This is one of New Yorks undiscovered gems. If you bake, make candy or chocolates, run, dont walk to NY Cake. The variety of products is staggering. The staff is very friendly. You can order on line and pick up in Yonkers or, visit their store in NYC. This is now my go to store for supplies. Cant wait to make chocolate filled truffles.

I just started shopping here this week and I am so impressed with this place! I did not know there was a baking supply store in Yonkers but now that I know, I definitely will be paying many visits here, as I am starting a small out of home dessert business. I met a gentleman when I went and he was super kind. I look forward to buying more supplies here, especially since its so close to home.

Love this place ! Baking heaven! Akon assuming he’s the manager is amazing ! Very friendly, and helpful. I’ve been coming to this place for more then a year and never had an issue . The once or twice that something was forgotten they had no issue resolving ASAP .... it’s always a pleasure doing business with them !

They couldnt be nicer at the Yonkers Warehouse. Ive been coming here for several years and have never had a problem with my orders. Extremely convenient for those who cannot get to the store in NYC! (You can place your order by phone as well as online, so thats an added plus.)

Have an emergency and need baking supplies asap THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! This is the second time I order from NYCAKES warehouse in Yonkers and have had a problem with my order. I thought it would be more efficient and convenient to shop from since I live in the boarder of Yonkers and the Bronx but I was so wrong. Customer service is poor, dont expect the manager to care much about your order or your time being wasted with the numerous back and fourth trips because they didnt get it right the first time. Bad enough that a lot of there products are ridiculously overpriced. Im just better off ordering from Amazon and baking supply stores online.

I bought a High heel shoe kit for 39.99 and was very happy to receive it. WHEN I OPENED IT I was surprised to see that the form were styrofoam and the patterns were made out of paper.. Just wondering how long do you guys think this will last?.. Very upset and I want my money back.. I will have to report this one.. Terrible do not buy the shoe kit... Nice packaging and terrible product the only thing I can use repeatedly is the silicone heel mold...😠😠😠😠

I usually go to the store in the city, but since they’re temporarily closed, I had to order online to pick up at their Yonkers location for a rush order. First, I got there at 4p, their closing time, however, nobody even noticed or cared or tried to rush me out. Pick up is so simple, not an annoying process to confirm identity or wait for someone to bring it down, everything’s right there. I also forgot to add items to my order before I got there, which wasn’t a problem at all. I just told the guy what I wanted, and he came back with it. I didn’t have to swipe my card or anything. He simply let me walk out with it right away and they take care of charging it to your order after. (He was handsome AF too lol). Ive always loved NY Cake, but I hate ordering online but after stopping by their warehouse, I won’t be so hesitant to order online and even have them ship to me without worrying because their customer service great and they have the best supplies I’ve yet to find in the N.Y./NJ area.

Staff ( I think the owner) was very helpful. Found everything I needed for my baking project. Only downer is their closed weekends and before 5 during the week.
