Here is bad review #1: Inquired about an FJ in January 2021, paid money to have it looked at at the Toyota Dealership to make sure the car was in good condition as they claimed it to be, and purchased paid to have it shipped to CA. It showed up in California with all of its check engines lights on and was told by our honest dealership in CA that it needed a completely new timing chain....over $4,000 and has massive oil leaks (rear pinion seals AND rear main seal). Sam prefers not to return our phone calls. This business is completely crooked. Fortunately, I have a boat load of lawyers who are eager to take this case on. Oh, and I just found out today that it was in an accident. Thanks Sam for lying about that, too! You will continue to hear from me until justice prevails. I sent you a bit of proof for those who may be interesting in doing business with you. I would highly recommend doing business with a different dealership, one who is honest.

My check engine light came on the day after I bought my car. Took it to THEIR mechanic (Master Auto Repair)4 different times within 2 weeks for the same code. I paid for parts to fix the problem and STILL have the light coming on for the same code. When I called to discuss my issues the man I spoke to was very rude and said I needed to stop complaining.

Very unprofessional. Talked to someone named Dave. I was just asking him general questions and he got somewhat ignorant with me so I called him an a#*hole and hung up. He had the nerve to call me back and leave me a 45 second lecture on my immaturity.

My entire experience was awful.Lack of communication, unprofessional, unreliable, no accountability. I would never go back and I would never refer anyone to do business with this car dealership. The people here are very understand and willing to work with you. I bought a Chrysler 300 from them two weeks ago, at first their was a little miss understanding because of my moms accent but they were very patient and cleared it up. I would definitely buy from here again.

Bought a 2016 ford the beginning of march well the 2nd day check engine light comes on catilac converter- is bad beginning of july motor problems and to repair was over 8 thousand so if i was you take your business else where unless your looking for fresh squeezed lemon!!!!

Bought a car that same night the power steering completely went!!! It took them over a week to fix and 7 months later the transmission totally went!!! DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY CAR CLOSE TO A YEAR!!!! Very disappointing

Most horrible experience of my life. Never received my title so I had to pay extra to be able to purchase a new title. The guy was so rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also after going through all of the trouble to finally get my title I looked at the receipt to make sure they had the correct address and somebody pocketed money because it was not the total that I payed. Very disappointed.

Paid cash for a nissan murauno less than 9 months ago..Dave was our sales guy..since then, the heat went, a pipe that the catalytic converter went so its super loud, power steering pump went, the air conditioner compressor went, and had to have nissan fix another thing because it would stall and get stuck on hills...we dont have money to fix all of this and they dont care!!! Worst place ever!!! My full name is Lisa Parry Ahlquist...im adding to my message...the warranty was for a month or so...i just got estimate from my mechanic and ive gotta put 2,839.00 into this vehicle to fix it....
