Do not fax here. They charge long-distance rates for any area code outside 914, so it ended up costing me $84 to send a fax to Manhattan. Ridiculous. There have to be better options around.

Good place to find office items that we normally use. There is a super selection of materials for children school supplies too. They have some electronics as well. The copy department is helpful always. I was there today for paper and boxes. You can find quick cold beverages and candy to suppress the appetite. The parking lot has good parking. The staff is attentive and helpful. I find this place convenient when I visit my parents home. It is big, clean and stocked with merchandise that we need. I use Staples all the time.

Right on Tuckahoe Road, this retail store is very visible to motorists. This is the only one left, after the two on Central Ave. closed. Its well lit; but does not exude modernization by far. I come here for minor items; on occasions.There is ample parking, with handicap parking.

Staff is great. I’m really happy with print order. Shout out to Izjaray at the Print Center for being really patient with me. One thing, cashiers can ease up with up selling a warranty for a graphing calculator it not that serious.

This location is in a strip mall. Parking may get a little tight at times. This Staples was well staffed. An employee greeted me as I entered . Another helped me through the entire process of selecting a printer. It wasnt in stock, so they ordered it on line and it will be delivered to my front door tomorrow. Overall great experience at this location.

Attended the block party today at our local staples store with my 2 children, 6 and 3. I thought the staff and management did a phenomenal job, my children and I had a blast. The employees here TRULY go above and beyond for the customers, they are so helpful, courteous and well mannered, on the floor to behind the counters, customer service is A++. The staff on the floor (including the staff that represented Apple Bank) were all so engaged and helpful in making sure the children were happy and having a good time. So happy we came here today, not only did I score great buys including a 20% off coupon on my purchase but a very cute, memorable event that we won’t forget. Thank you staples staff for your hard work, it did not go unnoticed or appreciated.

Came during covid season. Not a fun time for anyone, retail workers least of all. Still, if youre going to have readily available disinfectant at the cashiers, that people can use without opening or removing a seal, put up a sign telling customers that using it will cause them to be held liable to pay for it. This store scammed me pre covid as well, so yeah. Dont come to this particular location for your office needs. Just go to Microcenter or another Staples if you can.

Convenient location near other shops including a great diner and deli. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went to buy a new home office printer that was a good price. Answered any questions and also informed me they price match on the printer cartridges. He even told me I could look on my phone to see if any better price and he waited until I checked prices.

I use them for printing and they’re pretty reliable just one time they mixed up my order I did get it but they couldn’t find it at first. Other than that once I’ve always had a smooth time dealing with them mostly for printing but sometimes I pick up some office supplies and other things.

I dont live close at all there are 2 other Staples closer to me but I chose to go to Tuckahoe Road. Every time I go there George is very helpful. He answers all my questions and makes suggestions of the products I need for a great deal. I always leave happy and exactly what I came for!!

Manager Monica should not be employed anymore. If your life is so bad that you can’t stand to do your job you shouldn’t be working with people. You’re suppose to be the Manager and your the workers under her we’re better. Never coming back here again

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I went in and asked for pictures for a specific size and the woman behind the counter was very rude and gave me a clear attitude when I was just trying to explain how I wanted the sizes and why I needed it that way. She then just told me they would fit it and give me extra room to cut the rest off. I wait 24 hours to see pictures that don’t even match the size I gave!!! And some were 4x6 which is the standard picture size!!! Absolutely horrible results and AWFUL MANNERS!!!!!

I visited this location on Aug 17th 2018. I arrived around 10:50am... I was there to exchange some ink that one of their associates recommended as compatible with my printer. It turns out that it was not compatible. I am well aware that everyone makes mistakes, however when I visited to exchange my item, the two managers on duty completely dropped the ball in rectifying the situation.The first Manager named LIZ did not even look at me when she arrived to the counter, she did not address me at all, we never spoke. She only spoke to the sales associate... she then called over another manager named RITA. Now, I’m not sure why Rita could do what Liz couldn’t if they were both managers... but okay.Rita then comes over, and while I am getting the model number for the sales associate, Rita begins saying “Oh this is used... oh there’s nothing I can do with this... oh I need your debit card...” keep in mind, this is WHILE I am CLEARLY trying to get the model number for the sales associate. So now as the customer, I’m flustered. She sees me in the middle of that and continues to speak to me with her nasty attitude. After I asked her to give me a second, I proceed to explain to her that 1. It was NOT used & what my issue was.... which she CUTS ME OFF to tell me “there’s nothing I can do without your debit card.”Now, while I completely understand that a policy is a policy, I am also aware that there’s a way to state your policy while also being receptive to what the customer has to say. I am a store manager for a company who values customer service and if I ever saw my employees in that type of interaction, it’d be a BIG problem. That’s unacceptable. Cutting me off while I’m speaking is simply rude and disrespectful. Even if there was absolutely nothing she could have done for me, there was still a way for her to show me that I am valued as a customer. I teach it to my employees everyday.I really hope this company is not one who values customer service because if you are, Liz and Rita really dropped the ball today. Not one “sorry” was given. They made me feel insignificant and unappreciated as a customer (the reason they have a job)Let’s not forget that I was only there because THEIR associate suggested the wrong ink! And I was willing to overlook that because as a manager, I understand people make mistakes. Liz and Rita showed the 3 associates that were present at the moment that their behavior was acceptable and tolerable. If that’s how the managers treat their customers, I could only imagine what the associates do.I am highly disappointed as a customer, and a woman in the management field.

Terrrrible service here! I had to wait 40 minutes to print out two passport photos because the associate couldn’t get it together and figure out how to even print the photo!!! Once she finally figured it out. She printed it too big.. then when she finally got it printed in the right size. When she went to go cut the photo out.. she ripped the whole thing in half and had to re-print for the THIRD TIME!!! Unacceptable service. These women are not tech enough to be working in this section! They’re clueless and had to spend a good 25 minutes asking one another how to get the task done! I shouldn’t have even paid for the photo considering the terrible service and wait! Staples... train these damn older women for their roles! Give them a handbook! An instructional video. Anythinnng!

Came here to make copies and get them laminated. The copier worked fine. the blade on the paper cutter was blunt, it was feathering the paper instead of making clean cuts, and there were no scissors. When i asked if they could replace the blade i was told they would when they had time. When i asked for scissors i was told no as another customer already had the loaner pair, so i had to wait until they were done. At least the guy with the ponytail bun helped me get the laminations done quickly once i had the items cut out.

After my experience with staples will not buy nothing anymore from them, I purchase so many stuff for my office purchase a printer and they match the price came to buy another one Lady scream saying we match 2 places only with an attitude she said you want it or leave it how rude, I even ask saying look up my account and match the price she said no we can’t.

Absolutely the worst! No help, no customer service, no management! I would like to rate this as a negative 5! Lazy, incompetent and useless are the best three words to describe this place!

Horrible service! I went to the store to print labels for a new meal prep service I offer. I had zero help finding the proper size labels. After tearing open multiple packs of labels (sorry, I was frustrated after 40mins of no help with sizing) I finally settled for a size I thought would work. I wasted 2 hours of my day trying to print out my labels. One kid who was “helping me knew absolutely nothing” then left to go on break and I stood there wondering if the other older Hispanic woman, who sent him to break, would help me. I had to ask again, for the fourth time that day, if anyone was going to help me. This story ends with me paying over $42 (I was charged $5 five times for using the computer plus $17 for the pack of labels I HAD to buy before printing my labels) for ZERO labels! I am disgusted with the service I received and understand why Staples will be closing more locations. They are failing miserably in the ONE area where they can continue to stand out from the competition by providing same day printing services.

The store was very nice and the salespeople were very pleasant and helpfulIt seemed everyone was helping or getting info for the customers that were asking questions.But like always there is always a customer that cannot wait and can get nasty with the help thatstoo bad BUT the help I received from Joseph was very good. I will shop there again.(The help in the Central Ave location also were helpful.) Staples is doing a good job.It looks like they are getting better and better...

20 minutes on hold and no one picks up the phone in the print shop. I finally get someone on the phone (by calling from a second line) and then Im told incorrect information, so I wasted a trip, where I also had to wait for a good 15 minutes before I found out that they couldnt do what theyd already told me they could do. Only 1 of 3 employees in the area seemed to be doing anything. This store is a disaster.

Strangest experience ever. Worked at a Staples in my youth. This particular staples had recorded commands, such as an associate is needed in the ink department, or something similar. First off, there is no ink department, every aisle has ink products, secondly, they had identical items with different SKUs, for expensive items; one price would be exorbitant, while the other reasonable. I thought, wow, this is how companies commit suicide, while trying to stay relevant in a world, where we can simply point and clink to get to the ink department. Funny though, so 2 stars. Cant believe I worked here in a different life.

Helpful, Pleasant and Accommodating. Purchased a laptop on Tuesday and the experience from the salesperson and manager Marylin was pleasant.I received a coupon for $75 off any laptop or PC the day after and wanted to see if I could get credit. I was at another store and the manager was flat out rude and said no without consideration. Called this store which is where I purchased the laptop and was lucky enough to get Marylin on the phone. Explained the situation and without hesitation she said come in. Got there around closing time and she was just as helpful. No rush and with a smile. Thanks for your help Marylin Lopez

The store manager, associates, and print center went out of their way to assist me when another Staples store in the Bronx provided me with an atrocious customer service experience. Kudos to this store for stepping up to the plate and being kind and professional.

Came here to get a USPS label to mail a package. Toni at the Copy and Print Center was very pleasant and efficient despite the fact that shes the only one that seemed to be working.

Not enough staff on the floor to help and cintrol kids running around. Friend i was with had a child run into her 3 times within 10 minutes. Not impressed with the Print and Copy person. So flippant with customers. Finish with the person you are checking out so you can give your attention to the person asking questions or who needs assistance. I was thinking of having something run off but there was nothing posted about prices and sizes available. Oh, everything is on the website. Thanks. Great way to make a sale.

The copy and print center here is a joke. Staff is unhelpful and rude and just seem too busy to actually help their customers. When I asked to have a file from my usb printed and told the clerk it was a one hundred page book she seemed utterly annoyed and said they are too backed up to do that. I was than directed to a copy machine that didnt work... Another time when I tried calling the store to ask a simple question, I was put on hold FOUR times and spoke to FOUR different people and still didnt get a clear answer.

I had a hard time finding someone to assist me. When I did the gentleman was quite helpful.

Tried to print from the international website but internet was slow and couldnt access the site. Called assistant but had to wait. Upon logging out to save time, assistant came but couldnt help saying it must be system problem. Charged $2.94 without doing anything in about 8minutes. Felt bad!!

Ordered something online was not given option to add an alternate pick up person. Was told after order was complete and paid for that they couldnt help me only cancel order. I explained it was done and paid for and was said sorry only can cancel your order. So now i have to try and see how to get there. And i dont live close. Rudenesd was not appreciated. Never will do buisness with them again.

Complete dump of a location. Bathrooms had overflowing garbage, were without soap, paper towels, hand dryers... etc. that means every employee there has dirty hands. Manager should be fired. Went to Office Depot!!!
