Valley Oil is one of those old fashioned companies you read about but dont always have the pleasure of dealing with. They are consistently 5 star with the best service techs I have come across not to mention the calm office staff who even in the current crisis we are going through are pleasant and reassuring. When they came to fix the boiler yesterday and didnt have a part, they made sure they found it and we ended up with a team that got everything working. They worked until 8:30 in the evening to get it done. In this current world, you want companies like Valley Oil to stand by you.

Paul is the GOD of the oil technician world if it takes oil and meant to burn he will have it running. This is a man that don’t care about getting his hands dirty at 2am

I stayed with Valley because Consumers Energy Cooperative Inc. (CECI) told me they service the home when I bought it Nov 20, 2017. Sometime in Aug 2018 I was told to have a burner cleaning maintenance done prior to the winter months. I did that with Valley. I asked the Valley technician about adjusting the mixing value, I cannot prove it but I believe the technician broke the mixing value. He said it was critical to having it replaced/repaired because pipes might burst. So, I scheduled with Valley to have fixed. a different tech gave me different reasons for fixing but none of them were critical but by that point I spent close to $500.00. Since having the burner cleaning and mixing value replaced, the heat in the home is not working consistently. I had to call Valley 3 times to resolve heat issues. Rip off!

They have been providing service to me for 10 yrs or more. They are fabulous! Courteous, professional and thorough. I am comforted to know they have my back.

This company are absolute crooks! Unbelievably high prices for oil way over the current median prices. If you currently use Valley Oil, shop around and you’ll soon find out how they’ve been ripping you off.BUYER BEWARE!!!

Went 5 days with no heat because of a oil tank issue.Called several companies only to be told it would cost around 5000. Petro my oil company at the time pretty much abandoned me. Valley oil looked at the issue and actually cared about correcting the problem instead of trying to take me for thousands of dollars.Big Thank You
