Traveled an hour+ to get my screen fixed by the tech at this store since the T-Mobile in the Bronx didn’t have the specific screen for my phone. He looked at my phone for probably 5 seconds at most and one of the workers brought my phone back to me saying he wouldn’t touch it bc my motherboard was damaged. Went to Apple and they said nothing was wrong, and it could definitely be fixed. Then found another T-Mobile store and it was fixed with no problem. If you don’t know how to do your Job…Just say that. ( if I didn’t end up going to a different store, it would’ve cost $200+ To fix my screen)
Last week, I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the salespeople at this store. I came in with my mother, who was helping me purchase a new phone. My mother asked the salesman questions when he prompted her for certain private account information, because she did not want to provide undue information. She also asked questions about our phone plan. The salesman went on to call her “aggressive,” that she was “a lot to deal with” this morning, and even insulted her job. Comments like this persisted throughout the 1.5 hours we were being helped. Once my mother was out of earshot, the salesman continued to make snide remarks to me about my own mother, such as telling me that clearly she does not talk to many adults. I was shocked. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, nor has my mother ever been spoken to in such a blatantly disrespectful way, especially in a customer service setting. I ended up receiving a new phone, but I have never dealt with such an impolite salesman.
Informed associate I was their for an upgrade she stated it’s and hr wait . Gave my number never received a phone call . Entered store same associate stated she called me no missed call on my phone at all . Then tells me no upgrade phones available. Wasted my time - employees need training on customer service horrible location
I had a negative experience at the store, the salesman was rude, disrespectful (actually made fun of me), misleading with the information provided and so on. I actually don’t want to go to that store again, not even to complain. In addition, he soldé me a phone and when I went to the Apple store the next day, I discovered the same phone is $300 less.
My phone screen was cracked and they fixed it!!! The service from Jimmy was spectacular and he told us about the new plans and upgrades!!! We will definitely come back!!!

Amazing service me and my wife received from Jay. Will definitely refer my friends and family that are not with sprint or Tmobile to Jay just because of the experience at that store. Before heading over there we went to another location we’re the young girl seemed annoyed we came in and were inquiring about plans. We then went to this location were we didn’t just get quotes but we purchased 2 new iPhone 12 pro. Very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Jay also spoke to the store manager he was very pleasant loved the energy in that store!

I love this store! Best customer service ever. Jay is an amazing person he was very patient. Me and my husband spent about 3 hours or more in the store due to an issue with our plan and phones. Jay took his time to explain what the errors were and contacted customer service to help me with the issue. Throughout the whole time we were in store he was very engaged with us and made us laugh time flew by fast. I honestly would recommend everyone to him because he his very honest and breaks everything down. I will have my kids switch over because of him. He deserves a raise!!!!!!!!! This review is to acknowledge the professionalism and expertise of both Jonathan Guzman and Jay King at this Sprint location. They helped me and my family on two separate occasions where we were not getting any clear answers from other Sprint store locations and from the Sprint customer service phone line. They both looked into our problems and were very thorough in making sure all of our questions/concerns were addressed. They cleared up confusion with our bills and made sure we were being credited the exact amount. While my other customer experiences with Sprint (on customer service phone and other locations) would deserve 1 star, Jonathan and Jay deserve 5 stars for all of their hard work. I hope they are appreciated by T Mobile because they deserve to be!

Fast and friendly....improved customer service
I dropped off my daughters phone to get it fixed for a cracked screen at around 6:30pm. They told me they’d call me when it was ready, and that it would take about an hour. I called them again at 7:30pm, asking about the phone, and the male worker told me that I should’ve come back after an hour myself, and that they wouldn’t call me like they initially said. I called them again at 7:50 when I was on my way to pick up the phone, and they told me that there was no way that I could get the phone tonight. I was told that the technicians left at 6pm and that I wouldn’t be able to get the phone until the morning. Everything is disorganized in this store, and the workers were very rude and inconsiderate.
I got a new phone in this office, I got out with a tracker, sprint drive and a tablet that was $5 a month. I ask what was the cost and I was told that it was included in my plan. Now the bill is about $425 for too línes. Now I realize the gave me the wrong information. They promised me a discount that was never given. They lie and deceive just to get commission. I will not recommend this place. If you don’t want to be rip off. This is not the place to go.
Jay King and Jonathan Guzman are two reputable salesmen that we dealt with at the 2053 Central Park Ave store. When the Sprint phone agent could not answer the questions that we had for the high service bill, Jay addressed all of our concerns and went beyond to call the main headquarters about some unexplained charges. The charges are dismissed and we could be more relieved.
Andrew the tech expert in the Yonkers location provided outstanding customer service and support. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. He really went above and beyond to assist me with updating and troubleshooting my phone problems. He resolved my issue in a timely and expeditious manner. Bravo Sprint for hiring this gem.

My visit took place on February 8, 2020. My experience was quick and pleasant. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance as soon as I walked in. I took advantage of the $49 Android screen replacement deal and it was well worth it. I read a few reviews about bad customer service at this location but that was definitely not my experience there.
This is my second time coming here only cause of Jay King. He is absolutely amazing and knows everything about these phones. I would recommend him to anyone looking for phones. Went to this store about 6 months ago to purchase something- a purchase should be quick. It seemed that the employees had no idea what was going on. It took me about a half an hour to give this store money and to make a purchase. If you need an accessory or something your better off going to BestBuy. It’s a little longer drive, but it’s 10 times faster.
This is the worst store to go with. Employees are rude, uncouth and dismissive. Their managers will dismiss you out of store and not even entertain you even as a sprint customer, even locking the door for you. This is the culture embedded in this facility --callousness and indifference considering that the employees do not have the face to prove their worth. Everyone here should get fired as this is not the Sprint standard that I have seen in all other states that I have dealt with. No manners, No education, No class.
Brandon M. Is the best of the best. Really good store to go to. I had some issues regarding contracts and billing, and Brandon M. was so professional and helpful that he stayed helping me for 6 hrs until I got all my problems fixed. Great guy! If you ever go to that store, ask for Brandon. You won’t regret it!
This store is completely disorganized and is not friendly. Jimmy morales is the worst person to work with he has a severe attitude but comes off nice and sweet when you are signing up with him. He talks to you like he is the smart one and you don’t understand. He is unhelpful and just wants the sale. This store made me so uncomfortable but yes I did sign up for the deal. He also played blasting music while you are trying to concentrate. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Please do research because I clearly did not. The manager also does not care if you have a problem either. Completely rude......
Its funny when you are not from the area and reguardless of bias, people are still amazing. This Sprint store has set the bar as far as customer service and kindness. They were able to repair a phone in record time. Answer any needed questions, as well as tell me the status of my account. This store has a very nice check-in feature as well as an easy way to pay your bills without needing to speak to an associate. Very Impressed and I wish you and the staff much success! I made an appointment and was 2 minutes late and they still served me quickly, thank you. I needed a new SIM card for my new unlocked Note 9. They immediately procured and installed the SIM card and answered all of my questions. Also they helped me reset my old phone to the factory settings which erased my history before sending it back.
Store employees most seem to be on a lunch break. Worked with a new trainee he was actually trying to help my husband and greeting people who came in. He asked a season worker for assistance and he was rude and abnoxious. I think they need customer service basic training more than anything. Overall the store was clean and the wait time was acceptable.
Walked in yesterday with my husband and the hopes of purchasing 2 new phones. We spent a good 15 minutes looking at phones. Not one employee asked us if we needed help so we decided to leave. Upon leaving a woman walks in and was told by a woman sitting at the front to make sure she signs in. At no point were we told by this same woman, who was sitting there when we walked in, to do the same. We would play the race card but figured why bother (we are white and Hispanic...the store employees are not). We will do our business elsewhere.

This store sold my 83 Mother an iPhone. She does not have a computer, email address or any access to a computer. She is disabled cannot get to a store with ease. Shame on the sales person who sold her this phone because now it is disabled and she has no way to undisable the phone. Her only choice is to buy a new phone. This has put her in a very very dangerous situation. Salespeople must take into consideration the needs of the elderly when selling phones. Shame on this store.

This a Real Sprint Owned store... Sometimes its difficult to tell an Authorized Retailer from a corporate store. Its been my experience that complicated issues are better handled at a corporate store.

