Purchase an engine for my Toyota RAV4 from this location a month ago. The Sales Agent James was extremely helpful and transparent. The transaction was conducted and completed entirely over the phone. James was very knowledgeable about the steps to take to protect and assure the reliability of the engines future performance. He built a great working relationship and keep me informed every step of the way. He communicate with confidence and expertise about the value added parts to install during the engine install. Two great experiences! We needed an engine for our Nissan Altima 2.5L our mechanic installed it and said the engine was in immaculate condition. My father also ordered an engine for his Tacoma. Definitely the go to guys for any used engines.
Good people, very polite and helpful. Did delivery for my Engine for 2002 Nissan Sentra 2.4L to Nashville on time and free of shipping charge. Definitely will buy from here again and recommend this place to others.
Great shop excellent prices. I bought new OEM parts for my BMW 528i front bumper, grill and both headlight. Unbelievable prices, lot lower than in the dealer and good workers. Thanks. I do recommend 100%.
Had the TCM/PCM module go out in my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Had a hard time finding a replacement until I called Community Auto Part. They had a re-furbished module for my Jeep and said they could program it for me. New modules are no longer available so my only option was to get a refurbished one. I was skeptical as whether it would work and really didnt want to spend the money. But, once I received and installed it into my Jeep, it worked flawlessly! Thanks to the guys at Community Auto! They were easy to work with and had confidence the part would work in my Jeep. I wouldnt hesitate doing business with them in the future.
We ordered a fuel tank on May 21, 2019 and have yet to receive it, our card has been charged. Now the phone goes to out of order. Scammers and I will be reversing these charges. The last time my husband talked to Sam (who seems to be the only parts person ) he said the fuel tank has to be put on a separate pallet and the charge is 400.00. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !
Great place to go when you need to find automobile parts and pieces. The guys there are friendly and helpful.
This company is a scam. They have a website that creates the impression of professionalism and integrity, with many years of experience in supplying auto parts to the general public.Nothing could be further from the truth.Take a look at the website and search their location. Its a 2 bed house with 1 bathroom, valued at $32,000.00. This property was last sold in 2013. It is in no way a parts store.I sent images of the damaged parts I required, together with a list of items needed. They responded with an image of a similar model as mine and of the same color.I had to postpone the order for 2 weeks due to travel arrangements. On my return I went through the process of ordering the said parts, paying by my AMEX card. Many messages and phone calls were made to get the correct parts ordered. Messages were received from various area codes, examples being 602, 330, 817, 518. They also had a landline number with an area code of Los Angeles! I believe these were all VOIP. These messages were all related to the delivery of parts. At no time could I get a commitment on the parts being ordered, although my messages I sent clearly asked for confirmation on what vehicle the parts were being removed from.Parts were received on 05/14/2019. The shipper was Franks Auto Recycle in Brownsville Texas. The parts were all well wrapped and showed no external damage from the transporting. On unwrapping the parts it was found that there was damage to the front LH lower end of the bumper. This was an obvious auto accident and not due to shipping. There were also 2 parts missing from the front bumper assembly as well as a water bottle that I requested them to supply. The fender and the hood were in good condition. The problem now is the parts I requested, based on the images sent by Community Auto Part and the correspondence made by me for confirmation of color, were ignored. The parts sent were black. I now need to spend an additional $1,000.00 to have these parts resprayed.Due to the damage to the front bumper, repairs need to be made also. When discussing these issues with Alice from Community Auto Parts I was told that the parts were probably damaged during transport. I had to explain to her that it was impossible as it was damage due to an auto accident, not shipping.I am still waiting on a return call from Sam. We have made numerous calls to all these telephone numbers supplied, but cannot speak to anyone who wants to take responsibility. As I paid via AMEX, I am going to contact their fraud department to see if there is any help there. As a closing note, every time I have made a phone call, or received a phone call, it appears that the call is VOIP.ALL the people working at Community Auto Part are Indian, so I have my suspicions that this company is not trading in the USA, but from India and using this phoney website to encourage there trade. Just look at their parts store address, it says it all.
Its a scam.Took my funds of my card and promise dilivery In days.they claim the vehicle with the parts caught on fire ( first occasion). I decide to give them a second chance.now the say the shipping company return the item because its damage. Please save your time and money.Dont order here
Awesome place, quick, prices are good, and they have an educated honest staff...I buy all my used parts from these guys
I Got My Lincoln MKZ headlight better than expected quality. They Delivered on time
I went to Community auto part to purchase a new engine for my 2011 Grand Caravan. I bought the warranty that came with the engine, and when there was a problem with that engine, community auto totally took care of it and went way above and beyond what they needed to do to make things right. Would highly recommend them for any of your vehicle needs!
Fraud company, I ordered my parts and didn’t get any thing, I kept calling and they kept lying that they will delivered my parts sooner and they misbehaved and then they finally said ok we are going to refund ur money and didn’t get my money back it’s been more than a month now and now they are not answering.
Its a scam
