Horrible experiences. they never have the flavors and every time i try to order through uber eats or grubhub they always cancel my order :l if you want haagen dazs just go to the cross county location!

Staff is great, Went for a service requested by the owner. The place may catch fire soon enough because of the chop shop job they have had done to the kiosk.

Was there today with my kids and the girl at the counter made a cookie sandwich without gloves and mask worn halfway.When I questioned her If she has gloves or can use gloves and that I don’t want her to touch the cookie she refused.I was shocked that during a Pandemic they don’t have gloves. I wouldn’t want anyone to touch my food in regular times but to see that during COVID was shocking! And she didn’t care to apologize. Never going there again.

For the amount of money you pay I expect for my hand packed pint of ice cream to be packed. This is the second time this happen. Never will I buy front this location again.

Great small store with excellent service with kind employees. Very efficient and productive even when they had long lines in the summer. It’s my favorite place to go when I want to buy ice cream and shop at stores.

Good ice cream, and it wasnt too expensive!

My family and I came to this location around 7pm on a Saturday. There were two huge lines: one for the main counter, another for the side door. My husband was waiting on the main line, and when I realized the side doors line was moving faster, I decided to get in that one. When it was my turn to order, a very rude woman (I believe she was the manager, since she was wearing more professional attire) told me that it wasnt a line. I politely said that several other people before me had been served, and that the main line isnt even moving. As she closed the door, she said well, were not doing this anymore. I also observed this women being rude and condescending to a family at the main line who didnt understand English. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

Way overpriced and ran out of multiple flavors of icecream.

Horrible experience ordered online from them. Was given the completely wrong order like did no one actually read the order. The workers obviously don’t care and managers seem to not care at all either.