Jimmy Morales who works at this store is QUICK to LIE. I came to this store WITH sprint customer service on the phone to speak to a sprint staff in the store for a 2nd line to be added and to be FREE SERVICE which they both said. Today, I was scheduled and appointment from sprint... came and DIDN’T get help. I saw the person who helped and jimmy lied and said she just started.Uh no... SHE was the one who told ME that all I’m paying for is activation fee and that the service line is free because the person on the phone spoke to her and made sure it stayed that way. Weeks later... I’m getting a bill saying sprint lies and everyone who works for sprint are liars.... an hour later... I return... because sprint told me to go back...And... I the girl worker that was there WAS the girl who helped. she admired and told the truth. but it’s obvious jimmy morales is a LIAR... because ONE... he was there the same day I went there when SHE was there.2: he CHOOSES to LIE...I’m only giving this review 2 stars because SHARON IS TRUE GOOD. But her goodness doesn’t fix the BS that jimmy thought is better.sprint sucks...

Just walking into this corporate-owned Sprint store is a guarantee to feel either disrespected or that your business doesnt matter to them. Not every staff member is guilty but most are including those whove been there a while. Better service exists at the independently-owned Sprint store in Pelham on Fifth Avenue.
Plan on spending a lot of time... not sure anyone at this locating likes their job... and make any appointment ahead of you can... even simple pick up of a repaired phone took 45 minutes

The only reason I go to this location (Central Park Ave Yonkers NY) is to get my phone fixed by the guys in the back. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and pay the monthly insurance... they are all friendly and great at providing excellent customer service and support.
The representatives in this store seem really annoyed to have to help customers. I went by the store last Saturday and was sadly disappointed with the level of service. The manager was called and he seemed just as disinterested in assisting my family. Hope I never have to go to this location again.
This store no longer serves as the tech repair place. I had to go North on Central Park Avenue to have my phone diagnosed. The staff at this particular location were not that attentive but when I asked for help to fix my phone, they pointed me in the right direction. The actual tech shop was quite efficient and thorough. They were about to close the store due to the snowstorm, but stuck around to make certain that I had a working phone. I would def return and hopefully receive the same level of service.

This place is horrible I showed up at the store to create an account Sprint at 7:30 where I was immediately welcomed by 1 employee And ignored by 3 other employees. I had to wait 30 min to run my credit for a new account with Sprint and when I finally got approved the no longer had the phone in stock. Biggest waste of time ever. Horrendous wait time if you are not buying a new phone. My iphone7 got the No service error message. I went to sprint store to activate my iphone5s until the iphone7 gets fixed. How about an overpriced lease so you dont have to wait too long? Plus the insurance and whatever else we put on your monthly bill. Maybe its time to consider an MVNO.Sprint also charges a $75 fee for a free service I can get at the Apple store. Sprint sucks!
I went to the Sprint Store next to Kohls today because I was in the area and needed updates on my phone. Id read the poor reviews, and was not expecting much. But, wow! These reviews must be old. They are under new management. Yousef stepped up to help me and the next thing I knew, my phone was updated. Thank you everyone! This Sprint store rocked!
Good service but didnt have what I needed
Store called me for a job interview, I called back and couldnt reach the manager who called me due to him being in a meeting. Never heard back from them. when I called back yesterday the manager who originally called answered and pretended to be someone else and say the manager Im looking for doesnt exist. Which I dont mind not working for that store in particular but since they started processing my application I cant apply to any other store because it shows my application with them 😑 thanks alot!
The sales people in the store are straight scammers. Ive been a sprint customer for a long time and I went in and they assured me that if I got into their new plan my bill would remain almost the same if not the only $20 more a month and when I got my bill in the mail it was $150 more than my original bill! I called sprint to complain and they also mentioned that not only was the information the store gave me when changing my contract incorrect that the store had the option to waive a fee and did not and also the plan that I was in would have been cheaper had I just added on a phone rather than change to an entirely new plan. I suggest doing any plan transactions on the Internet or over the phone with their sales department!
Worst Customer Service Ever!! There arent any staff members minding customers on the sales floor unless you have an appointment. Not an ideal location for direct sales. Poorly managed location. Never going back again.

