This CVS is perfectly fine until you have to go to the pharmacy. The blonde skinny girl with really long nails at the pharmacy section is so rude. She has such an attitude every time I go there. I only go there because it’s literally across the street from me.
Externally lived!!! I walked into the store a few weeks ago asking if they do Covid vaccines at this location… I was told yes but had to make the appt online. The closest apt was almost 3 weeks later and I been getting alerts and reminders the whole time. I walk in today and sure enough the pharmacy is now closed. According to the worker they have been closed on weekends for some time with notices around the store. But CLEARLY they failed to inform ppl like me with an appt for weeks and have wasted my time! No other location has appt slots so basically no sort of customer assistance or compensation to fix this problem. They need to really make note of how they do things and fix situations like this where you make an appt and they don’t even inform you it’s no longer valid. I didn’t even get the opportunity to reschedule!!! Unacceptable!!!!
Its a CVS. With that being said, its one of the better CVS stores in the area. At times there can be long checkout lines but if you go there before 10am or later in the evening you can usually be in and out. They also have two self check outs which many people still do not use, so many times you can just avoid the lines and go straight to the self checkout. I find the staff here to be pleasant and they usually have the item I am looking for. I only used the pharmacy one time. I came in the afternoon and there was a long line at the pharmacy so I returned the following morning and was out of there with my prescription in five minutes. Ive never had problems with the staff. Everyone is friendly and says hello.
Most of the staff are very nice at this location... except for the manager, PAUL! I am a loyal customer who goes there frequently and have never had such rude treatment from a staff member. All I can say is that Paul should not be working in retail if he cannot interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner; especially if the customer is being polite.
The worst CVS in all of lower Westchester. Terrible from the staff to the poor inventory. The pharmacy is disorganized and are horrible to deal with.
THE MANAGER IN THE PHARMACY DEPT. WAS WERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL .HORRIBLE PLACE
This CVS is cool. Its very hidden in the same parking lot as Outback Steak House. The only down side is that they are not open 24/7 like the one up the street. I feel that this one is less busy than the one noticeable on central avenue
Came in to have my 94 yr old mom get her flu shot. They made us wait there exposing her to whatever. No one was there but we had to wait over 10 minutes. The pharmacist was very passive aggressive. She was rude and incompetent. I went to Grassy Sprain no problems with my moms medicare coverage. They were professional and very courteous. Never stepping into this CVS!
The lines were so long, went on a Sunday afternoon. There was young man who was very attentive at the self-check out who I appreciated, thank you for your kindness.I wanted to comment on the cashier named Terry-Anne, I ordered photo pick up. She asked for my last name, and proceeded to take the pictures out of the envelope, laid them out 1 by 1 on the counter, just to confirm those are my pictures. I did not appreciate the lack of privacy there, and she put her fingers on the photo surfaces instead of on the borders due to her fake nails. There was a line behind me too. I dont know if this is protocol to go through a customers photos like that in public but I dont think I will ever be printing at this CVS again. That was weirdly nosey of her. Ive printed at other CVSs and its always a quick last name check and hand over of photos in the envelope. Please get better at respecting customers photo privacies. Thank you!
Great customer service and selection of items at this location..Rhoneil was very helpful when it came to using the cvs photo center..efficient and friendly customer service
I didnt get her name, but the manager with the purple hair was AMAZING and very helpful when I needed a specific sort of passport photo. She stayed with me and helped until I got what I needed. Best customer service Ive had in a long time.
Its a shame that one rotten apple will special the bunch. The rotten apple at this CVS is an employee named Gaby. She is unprofessional and seems to believe that the way she treats customers is acceptable. Ive seen her several times disrespect patrons and have had her give me incorrect information or ignore me.This has never been my experience with the rest of the team but it is unfortunate that she is allowed to continue to behave this way and ruin the reputation of this location.
Rating this a two because I stood in a busy line to buy 1 Gatorade. There’s two registers. I assumed one was for the snacks and the other one for the pharmacy things. Yet there’s only one line. However the employee on the snacks line is too busy chatting with a customer she dosent hurry up knowing there’s only 12 minutes till closing time. I decide to step out of the line and move close to the snack register. She sees me and dosent say anything since she’s still talking to the customer and once I place my Gatorade down and I have my money out to pay she thinks and rudely says there’s a line” you have to wait at the back” . I said um okay bye. Never buying things from that CVS again. I don’t tolerate rude behavior. The employee female had glasses, tan and short straight hair in a ponytail.
Ive been to this store MANY times and dont understand the review that said it was unclean/messy. Its very clean all the time and employees are very pleasant. I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons...one is its size as they may not have every single choice you may desire. The second is I wish they had a couple of self check outs like in the ones I frequent in Long Island. But all in all it is a wonderful shopping experience.I
I ran into the CVS this evening just to grab a diet soda. The Cherry Coke Zero I wanted to purchase had an expiration date of February 2018. I then went to grab the Sprite Zero which had a March 2018 expiration date. I logged a complaint to the cashier who had several piercings on her face and was told that they would notify the distributor. Are you kidding me? This CVS must be a Dumping Ground for expired soft drinks. They should be ashamed of themselves passing on soft drinks that are expired.
Great collection. Had a good time there.
Close to the summer i found myself returning often because they had a new employee and the customer service she provided was great. to say the least, i have not returned . no one has been able to assist me the way this one person could. i believe this young ladys name was Evelin but she was so sweet and helpful. when she engaged in conversation, you could feel her trying to relate and understand. cvs needs to be more aware of the service their employees give. store manager isnt too highly spoken of either. from my understanding, she is just another poor personality. also TRACK THIS EVELINN GIRL DOWN! YOU NEED HER!!!
First time ever in the store and last. It was not clean everything was all over the place. I am very disappointed, I have been at other CVS and this store needs to work on it image and customer experience.
Its a little on the smaller side compared to the other CVS I go to, but its not bad.
A good location. Plenty of parking.
The pharmacy at this location never has my medication in stock and has taken over five days to fill one prescription. Also, some of items in store are not re-stocked when sold out.
Nice store. Pleasant, helpful workers there.
Went there once was good.
Aright to get some water
