I was supposed to get a call the day before my rental pick up to confirm my rental was good to go. I never got a call, so I called the morning of the pick up to confirm. I was told that they had my reservation but they didnt have a truck for me. The guy I talked to said he would call someone and that someone would be calling me back. 2 hours later I still hadnt gotten a call, and this was about 3 hours before I was supposed to pick the truck up so I called them again. The lady I talked to this time said that they were going to upgrade my rental to a bigger truck for the same price. We specifically wanted a small truck so it would fit where we needed it to backed in in our front yard to move our stuff. I never once got an apology or anything from anyone there. When I went to pick up the truck, I asked if there was a lock on the truck and she told me some trucks have them, some dont. She went and checked and mine didnt, so I had to buy a lock which I feel is not my responsibility. Overall I would never rent from this location on recommend to anyone to use.

Showed up 35 minutes late for my trailer rental, after missing there call at 8:58 I called back immediately after and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Got through to some corporate person not even a person at the U-Haul and they told me that my trailer rental reservation should be good for one hour after it was made for. When I got there there was more than enough people to answer the phone and not one of them did. It wasnt busy or anything. Much to my surprise they already rented my trailer to someone else! Cassandra seems to take joy in telling me my trailer isnt here and doesnt even offer a solution. The only person who was semi helpful was some guy who I assume is the manager. Cassandra and the other desk girl are the least helpful people Ive met in a U-Haul. I should of realized this would happen when I saw all the other reviews.

I think the people from u haul they very respectful on they service are top of the line is nothing to compare with anybody else

Took my Uhaul back late due to a family member passing that day. I was charged 372. A 15 footer that I put 24 miles on. Also they have no way to extend or modify your reservation.

Bought boxes and renting a truck

When I first arrived they had absolutely nothing but a 20-foot trailer. From there one of the men help me find a van and thats where the fun began. So as he was clearing a rental that was a no show, the woman next to him was renting out the rental being cleared for me. I assume by accident well at this poiny Im beginning to get frustrated. I asked to speak with the manager, the next thing I knew they had me leaving was a 10-foot truck which is what I initially went there for. They were all very very helpful and the manager himself was exceptionally kind and now Im moving into my new house I learned a lesson though always set up a schedule pickup.... During college move ins nothing is available absolutely nothing...i couldnt remember the names i was so flustered but all worked out .. And will continue being a customer of theirs..
