Cashier at the pharmacy was asking cash for prescription meanwhile pharmacist told, its not covered, after explaining the pharmacist he was able to do it . Pharmacy complaints should be done by everyone who is experiencing such a way to steal money from people. By far the worst place when it comes to organization! Came in for my first covid vaccine I was a little late and everything was fine.. I was even told that I could come in earlier for the vaccine. Arrived at 5:45pm and an hour later Im still waiting... there was one person in front of me ... and people have come and gone to get their prescriptions and Im still waiting for a shot that takes all of 2 seconds to get. I get that they have prescriptions to fill but dnt tell me to come in earlier and still make me wait until my appt time. I even brought the paper he asked me to fill out ready to go in hopes to be out of here quick like last time.

They have everything here. However their customer service isn’t all that up there sometimes there isn’t anyone at the register or their taking super long with one customer so make sure you come here with extra extra time on your hands.

Literally waiting two days for a call from the pharmacist to call me for my antibiotics and when i call i get no answer. this is ridiculous, i have an injured foot and can not be walking or driving without knowing if my medication is there

TERRIBLE pharmacists! Ronald and Anne tried to rob my medication. My doctor ordered 3pens of injections which will cover 90 days but they insisted that I need only 2pens to cover 3 months and gave me only 2pens even my doctor ordered 3 months supply and computer generated level says quantity 3 on the box of medication. Where is my other pen? Are they doctors to prescribe me new dosage? They are pharmacist and obviously don’t know how to calculate. Probably they are trying to steal my medication to sell to self-paying customers since one pen costs $800 and my insurance covers for it. If something happen to me due to lack of medication are they or rite-aid liable? BE CAREFUL when you fill your medication here. Make sure you double check. They are THIEVES to steal your medication. One star rating is way more than they deserve.

I like to come here when they send me 30 percent off coupons to buy what I need other then that the pharmacy is terrible! They make you wait 45 minutes to an hour. The pharmacist are not polite and one argued with me and refused to fill my prescription and I never used this pharmacy again and I’m happy to have another pharmacy where the workers are polite kind and respectful. Because rite aid pharmacy is just wrong to customers.

By far the worst pharmacy!!! I called 2 hours before for my prescription I was told it’ll be ready in an hour I show up 2 hours after and still had to wait a long time to receive my prescription.

Just speaking the true. I love Rite Aid and will always shop there. But everytime you go there to shop they is only 1cashier and the line is long. U always have to ask if theres another cashier available. Especially on weekends when its busy they should have more people working.

This is the only pharmacy that accepts my employers insurance. Everyone that I spoke with over the phone was very unprofessional. I was in a emergency need of a medication and they had me jumping through ropes to get it FOR A WEEK!! All staff, lacks communication and professionalism and I plan to report them to state after the pharmacist told me IDK what to tell you..they need to lose their licenses ASAP.If I could give zero stars I would.

The Pharmacists are the best!! But customer services and store management are the worst, they dont care about clientele, prices are really expensive, the rite aid points never work neither do the coupons, they print coupons without codes so when you go to use it the bar code doesnt work, the computer cannot scan it and supposedly they cannot put it in manually, all this handled by the manager that doesnt have interest in the customers.

The Store Manager Ahmad is useless. The store is dirty. My vehicle got hit in the parking lot and he said the outside video cameras wasnt on and refused to help me or give me an incident report..Ive been going here for my prescriptions over 20yrs..Now I am taking my business to a different store. I HATE that store especially the managers!!! I hope it goes out of business and Ahmad need to be FIRED!!! STRAIGHT USELESS!!!

I hate this store and it should have been shut down instead of renovated. The cash registers never work and the cashiers dont know how to input coupons. They dont know the sales or the prices of anything and there always an extremely long wait. Theatre should be closed since it sucks soooo bad.

Im shocked the way people from pharmacy treat you, I’ve been there every month for months, every time i went it was a problem, the girl at the desk was talking to me with (She) don’t listen what im saying so please step down I don’t have time, it was a serious treatment accutane and I couldn’t miss any pills, but thanks to them my last two doses were half a dose, and the pharmacist lady when i called almost everyday so they can fix the problem, she told me I don’t have the time of the world to speak to you on the phone, the only decent worker there is a asian guy( pharmacist) I forgot his name, im very very disappointed from rite aid, you need to do something for your employees because i know for sure i will never go back to this location even for a gum forget about pills, they’re not professional at all, and always had to wait more than 40 minutes to pick up the Prescription because always they had a justification, and the last time the lady at the desk she said I didn’t check your order because I don’t have time to go through my computer every time and see your ipledge so sit down and wait 1 hour!!!!!!! Only to get them ready....Im very very very disappointed...

Is very convinient near with parking. Friendly staff. But I will point one thing. The waiting area looks DISGUSTING they need to clean it up. Chair are so dirty floor look like they dont clean them. Specifically the water dispenser. Overall theyre good and they speak multiple languages

I don’t get it this store is a 24 hours but it’s been like 5 time that I drive there and is closed with a written little latter saying we will open after 5:30am really don’t get it 😒

Its such a poorly managed store! Its such a negative experience to have to shop here, I really dread it.Many insurance companies, including mine now, have mandated we use a specific network pharmacy, so Im now of the unfortunate folks who has to grin and bear this place.Expect to experience excessively long wait times to pay for prescriptions or simple items. Youll see many empty registers unstaffed while customers wait helplessly. The store itself it messy, frequently poorly stocked. No surprise that this store serves an underserved relatively poor community of people with little power to demand better service or change.Youd never see this kind of service environment in a wealthier community.Ironically, huge volumes of people are in and out here all the time so you know the store is certainly very profitable. I also received the wrong medication once by the pharmacy, which in fairness they realized and called me at home about.

So this is an update. I still dont like anything about this place. If i would, i give it a zero star. Theres a new cashier and one of them is a skinny, white young female. I asked how i can apply for a club card and she said she will see but in the end, she just charged me everything without the sale price. Need new professional cashiers, dont just hire to hire.

Shopping experience is okay.

Everytime i come here always one long line, lack of staffing so you cant get no help also even waiting for meds is a long wait and 99.9% of the store lack on customer service skills. I only gave 1 🌟 due to the fact when i was droping off the meds today this India young lady was very nice.

My daughter is needing Benadryl for an allergy she is having and my husband just went there and it was apparently closed. I literally just called the store and an employee answered and I asked why are they closed if they are 24 hours?! I couldnt understand his response at all with whatever native language he spoke! Why advertise being 24hrs and then close at 12am?! False advertising and my 5 year old is now suffering!!!!

Horribly run pharmacy department. My doctor calls in a script and is put on hold for 10 minutes. Calls back and leaves a voicemail on the doctors line for the pharmacy to check. I go in 24 hours later for them to tell me they don’t have my script. I said my doctor called in yesterday and left a voicemail. The man says let me check?!?!? Then after listening to other doctors leaving scripts for patients he said o it’s here..I guess they don’t feel like checking any kind of voicemails. I didn’t even want to leave 1 Star..Horrible ...Will never come back

Came here today to get my child a COVID vaccine. Wed never been to this location before. I had a minor panic attack before they administered the shot, because I wanted to be sure they were giving a pediatric dose and not an adult dose. The woman behind the pharmacy counter was so reassuring and patient with me, and made my girl feel special. Thank you!
