The baristas here are so kind and friendly. The establishment is clean and the music is good. It’s a nice place to study or do work. I had an oat milk latte and a pumpkin loaf. Both equally delicious. This location also has many spaces to park.

Clean and nice baristas. The line is not usually long and the wait times are reasonable. I do find that the prices are inflated: I ordered a grande double expresso with ice and a croissant; the total was $9.Nonetheless, if I am on my lunch break or Im early for work I do stop by here because it typically is a good experience.Wheelchair accessible and some seating also avaiable.

Today I ordered a ice coffee here. Im already noticed light ice in my order. But you can see y picture. There is more than 85% ice in my cup!!! Thats why you got 1 star for this service😏🙄😡

My experience at star bucks was wonderful with a young lady by the name of Costa she is was extremely professional and went out of her way to make my daughter smile with her chocolate milk!! We thank you sweet costa stay safe and stay pleasant.

Friendly staff, but filthy!!! I wanted to eat inside, but I felt unsafe as the areas needed to be properly cleaned and disinfected.

Orders are consistently done right, service is great and servers are exceptional. I love this store in particular.

They never get my order wrong (unlike other Starbucks). They know my preferences by heart. Which may be because I am there much too often.

This place has gone downhill. It used to be good. I used to get great drinks here. Not anymore. Yesterday I had to wait 20 minutes for my mobile order. I also seemed to be ignored when I come here now. I had a drink the other day that was horrible! My usual drink, but it tasted as if there was no espresso and heavy handed syrup. I expressed my concerns with an email to Starbucks. Maybe thats why Im being ignored? Or maybe its because I am an older person. I dont know, but its a bit worrisome.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever went!!! They never follow order instructions, even if you pay extra for toppings, drizzle’s etc… they never do it right.

I was excited to come to this Starbucks to study since the one in Ardsley closed down. Unfortunately my first time experience was a huge disappointment! When I entered the music was blasting. I was next on line and waited for 10 minutes to order. Then I waited another 15 minutes fo my coffee along with 3 other customers (who were waiting for online pickup). There were 5 employees behind the counter chit chatting while we stood there waiting and only one barista working. Also ALL the chairs were on top of the tables except for one that had a customer. I would have understood if they were cleaning the floors but it was only 6:30pm (closes at 9pm) or social distancing (then every other table it would have been blocked off), but that wasn’t the case. Clearly this place needs a better manager and employees to create a more efficient working environment.

I don’t like this location, They barely have anything always out of everything especially in the evening time!

I found this Starbuck store to be a bit annoyed. They definitely took their time in serving customers. They were a bit careless. It took me more than ten minutes to get my drinks, when there was only a few customers and two baristas making drinks. Then my daughters cake pop was not ready...so I had to wait for the cashier to take her time and get it.I was annoyed with the service. Then the guy barista kept watching me like I was going to run away with the drinks or if I didnt belong.I should have felt welcome...but I did not.

Love this location! Staff are always friendly ! They know all of their frequent customers by name even with Masks on !

They rarely have the proper ingredients for their new advertised drinks for early orders.

Service is not always up to par and drinks are rarely rdy when they should be. Baristas can be snippy. But the drinks are made well, its usually clean.

This is one of the better Starbucks I’m the Yonkers area especially when Mary is there, she makes our coffee according to Starbucks specks. This is very important to maintain consistency and balance of flavors. Some employees believe that by adding more flavoring/syrup they are making you coffee better, rather it just loses it’s coffee flavor. Side note the entire staff is very attentive. Please pass this along to your Cross County Location as thier staff needs serious training.

I love Starbucks. I love this location. Quick easy ordering however theres one girl there thats rude and unpleasant. I get your busy but if someone has a question about their order tend to them. Customers are the reason youre get a pay check.

Terrible service today. They were all over the place and just mess everywhere. I usually come here and they’re on top of things but today was just a disgrace the fact that I ordered through the Mobil app and waited 20+ min was a mess. The manager was rude as well just tossing the sandwiches to me didn’t even ask if I needed a bag or was waiting on anything. I’m not coming back to this location after today’s experience. I get it was busy but there needs to be an order on how they serve their customers. Everyone was missing something from their Mobile order. Ppl touching your drinks to find there’s 🤦‍♀️ Terrible !

I dont like the front door to this place. The doors open outwards towards a narrow walkway. Very dangerous. The coffee it good. Also my friend Doug tried to kiss me here once. That was wackadoo. Friendly service too!

My recent order from this location, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my mobile order. There were other people waiting for their order & the rest of the employees were talking. Rather go to a different location.

The only downside to this location is dealing with certain people from Yonkers, who feel entitled to grab drinks and argue over a short wait.The staff are always friendly to me, even when they just had someone pick a fight with them.

Very nice Starbucks but there are shortcuts taken on things that dont need to be shortcut. Ie using the unfiltered sink faucet to fill pitchers for what I assume is cold brew?? I know when I ask for a drink with water they use that special tap for water so why not for that coffee ??? The barista Lori also doesnt have a properly fitting mask so her nose is exposed allowing her unfiltered breath to go on coffees and food items which kinda defeats the purpose of the mask. I hope the manager notices these things and addresses them. Otherwise I had a fast drink turnaround given there was like 15 people in the lobby when I walked in!

Its Starbucks! This ones new, clean with a really friendly, efficient staff and a solution to your every caffeine laced need. The bonus here is the outdoor seating that adds to every sip. Plus events like tonights concert (barring the threatening rain) make this place special.

I took my mother to the newest Starbucks in the area. It was bright and cheery with a lot of Room and a lotta windows. Theres a lot of space to sit down and work on your computer. The service was good and the drinks were delicious. One bathroom wasnt functional and the other wasnt so clean. Also it was a little stuffy in there because the air conditioning system wasnt working that well. Its situated in an old school in Yonkers on Broadway overlooking the Hudson river. Im sure its a hotspot. I had a wonderful time and I will probably go back.

I go there almost every morning before work and I always end up waiting 20 minutes for two drinks. Drinks are great service not so much.

Worst mochiato. Everytime I ask they have to do it twice. What is an expreso shot mochiato. A sip of strong coffee with foam. Not a cup of milk. Please write the recipe on d wall.

Fast and professional service. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got my drink in my hand and allowed me to get back on the road.I was daughter when I saw a line of over 10 people. 5 minutes later I had my drink and was back on the road.Bravo!

Great location. Friendly workers, especially Maya, and quick lines. Ive been here for about 2 hrs now and only witnessed one error made by a trainee which is to be expected. The training barista was right on it and dealt with it quickly. Great atmosphere and very clean!

This is a very nice looking Starbucks, peaceful for lack of better word. The atmosphere is great, the music selection is great as well. Well trained staff that is friendly, respectful. I will return for sure

The staff is friendly and fly during the busiest of times. The manager works the floor when needed and is very personable. Highlight: Mary. Excellent employee. Every store should have a Mary, or be trained by her.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! I’ve never had a wrong order. At times there is a huge rush of people in the morning during the time offices in shared building open, in addition to mobile order rush, but the staff are professional, timely, and overal great! As for impatience customers, expect them.

This place is amazing. It is a much needed addition to this area. The baristas are incredibly friendly and kind. Great coffee to start my day. I would highly recommend checking it out. The plaza also has an eye doctor, pharmacy, liquor store, salon and several restaurants.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Love the location, the seating variety & the state of the art architecture design of this specific Starbucks. However, its beyond cold & the music is too loud. I find it hard to focus on work bc of these distractions.
