Good place for ice cream and smoothies.

The closing hours listed online are until 11pm. Called the store at around 8:15pm and asked what time they closed. I was told 9:30pm but sometimes even 9pm if it’s too slow. I was at the store at 8:40pm and they had the door locked and said they are closed. Drove 20 mins there for no reason, pathetic customer service!

The manager repeatedly asks customers to disregard the 6 feet distancing signs on the floor. Way to go!!!

I find your product excellent, but you should know hence my reaching out to you, that shoprite has been purposely mishandling your product to place in their freezers for the customer to purchase. I just now thought out a pint of your cookies & cream flavor that was nasty and freezer burn due to shoprite abuse.

Flavor and taste are as great as ever but somehow the price keeps going up and the portions seem to be shrinking. So buying a single scoop is no longer satisfying.

I love this place but they are very expensive and cheap on the ice cream measuring how much they put in the cup. Ive been going here for over 6 years and they have tremendously changes in as being very cheap in giving you your moneys worth

The way I love Haagen-Dazs has to be illegal... This ice cream is heaven on earth.This place is small but organized lines and not very long waits makes it worth going in. By the time you taste your ice cream youll forget about the line anyway. I always do. It looks like a little pop up but been there for years...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never seen an ice cream place weigh the ice cream before serving it. After all that weighing my milk shake came out to be 1/8 short. 2 scoops,3 scoops with caramel and a lg milkshake. $29.14 really ridiculous

The people there are very friendly very nice speak with and ice cream is great just for the pistachio the pistachio has tiny little pieces that you can choke on so be very careful Ill still till I sell for the pistachio with real pistachio green ice cream Hagen dies dont have that but they do have an awesome banana split

I am eating one stars zero is not available. Not only were we disappointed with the texture of the shake... very milky/liquidy but the service we got was so appealing my friends visiting from France had to voice her concern to the employee. She was so dismissive and looked like she didnt want to be there to serve. Very disappointing

The most expensive ice cream I ever heard of. First there are no price list posted so I can make a decision. Then they ask me what wanted then then tell me $30 after they make two small shakes and a regular cone. So I asked $30 for what. All I got was thats the price. Lession learn never again.

There is no place on earth that can bring me joy on a summer day like a Haagãn Daz location. They don’t have a lot to offer and prices are a big too high compared to a pint you’d get at ur local grocery store..these locations offer the finest Quality in the market, expect to spend at least $20 for a group of three.

Its a very small shop with only 1 table for sitting. It gets very crowded but the employees try their best (begrudgingly).

The close time on google says 10pm but if you go after 9:30pm it’s closed. If you want your workers to be out by 10pm put closing time for 9:30 and get them out by 10pm, but don’t say u close 10pm but close the doors at 9:30 #annoying

Way too EXPENSIVE for the serving size. $27 for a 16 oz shake, and two cups of ice cream. I couldve bought 3 gallons of their ice cream at stop and shop for less money.
