What is the first time I was there super friendly service, great prices

Started out good. Found a couple things we needed, went to check out and was charged 15 bucks for a damn near replica of a piece of metal we took off an explorer a week prior and was only charged 3 bucks for. Dude did honor the previous price though but we did not get a couple other things due to prices being outrageous. Maybe depends on whos working? Oh well.

Staff is friendly, prices are fair, online inventory was accurate as we could see. They yard is very well organized and quite clean for a salvage yard, good variety, nice to see classics among mostly newer models of vehicles. It was the first yards we’ve personally been to that you had to rent the gantry cranes to pull motors.

U-Pull-It is a awesome place. I wouldnt have any problems recommending them to a friend. They treat you with respect there and theyre very reasonable with their prices.

They didnt have the item I needed. But they have many cars. Many. And its organized so its easy to find the car you need and start tearing it apart. There is a small fine to go on. 2 bucks. Still awesome place though.

If youre looking for rims good luck. Paid the admission to get 4 matching rims and they are just thrown into a big 8ft pile that they neglected to tell me. Thought they would be organized or something. To find what you are looking for as far as rims go you would have better luck finding a needle in a hay stack. Getting stuff off of cars though is no issues.

Very fair pricing. The down side is things dont stay on the lot forever.And your on your own. Bring a smart phone for trickier things. I was heartbroken they crushed their RVs this past week.

Pretty cool place to go browse around and find parts for your vehicle. I know I saved a lot of money just getting a exterior trim piece. 2 dollars @ the gate to browse and then pay for what you find on the way out!!

Went here for a part but could not enter because i have my daughter with me. Like i am going to leave my 4 year old in a car in the parking lot by herself while i go wander all over a junk yard all day looking for a part. I will just call the dealership and buy it new for 120 and not risk having my child kidnapped and murdered.

Nice selection of part cars. Great prices. They provide wheelbarrows to haul your parts and (YOUR) tools in. You tell them what you are after and they print out a list of possible rows where your donor car(s) are located. There is a $2 entry fee per person to enter yard.

I called about scrap received what I was looking for. When I drove in I was greeted buy a friendly knowledgeable staff and got me in and out relatively quick

Prices are high. Charged me $23 for a part thats $13 new. Plus $2 to get in and had to spend 20 minutes taking it off.

Any place that cant tell you if they have the part you are looking for is a scam. They make their money from charging you to get in and NOT having the part you need so basically you pay to come look and leave empty handed. Id rather burn my hard earned money than give it away. They may have a good inventory but incredibly rude and dismissive. I will happily drive to akrons Pull-A-Part to avoid Youngstown. All I needed were wheels.

All the cars are separated from each other. Found one of the parts I needed . They even offered me a fair price for a car I want to bring in for scrap .

It does my soul well to go to an auto wrecking company and find people that treat a female with respect .I needed a simple piece that covers the lugs on the wheel .I knew I wouldnt need to get my husband to do this for me .All I needed was a screw driver .These people were so thoughtful...so professional and friendly. But what I remember and appreciate the most????? THE YARD IS SO CLEAN & ORGANIZED!!!!! They gave me a reference form that lead me directly to the row where my car model is stored . The prices are extremely competitive too....if you like keeping your funds. Thank you Youngstown UPullit!!!!!!

Horrible they charge you to come in then tax you like crazy for used tires

Charge $2 to get in whether you find what they say they have or not. Tell me they have Ram radiators and out of 20 trucks 3 have them and all 3 hit in the front and no good so I tell them and they say it only shows what they have not if theyre good or not. So the next guy pays to get in tomorrow and they conveniently forget to tell him they dont have any good ones but still take his money!! Quite the scam. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone!!

My first time in the place. I like the idea that the cars are all on concrete instead of gravel like Pull A Part. Makes it easier to walk around and push your wheelbarrow. The staff makes a good effort to keep the yard neat. The cars are spaced so you can get your wheelbarrow in between. Will definitely be going back.

Bought a used tire. Wasn’t even a week and the tire goes flat within a day of putting air in it. Never got a receipt and paid cash so what’s the point of going back. I’m sure all sales are final anyway.

This place is a joke.. They said the had certain parts I needed a 99 jeep Cherokee back hatch simple right. Hell no they was gutted, wrecked, or missing the glass I needed. They need to update the inventory and organize a lot better. Still no hatch 😒

Huge selection of vehicles especially Jeeps! Even some rare models! Much better than Pull A Part!! Just wish it was closer to home. Just as far as the Cleveland Pull A Part from me so Ill always check here first when Akron doesnt have the vehicle I need parts from.

This place says that they have something but they dont have it since they dont put everything in their computer to make money. They might also not be checking all costumes to see what all they take from their vehicles.

I have had good experiences every time I go there. Today was only downer, but was my friends fault. They do not mark there rims with the sizes.
