Her phone was unusable and they were able to get a new phone and the technician reconnected the new phone to her personal account... They are a great service in the neighborhood, I highly recommend them...

I went into this location to activate my phone i switched over from being a Verizon customer and decided to try t-mobile since Verizon had changed Thier data plans . I was given great customer service by a young man named Sean .he was really helpful and really nice even offered to set up my new phone me .All employees in the store were very friendly.Great customer service.

Brought phone in to replace screen of iphone 5. It took a day to send back, I walked out the shop and made a phone call to discover they had broken my speaker.So I walked back in and told them. They sent it away to be fixed. A day later went back to collect my fixed phone only to find out it was still broke. They sent it away again. The next day I came back and it was STILL NOT FIXED!!! and then they had the adosity to claim it wasnt their problem!So I paid 100$ to get the screen fixed and speaker broke! PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE
