Recently, I purchased a low mileage used car from this dealership and had it delivered to Farmville, VA, where I live. It had under 18K miles, and none of the photos presented online by the dealership showed conspicuous dent damage. My vehicle, a green 2009 Toyota Prius Hatchback, was delivered on Mar 4, 2021. My salesman texted me that his dealership received my cashiers check for balance due on Feb 25, 2021, and I have yet to receive a title for the vehicle. On Mar 3, 2021, my concerned transport driver texted me photos of my vehicle (three shown on this post) from the dealership in Youngtown, OH. Dents on the vehicles right rear wheel panel were shown along with other damage on the car. It was disappointing to see definite undisclosed rear door horizontal crease damage. Although the vehicle was in very nice interior condition, none of the exterior damage as shown in the photos on this post was disclosed by the dealership prior to my purchase of the vehicle. I placed a credit card deposit on the vehicle around mid February, and no dent damage was ever disclosed by the dealership prior to me placing the deposit nor at any other time. This vehicle was represented as a cream puff in near perfect condition, and we were told that it was so nice that even the sales manager had been driving it.

Bought a car here once and while the salesman was nice, he sold the car to me with a faulty battery and left me hanging when I asked several times for a new one. The car also had a coolant leak after only a couple months of owning it.

Ive heard mixed reviews of this location, but my experience was great start to finish with the service department. They had a recall started and finished in 45 mins on my car which was 15 mins faster than quoted. Awesome job!

Instead of being honest and saying they did not want to accept the Honda that we brought in to sell, they made up issues with the title and other documents provided. Went to the Honda dealer in Hermitage and had no issues. Sold our car without question. I would not recommend this place and will not be going back!

BEWARE! If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a part with this store, picked it up and they gave me the wrong one. They now wont refund me for the part that they incorrect ordered for me and expect me to be okay with that.

Pete was awesome, helped me get the car I wanted and met me with a fair offer my area could not compete with. I traveled a few hours just to get the car I wanted at a price I considered fair. Pete made the sale flawless, had everything ready to go upon arrival. Service Customers dont appear to be a priority. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. My check engine light is on. I wasnt greeted at the counter. One employee walked away, the other continued on her cell phone. Hello! I said. Can you run a diagnostic on my car? We are booked up until this afternoon, I was told. (As the shop sat eerily quiet, and a technician also sat looking at his cell phone). I made an appointment, but I am fearing what kind of needless delay I will encounter if I have my car repaired there.

Horrible customer service. Dion was my potential sales guy. I live in PA and have an out of state license which he knew. Told me to come up today at 2:15pm and never told he was going to be off work. Had me sent all of my personal info to his email just to have his unprofessional manager tell me that they can’t sell me a car due to PA Laws. Manager was just as ghetto and unprofessional as Dion was. Complete waste of my time. Seems like I would’ve dodged a bullet here anyway. Shop elsewhere for a car if you want professionalism and decent communication from a sales guy and manager.

This place has always treated us fair. We have owned several new Hondas but only ever leased once from here. The repair techs seem knowledgeable. More often than not I have to call back several times because no one answers the phone. Otherwise I would of gave five stars.

I went into the Honda store just checking out my options as I had another year on my previous lease from another dealership. We spoke with salesman Brent Cooper and he was very helpful. He gave me all the information needed about the different models and let me look and test drive a couple models. After reviewing my options with Brent, I found it best to trade my lease in early and lease a 2017 Accord from Honda. Brent worked with me to find a car with a payment I needed and was there to answer my every question along the way. I left that day with my new Honda and it’s been the best decision I’ve made. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman, Brent, or a better dealership to lease a car from. I will definitely be buying my future cars from Honda and Brent!

I only spoke to a service coordinator on the phone and that was my only contact with anyone. I called about key drop service and found that, to my surprise, I could simply drop the car off, drop the key and a slip into the box and come back when the car was done.Thankfully Id had an extra key so I advised them to lock the keys in the car when the airbag inflator recall was done and thats exactly what they did. It made it very convenient for me to be able to do this around my work schedule and not have to take more time off work than I already had for everything else that was going on.

