I have been renting for all my events fro here for many years. On 7/10 /2021 I rented two table cloths and 12 spandex chair covers for my event on 7/11/2021. On the day of my event, I opened my bag pull out my tablecloth spread them on my two tables. To my surprise there was black spots on the tablecloths plus brown stain. I just covered the stains and black spot with the props I had on my table. When the tablecloths were returned (I sent my son to return them to get my deposit) . They pulled the out showed him a hole and the black spots they said were candle wax. I didn’t even have candles on the table the table cloth was given to me like that. So I was told I wasn’t getting all my 50 dollar deposit back definitely. I had to wait until this Tuesday 7/13/2021 when they wash it to see if it comes out. I explained to them I didn’t do it if I did it I would have told them what happened and I would have to to pay however it was given to me that way. So now I have to pay for something someone else did that outrageous! I told her she can keep the deposit maybe they need it more. I will never ever rent from them again. Now they are greedy trying to rip folks off! Find another party supply to rent this on is greedy and dishonest. They knew it was like that and probably didn’t wash the tablecloths gave it to me to find a reason to keep my money.Update: I received my deposit back after I had to show a picture of my table with the tablecloths on. Plus I brought in the unused candle.I had sitting on the table to prove to them I received the tablecloth that way. I should have gotten back the money for having a holy and dirty tablecloth for my event. Please check ur stuff before you leave. In the 15 years you been renting I have been your customer now you lost a loyal customer being greedy.

I have used this company on several different occasions now for my event rentals and I’ve got to say they come in handy every time. Their prices are better than most and the quality of rentals Is really good. The only reason that I’m giving them four stars is because their customer service could you some work.

Arelly and her staff are amazing. We rented a two person throne chair backsplash and Arje balloons. Everything was delivered on time and looked beautiful. And me and my wife are not easy to please. We will definitely opt in for going to this party store versus the large corporate stores. They are amazing. Prices were 40 to 50% lower than any other store. Check out the pics.

They have everything you can ask for a party, including cake decor supplies. They gorgeous items to rent for your party and great customer service.

Its my second time using them, for both a baby shower chair and souvenirs. They are reasonably priced. The chair was $30 not including the refundable deposit of $30. This last time I was running late, and they had the chair at the door. I tossed the remaining balance in a frenzy & was out of there.

Ive being a customer since my daughter (now 18) turned 1 . When they first open on main St. They have the best prices and theyre always very helpful and amazingly nice.

The one star is for the niceness of the delivery driver (who was apparently just a friend helping out). Everything else about dealing with this company was a disaster. The tables and chairs were in worse than terrible condition. Everything was literally covered in grime and beaten up with melt marks, scuff marks, you name it. This is despite playing extra for the newer chairs.The delivery window was 3 hours and they were still late and forget one table, to add insult to injury. Fortunately, the volunteer delivery guy was kind enough to come back with the missing table the same night. After calling the office, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and offered no apology for the poor service.This place isnt even worth using as a last resort. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid J&M Party Supply altogether.

Prices are extremely reasonable. They even custom made centerpieces exactly how I wanted for my sons birthday party . Very satisfied with their service although the stage décor could have been better.

This is the worst and laziest business ever. Tried to rent canopy for my baby second bday and they made excuses to not do it. At the end they said they just dont want to do it smh big disappointment.

They were 2 1/2 hours late they gave me dirty chairs. I complain they promised that they would look at my order and reimburse me for the inconvenience. As soon as my wife went they gave her her deposit and act like nothing happened do not use them at all

They had nothing the workers would not even come out from behind the counter to help and the store was empty.
