream that you can get and make your own sundaes. If you dont want ice cream they have shakes, coffee, and even sandwiches. And yes, they do serve milk at CUPS Frozen Yogurt. Ill be back to try some of their other options like blue velvet cake!

Overall welcoming place and the yogurt is very good, there is also a great variety of flavors but some of the flavors were scraped off; and the names were not visible so i didint know what they were so i couldnt get it. Another thing i didint like about this visit was they charge by weight. My parents and siblings (4 people) each got half the cup filled with 2 topings max and the price was reaching $40. A full cup with a good amount of topings cost the person in front of me $15, and in my opinion the yogurt is not worth that much.

Staff seemed overwhelmed. I had the Puffle Cone, its so filling! Also the cinnamon vanilla Oreo ice cream flavor is black, which surprised me. Seems like a lot of effort per ice cream, not my favorite.

Love this place! sometimes machines arent working but there are a few girls there who are always so energetic and talk a lot! Usually on Fridays and Saturday nights there are two or three girls who are always dancing and moving around being joyful with customers. The store looks way cleaner and seems like there is new management because these girls are so bubbly!!!! If you never been here GIRLLLL !! You need to come asap lol.

Only go if you like to drink your frozen yogurt. Ive been there 3 times and yesterday was my last! So aggravating. The young lady at the cashier couldnt quite help the people in front of me. She had three Groupons for three individual cups. DUH what should the cashier do??? Her supervisor was no help either. Our yogurts were melting by the time brilliance could figure it out and it was my turn to pay. Its like this every time Ive gone. Rather go to a more professional atmosphere like Frannies at Ridge Hill even if I have to pay for parking.

YUM! This place is a sugar lovers paradise. Got the Coffee Toffee macaron ice cream sandwich, and I thought the combination of chewy macaron + ice cream was heavenly! I ate an entire one by myself. Woops.Also tried their blue velvet cake and really liked that as well. Very sweet though, as you would expect from any kind of velvet cake.

Their blue velvet cake is TO DIE FOR and their Red Velvet Macaron ice cream sandwich was good too! I would say the only downside is after a while I got sick of the macaron ice cream because it was just too sweet. The blue velvet cake was really sweet too but omg that just tasted too good.

Hi Solange. I recently visited this location and its probably my worst experience with frozen yogurt ever. This was my second time visiting this store. The first time I went, the girls working there wouldnt come out to the front. I had to wait for at least 10 minutes for a taster cup. Recently, I decided to visit again. There was only about 7 flavors available of which were a mushy, liquidy mess. Almost all the machines werent working and the toppings were stale. Totally not worth it for $0.53 per ounce. Definitely not visiting again. I hope my issue gets resolved soon. Thank you.

This place is DELICIOUS! My friends and I came just to try the macaroon ice cream sandwiches and it was totally worth the drive. =) We split the coffee toffee, grasshopper, thai tea, red velvet... and I cant remember the other.... haha But, the coffee toffee and thai tea were my favorite! The thai tea ice cream and macaroon taste so true to taste it was trippy! And the coffee toffee, Im a huge coffee lover so I loved this one. Its expensive and all but totally worth it since its so unique! Im so glad a bunch of us shared because Im positive I cant finish one on my own, and I got a chance to try all those flavors! Yum!!

Never answer the phone when you call and always rude when you go in like your bothering them and once they start cleaning like an hour before they close and you ask for something they say they dont have it just so they dont have to get it, very poor service

The supervisor (jade)is very rude. Possibly racist. She didnt seem like she wanted to assist us when we came in. We asked for sample cups from the cashier and she looked hesitant and said hold on shell give it to you. The she was Jade. Ive been to Cups a few times in the past and typically the workers give u the sample cup and thats that. On the day which i went the supervisor walked us over to the yogurt and watched us as we took our samples. When i asked why she responded and said its a health hazard, because people will reuse a sample cup i then asked if not have the actually fozen yogurt cup out and the topping out wouldnt be a health hazard as well due to contamination. She ignored me then responded do you want the sample or not!? Very rude and unprofessional i later asked for the store managers name and the store number and they two ladies said go on google