We bought our vehicle from this dealership. Two weeks later they called because they needed additional information. Why wait two weeks to contact me? It should’ve been taken care of the same week I purchased the vehicle.We brought our car back a year later for service. It wasn’t starting right and we thought it might be the starter. Honda said it was the solenoid and changed it out. The next day, it continued to have issues starting. We have an appointment with another place because it is most likely the starter. It’s sad when you can’t even take your car to an actual Honda dealership. Many people rely on dealerships to receive an accurate assessment on their vehicle. This dealership didn’t even return our first call for service. We had to call them back again after waiting 24 hours for them to return our call.

They had what I wanted and when I wanted it! They go out of their way to keep me a satified customer, as if my 19 Civic SI doesnt do that already! Love my car. Love my car. Did I mention. . . ? I love my car and I love The Honda Store!

Everything was great!

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Had an issue with my truck and was 3 hours from home. One of their service techs delayed his lunch to look at it immediately. It was something minor that they fixed in a few minutes. On top of that they didnt even charge me. Great people. Give them a try.

I love the parts department

Worst experience beyond salesman tactics. The saleman gave me an awful credit approval when my credit is very good. They pulled the talk in the other room stunt. Also they present everything before taxes, so ask questions the whole time. Lastly, the salesman never mentioned about the insurance that they tack on, and just tried pushing the sale through to another lady in an office. Im a fan of Honda cars but take your Honda shopping elsewhere.

There like family and thats how they treat Me for the past twenty years there wonderful.

I own a 2007 Honda Odyssey. When I bought it used it had 89,000 miles on it so naturally I replaced the water pump, timing belt and serpentine belt. This was about a year and a half ago. My father-in-law was the one who did the replacement, he is a master mechanic at another dealership. Somehow the water pump went bad this last year 2018 in August. So I took it to my local Honda store, Boardman Honda. They replaced the water pump. One week ago my van completely died as I was driving down the road. Towed it to the Honda store, same one. Come to find out the Timing Belt as not properly adjusted when the water pump was replace BY THE HONDA STORE! My van it now broken, engine is shot because it came off, and the Honda store says they will not take responsibility for this.

I had my eye on a particular used car at this location. I expressed interest in the car for a few days before making the drive to purchase it but I live about 1.5 hours away from this store. I called this morning at 11:45am to confirm that they still had the car I wanted, made an appointment with a sales rep and left for the drive. When I got there 1.5 hours later, I was informed that the car SOLD AT NOON. 15 minutes after I confirmed it still being available. I asked why the sales rep did not call me to inform me that the car I was about to purchase had sold and his only response was to find me a different car on the lot. An unbelievable waste of 3 hours and a total lack of courtesy.

The experience I had at The Honda Store was great. Everyone was very friendly and James did a great job in helping me narrow down which car brand Im going to buy next. Ill be back soon.

Absolutely awful customer service and they only care about your money. These people are not helpful and ever since I got my car I’ve had engine problems thankfully I purchased a warranty but best part it costs almost as much as my car!! Now that my warranty expired my car had engine failure AGAIN and now this time it will not turn back on. I’m still paying on it. One star is too much for them.

I was interested in a Dodge Neon that they had on their lot. I called on a Monday and asked about the warranty. The very next morning the price on that exact car was raised $500. I thought prices usually dropped over time, not increased. How ironic that the morning after I showed interest in the car, the price was increased!!! I will never buy anything from that store. I have no problem buying from their competitor.

So my friend and I drove an hour to see a jeep he was interested in. The salesmen wouldnt even take my friend for a test ride. They wanted to pull his credit first. Were both African Americans and feel this was very racist. i sold cars and my policy was always treat the customer with respect and all the same. I always took customer for a test ride on the car they were interested in then work out the details. This was so disrespectful.

I recently went to this dealership about a 2015 Accord they had for sale. I had an appointment set up with a salesman. I arrive and he wasnt available. I spoke with another salesman who was friendly and very polite and very professional. According to the Carfax for this car on the day of my visit, the dealer has had the car on their lot for 73 days. They wouldnt come down on the price of the car. Then they tried to low ball me on my trade in. What they offered me for my trade in was an insult. Hondas supposedly hold their value as far as a trade in value. Not at this dealership. I wont go back. I woulnt recommend this dealer for a new or used car.