Sent my phone in for repair and after I left the store with the repaired phone, it stopped working completely. They sent my phone in for a replacement which took a lot longer than promised. Then the phone was M.I.A until I finally tracked it down.
Worst service!! I was made to rerurn 3 times to return a faulty tablet. Then they kept charging me for the data plan on said tablet..SCAMMERSNow they tack on a 6.99 subscription for some program i never requested or approved.
This is a corporate store so its heavily trafficked. I recommend coming early as possible to be seen quickly or you may have a long wait time as it gets busy fast most days.
By far one of the worst companies that is still around! I cancelled my account with Sprint within the 14 day grace period, returned my phones in an a timely manner even paid a restocking fee! These geniuses never sent the proof to corporate! I received numbers collection letter for over $1000 for them. The same store manager I spoke to about the problem who would take care of it acted as if he had amnesia and didnt recall. Moral of the story do not do business with this company yet alone this store! I rather pay $500 a month with Verizon before I settle for Sprint and their unprofessional ways!
I got a feeling that store stuff took advantage on us. They misinformed us about prices to sell a plan. When we got a bill the amount was significantly higher than we were promised. I think that may be its the policy of Sprint who put profits above everything. I must say that the stuff at Manhattan Sprint store is good, but out of Manhattan the quality of service drops dramaticaly. We are long term customers but now its time to switch.Also the new HTC U11 appeared to be an overpriced disappointment. Very similar HTC U11 at T-Mobile is just 10$ a month. So why do we have to pay more? The phone does not even work properly and sometimes start to loose power when on standby. Several hours and it is dead.
I was given false information regarding a contract at Sprint store located at 2350 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10710.1) I was told my monthly bill is going to be the same as before.2) I chose to lease HTC U11. Original price is $29 a month. The store representative assured me that monthly lease is going to be $20 but he did not mention that based on loyalty credits which will disappear if I switch to another plan.3) I had HTC M9 from the previous lease and Sprint offered me to buy this device for $1 and to keep using it. But Sprint keeps charge me $20 monthly fee for lease it.Now my monthly bill more on $70. Very nice business. :(

How is it possible with so many negative comments about this store and nothing is being done about it. At the time we went to the store it wasnt busy. This is just to pick up a phone that was dropped off for repair a week ago which we needed to wait for a technician to help us which 1 out of the 2 was busy.

Service is Slow and basically non existent. Staff is horrible. Everybody is lazy and They dont want to do anything and I had to wait about 30 minutes for nothing.

They do not deserve 1 star. The team in this store is absolutely horrible. They are lazy and dont want to bother helping anyone who walks in. Everyone seems to have an attitude, if you are not happy with your job or appearance or baby daddy leave that outside of work.

I made an appointment to get my phone looked at, when I got there, theres alot of people waiting. It looks like walkins got preference. What the hell is the point of an appointmnet???? When they finally spoke to somebody, they wanted to send my phone out to asurion for 200 dollars. I clearly explained to them that the phone is not covered under any protection and therefore I didnt have to go through asurion. They were confused and then just said they couldnt do anything for me... they didnt even try to troubleshoot anything. They just looked at me and the phone. I wasted like 1.5 hours for nothing. Then after all that, they told me to go to some other repair store ( independent) to see if they could help me. I asked what the difference was and they said it was a store where they fixed all phones from any carrier. Wow... sprint corporate repair store referred me to a mom and pop shop to see if they could fix my phone. Never go here.. do yourself a favor.

Worst service possible. I bring my brand new s7 edge in for 1 simple issue connecting the gear vr, they did a complete factory reset without my consent or knowledge and then give it back to me with a laundry list of at least 10 new issues. Im a technician in computers and from my experience these people dont not in any way know what they are doing and the sales staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, and if the moved any slower they would be moving in reverse. If you value your phone and require customer service then avoid them at all costs. You will not receive service you will receive only an insult to what you thought was supposed to be service. BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID!!!!!
Had a problem with my S7 Edge send it out for repair to ashern 10 - 12 Days Later I have to call them to find out what happened to my phone repair to find out that its already back at the store as a replacement and then have the nerve to hand me a phone that has an overheating problem and the day I left the store I was notified that my phone was ready to be picked up to make matters worse went back the next day to find out the technician who sent my phone out for repair told me that my apps were causing my phone to overheat I have the same apps I did on the phone before repair and an older phone from the same manufacturer that did not have this problem end up doing a factory reset and reflashed the frameware and when I reflash kit it overheated as I flashed it the guys also stated that I would have to send it out for repair again I am so fed up with this Sprint store that Im going to go take my business elsewhere.

The workers have no knowledge of anything that they are doing dont know the product bunch of con artists. All they want to do is sell and tell what the restocking fee is. This company is to big to have these unknowledgeable workers!
The service here is disgustingly slow! All I needed to do was pick up my repaired phone and have it activated. I was told to sit back down and then not called for another 40 minutes. I will be changing my carrier plan as soon as possible. Don’t go here.
